Very slow! Since i order on the app and takes 30mins PLUS to receive my order ( which i don't order a lot since they are slow with mobile order.) i clicked asap on. The food quality was not the greatest. If i had time i would drive 45 mins farther to get a diffrent sonic. Service is absurduly slow. Terrible service, waited almost 40 minutes for our meal and when they brought it out our fries was ice cold.

No I do not recommend this restaurant. It took them a great deal of time to even answer to take her order. Then they got the order wrong twice on the same item. I had to walk into the sonic twice on the same problem because I could not fix it the first time. Then they hung a sign on the door says employees only. I've never been to a sonic so parking at the booth was different. I had made my mobile order ahead of time, we waited there for about 10-15 minutes before trying to enter the building to see how long it'd be. I received what appeared to be a genuine apology and the food almost immediately. It was pretty packed in the parking lot but I think it was so many people and having to run to each booth. OCTOBER 09, 2019 Just wanted to vent....we had things to do today ..so we had been out in the car and started to get hungry..not hungry enough for a large meal just snack and quick foods...1st we stopped at Wendy's and just got a soda to take with us....by the time we got over to Southside we decided to go to Sonic.....chicken tenders and tater tots........OMG....the worst things I've ever seen....the grease was so old that the tenders were almost black...a piece of toast was thrown on top of them that looked like someone had put them on a DIRTY grill then took them off and stepped on it...it was so nasty one of the little birds that had been crapping all over the picnic tables on their patio threw it in the air and when it landed it went over and crapped on the toast giving the tables a break. Slowest "fast" food service I've ever been to. Ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes before we decided to ring them and ask if they forgot our order. They said they "somehow took it to a different stall" and it would be out soon. When it was finally brought out the order was only half right and all cold... Took the card inside to finish the order payment and had it inside for about 10 minutes so we couldn't even get the order fixed in a timely manner. This place is beyond terrible service! I pull up and push the button and wait for 5 minutes to even answer and then the person who is taking your order misunderstands everything you say! Then the carhop which had a buddy outside that was standing beside my car as well, didn't have all of my order! This is NOT ok. I had my very first sonic venture ever. In the town I live I constantly see commericals for Sonic ALL the time. I have been wanting to try it for a long time now. So basically it is fast food. I thought it was really good though. I ordered the chicken strip dinner. You can either eat outside or in your car. There is no "indoor" seating it is all outdoors. They also have shakes, desserts and slushies. I had a grape cream slush and was in love! I had a sip of my husband's coconut cream pie slush. It was good, but a little overwhelming....I don't think I could have finished an entire one myself. read more

Worst sonic I've ever been to. One night I waited in the drive through for over an hour AFTER ORDERING. And that is no exaggeration. I understand with COVID that staff are not up to par and are busy, so either staff the place or shut down until you have a full staff. I decided to come back during the day when there was only one other person in the drive through. This took 20 minutes. Once we got our orders I noticed my strawberry banana milkshake was just plain vanilla and half whip cream.
