Reviewed their menu online and called in the pick up order for a large mixed greens salad. Priced at $12.99 with the description- Mixed lettuce greens, tomato, green peppers, real bacon and fresh onions. For an additional $1 each I added broccoli and cauliflower. Upon pickup, I discovered the salad was smaller than some purchased at a fast food restaurant, like Wendy's. There wasn't any mixed lettuce greens but only romaine and no green peppers. They did include 4 packets of dressing which would've been enough dressing for 4 of these salads since they're so small. Plus two garlic breadsticks that weren't mentioned in the description, too bad I just wanted a salad. This was intended to be my dinner, instead it became a side dish. For a small salad with no significant meat, no cheese or eggs was grossly overpriced. Don't recommend and in the future we'll show our loyalty to other local eateries. read more

We was in from Florida and couldn't wait to try one of our favorite places to eat. It had been almost 5 years since we had ate here and we had our hopes set high. Not sure if they changed the pizza sauce or what but it didn't taste the same. So when we was leaving to head back home we decided to give it another try. This time we got steak and cheese subs. They were extremely small( we ordered lg so we could take other 1/2 home with us in the cooler) my daughter hated it, it was okay to me. Price was a bit steep for $47. We ordered 2 lg steak and cheese and small cheese pizza for my son and it was $47 and some change. Yep won't be doing this again. read more

Placed order online for delivery. Was called by customer service about 10 minutes later. price was 25.90 online total. The young lady told me it wasn't enough for delivery it had to be 30$ minumum. I added 4.99 to the order and then was told total was over 36$. when I asked how it went to 36$ she proceeded to get very rude with me as she told me about the delivery fee which was not included in the online total. Not sure why you would have online ordering if you can't do it without also making a phone call. Short sweet to the point, if you are ready this please just go somewhere else you will not regret it. I haven't been on my Yelp account in so long i had to reset my password just to write a review on this sad excuse for a pizza shop. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and bread sticks with added cheese (this will cost extra......an extra $3.00 for a little and i mean little bit for sprinkled mozzarella cheese on top). Just those 2 items costs over $27, with tip over $30 so imp hoping its going to be good. Man was I wrong after a few bites of each I decided I just paid $30 for some dog food. They both ate it a piece, and then I through the rest out. Don't let me me leave out that this LARGE pizza is a lot smaller than a classic $5 pizza from down the road. I will be very surprised if this place is still in business 5-10 years from now. Worst management and service. Ordered 2 subs, the bread was so hard, we asked for new ones, manager started yelling in the back and stormed out to our table and said he would not remake them and if we did not like it, report him he did not care. Another customer on their way out stopped at our table and said they could not believe what just took place. WE paid and left without eating, and left the subs on the table. I called corporate, got their answering machine and left a message to call me back and I wanted to file a complaint, no one bothered to call me back. Napoli's is good when you need food to be delivered, but you want more than Domino's, Papa John's or Pizza Hut. While I'm not a fan of their airy, saw dust type of frozen pizza-like crust, they do have some decent sandwiches and I like their lasagna. The employees are always nice and their prices are decent. The breadstick included with my chicken cacciatore was a stale hot dog bun with garlic salt on top. The chicken in the dish appeared to be chicken tenders cut up and mixed up with canned tomatoes to create a horrible, seemingly spiceless sauce except for an overpowering one that gave me heartburn later. My husband and I also our two oldest kids ordered from the mineral wells napolis... the cheese tasted funny and it wasnt very hot.....we got food poisoning. ..I was 7 months pregnant. Napolis has delicious food. Top quality meat and cheeses, friendly staff, huge selection, fast delivery, and consistency. Their pricing is high but well worth it if you want quality. You can get the same taste every time and you know its fresh. I recommend their Garden Patch sub it is the #1 veggie sub in the area. Also, if you're more of a meat eater then go for the Italian sub you can't go wrong. As for their pizza it is just as delicious. It is a larger, fresher, and less processed taste than you'd get from a national chain. You don't have to worry about weird tasting spices sprinkled all over the crust that is synonymous with big chain deliveries. You get the natural taste of the pizza and you know it is fresh. read more

Growing up this was one of our favorite places to eat. Now we only eat there if we have family that wants to it. The food seems to get worse every time we order it. Customer service has went down hill since the built the new building. The last time we ordered chicken wings, one had a tiny feather sticking out of it. We called in an order to pick up and used a new number, they refused to place the order unless we gave them a credit card number. Overall something has changed in the last year. We dined at this location while we were visiting from out of town August 9th, Sunday. Sarah and the gentleman who seated us were so friendly and great. The food was outstanding, we got the Momma trio and it was enough for 2 people, with leftovers. The salads are great also. The staff made us feel right at home.
