First impression of the inside of the restaurant was great...kind of like speakeasy vibes, cool decor, dark. We were greeted by the water waiter who offered us three types of water to choose from. Waitress came over and took our orders. First thing to come out was the Waygu Beef Carpaccio. I took a pic of it but it didn't save to my phone for some reason but it was a solid 10/10. That garlic horseradish aioli was amazing. Secondly, my dad's meal came with a salad, he chose ceasar which might have had the best croutons on it that I've ever had. Bread was also served which was a sourdough, I believe, with 2 butter options (regular and garlic) and an olive oil. Very good. Dad's meal was the 14 oz bone in ribeye with a one pound loaded potato. He said all was very good. For my meal, I got the Cajun cream pasta with steak. It was perfection. There is nothing bad I can say about this dish other than I didn't think it was spicy at all. The waitress was very nice but I had to ask for items a couple times. Bread, drink refills, etc. The water waiter filled our drinks many times and then he stopped coming around. I asked the waitress for refills on our drinks and ended up having to remind her. I know technically it was the water waiters job so I'm not faulting her entirely because she did end up being the one to fill our glasses. At the end, she did tell us it was one of her first nights there so then we understood some of the hiccups. Again, very nice and certainly not a horrible waitress. She did great for the most part.
