I love this McDonald's. They have items that we don't carry in the US. The service was fast and friendly. They were having the Squishmallows promo with the Happy Meal. The only one I wanted was the banana one. I asked the cashier which of the 12 they had. Luckily, the banana was one of the two that they had in store. She also sold me the toy separately, so I didn't have to get the Happy Meal. They have Fish McWrap, 6 pack Cinnamon Swirls, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Poutine, Hot Honey McCrispy and Cotton Candy Shake. We decided to try the Birthday Cake McFlurry and the Cookie Butter Oat Cold Brew. The McFlurry was way too sweet for my liking. The Cold Brew was perfect. Service is slow while the place was empty. I ordered a jr chicken combo and the fries were not slated and my sprite had no syrup and no carbonation. I think this place can do better considering McDonalds is a large corporation and this is the only lactation in Georgetown. read more

The reviews for this McDonald's are terrible. Our experience was okay and thus the 3 stars. We pulled into the drive through, ordered, gave our rewards code and proceeded to the window for payment and to receive the order. Payment was a quick tap with a credit card on the machine. It's nice that the straw that came with the orange juice was a paper one instead of plastic. The meal was just like any other McDonald's so no complaints here. read more

McDonald's - At the drive through - Fast Food Near Me - Milton, Ontario

I thought this was a swell McDonald's! I was surprised to see all the bad ratings. So after a little bit of driving the wrong way at the 401, we picked this exit to turn around at. I hadn't eaten breakfast that morning and we were able to see this McDonald's right off the highway exit so we swung by. I was a little indecisive at the drive through speaker and had ordered everything separately (hash brown and sausage egg McMuffin) before backtracking and asking for it to be converted to a combo. The employee that was ringing up my order was able to fix that really quickly. I was able to pay via credit card by tapping a terminal they had stuck onto a hockey stick which was convenient. Almost immediately after paying, we drove up to the next window and my food was ready! A very fast check-out process. The meal was tasty too. The hashbrown was hot and crispy and not in need of any ketchup. The sausage and egg McMuffin was as expected. I can confirm that they do use a real egg in it since there was a tiny eggshell fragment in my muffin lol. Not ideal but like I said, I did find out it was a real egg! Since I was eating a car breakfast, I was pleased to note that they had included a few napkins in there as well so I didn't make a mess. Thanks McDonald's! read more

Stopped in here cuz, I was tired on the drive. The mcd signage said 24hrs open. Went to door locked. Drive thru that should have two lanes only had one. So I had no choice but to sit in my car and idle. There are nice large screens, but somehow while advertising their food orders they couldnt advise customers they were not serving mccafe beverages after midnight???? Instead they waited til you got to the order microphone and tell you some silly lie that their latte machine just broke and how conveniently they serve coffee or tea. While I was there @ 11:40pm I was waiting for my food which took a timely manner. The manger I assume, his name was Moe was standing there doing nothing and not helping while yelling at his other coworkers to work faster as they're trying to hustle and make food, clean things and help customers, which lead to multiple mistakes and unhappy customers waiting to get their orders fixed. He was rushing, yelling, and swearing. This made me sick to my stomach to see someone verbally abusing and bullying their coworkers while not helping and being useless. I will never eat at this McDonald's again this behaviour from the mangers who are supposed to be the role models is disgusting and revolting and I won't support a business who lets their higher ups treat their employees like they're incompetent and as if they are better then them. read more

You know... I don't like to knock fast food establishments. They serve many purposes. Employing the young and old, turning out affordable, mildly appetizing food, quick turn around and above all consistency. You KNOW what you are getting. A big Mac is a big Mac, regardless of where you get it in North America. Now to my whine... I get that they are busy at 1400 in the afternoon for whatever reason. Waiting over ten minutes inside the store for two cheeseburgers and a medium fries??? That's excessive. Whatever, they are busy, what should I expect... I shouldn't expect cold fries and cold burgers. I called the store and told them of the experience, they fluffed me off and said thanks for letting them know. No apologies, just thanks. Stop here when driving west on Hwy 401. Service usually slow and confused. Wonder if anyone from this store reads this. 7am Aug 26 we went to drive thru. After sitting forever at window they told us we had to substitute the order and then for us to pull ahead. After 7 other cars got their order right away, my wife went in to see what happened. It was clear they had forgotten us. Heavily staffed that morning too. She demanded our money back. After many confused looks someone stepped up and gave us the refund. We then went to Tim Hortons across the street with no problems. Combination of lost order and terrible response. Worst drive thru experience ever. Nobody except the one person gave a shit. read more

The WORST McDonalds, EVER!!! We have gone to this location on multiple occasions, the more often than not the service is incredible slow and disorganized. They consistently mix up orders at the drive through. When I'm at the counter it's clear that they lack any real supervision in the back cooking area. You can hear the "fries are ready" beeping going on for 10 minutes and not one employee addresses it. It's only when I've seen the manager working the back that food is actually delivered to their customers in a timely manner. Whoever the manager is (or McDonalds corp head-office), you need to take a serious look at this particular restaurant. You can't just use sales alone as a means to judge the success, since it's the only McDonalds for miles. read more

This McDonalds is close to the 401, and in an area where there is a lot of industrial traffic so it has many peak periods through the day. The staff get flustered and backed up easily, forget extras like BBQ sauce for nuggets. But the cast majority of the time the orders are quick and correct, which is what you expect. This location has a play area to keep the kids busy. read more

Brutal! Stopped to go through drive thru. With maybe 5 cars in front of me in line and with the double drive thru, I figured I would be on my way with my food in less than 5 minutes. I should have left when I placed my order. When the staff came on their greeting was "Whatcha having?" (really?). I ordered and from that point to the window was exactly 23 minutes. When I got to the window, I assumed the restaurant was packed since it wasn't busy in the drive thru and it was such a long wait. I was shocked to see not one customer and staff all hanging around staring into space. The staff said, 'we are just waiting on your quarter pounder' (standard order, no confusing extra pickle that would shut down the kitchen!). Why would I have to wait when I ordered it 20 minutes ago! I asked if they were making the burgers one at a time, she said 'oh, we have people training'. She looked like she didn't want to be there and she could care less. No apology for the wait, no offer to make it up by discounting bill or a free box of cookies! I also have to say, on occasion I have stopped here and every time, my order is wrong or there is some absurd wait time...I will never go back. read more

Once again in our travels , the kiddo and i end up having breakfast on the run. Today it was this McDonalds. Now normally i try to resist but i do like their breakfasts. And i must admit they have pretty awesome coffee. When we arrived, the place was packed, and the drive thru line was long, so we parked and got in line, and much to my surprise, and through all that chaos they managed to keep the line moving. A few little issues but for the amout of people they processed, i cant complain. We had their new breakfast wraps, with the sausage, egg and hashbrown all rolled into one. We found a seat, and cracked open the package, and lo and behold, these things are good. Not only are they good, they are really good. The surpise is the texture difference between all the items. Now this is something I'm sure we will have again soon. Its about time McDonalds brought out a new item that is actually a winner when it comes to breakfast. read more

McDonalds in general is pretty poor quality food. I am still baffled by the success of the franchise. Having said that, this location is one of the better ones I have seen; a bit chaotic (this location never has lines, people mill around like lost kittens to order and pickup food) and the drive through is in a terrible location (blind sided to the exit doors). Decor is rather nice for a McD, and people working this locale seem much more positive than most. They also have a playland inside. read more
