I had planned to grab lunch, a coffee, and do a little remote work over coffee. The food and coffee were adequate. They did not have any place to plug in a laptop and the wifi provided prevented me from connecting to my company's VPN. There is no reason to block VPN other than to capture and sell your browsing information IMO. I will definitely walk a few more steps at this location and eat and Tims, Mr Dumpling, Subway, or Pizza Pizza. I will never go to this or any other McDonalds again if I'm prevented from working over lunch. read more

I go to this mc donald's every day, sometimes multiple times in one day, I luv it. And they have not failed to please me. the food here is delightful and tastes good every time, my go to spot for food. My only concern is the ordering machines don't always work when printing your order number. Overall I have no complaints, I really recommend!! read more

I don't normally review franchises as the quality of food and beverages are very consistent. But I thought this one was worth a mention for it had a dining room attendant! While a second floor dining area is uncommon, I've come across a few of these in Ontario as well as in Québec. I've even come across one with a doorman dressed in tails in NYC, but I've never seen one with a greeter/floor attendant. Like all Canadian McD's, they have the self serve ordering kiosks that have recently been upgraded to allow you to scan coupons; however, this location does not have a playplace. So what's so special about the floor attendant? Not much really other than the fact that they ensure the dining area is clean and upkept. This McD's also has a pager system which I have yet to notice at other franchises (not that I visit McD's often, but still...). I'm not exactly sure how the paging system works, but if it's like other restaurants, you place your order at the kiosk, enter/scan your pager number and then go and seat yourself. When your food is ready, your pager goes off and you go and retrieve your food. OR when your food is ready, the staff triggers your pager to find out where you're sitting and brings your food out to you. I didn't use the paging system, but in hindsight, I should have. Other than that, it's a McD's like all others. I had a filet o fish combo with extra tartar sauce in the side. I requested that it be made fresh and notified them that I was willing to wait the 5 minutes for it. They complied and it was as delicious as I remembered. The fries were also as I remember them, crispy with a slight crunch, and soft on The inside. It was not as salty as I remember them to be, which was a pleasant surprise. The coca cola was surprisingly not as fizzy as I remembered it, nor was it as cold. Overall it was a nice walk down memory lane. 3 stars. read more

This is unbelievable... I am a frequent visiter to McDonalds and have been a loyal customer for years. Now I've been to this establishment many times and have been somewhat satisfied. Unfortunately my most recent visit was disappointing to say the least. I sat in line for the longest 10 minutes of my life just to receive some terrible news- the fries were saggy and I didn't even receive the sweet and sour sauce (for a ten piece nugg). I'm pretty certain forgetting the sweet and sour is a crime in some states but it's ok because I have a nice cold coke to redeem my dry mcnuggs, right? Great food, friendly staff and clean tables. I ordered a egg & vita wrap , hash brown , coffee and orange juice. The hash brown was a little bit greasy. The coffee was perfect so I'll give them a pass. The service was quick. Loved the place & definitely will be back. Tip: 2nd floor is great for studying or reading. read more

The 10 plus minute drive thru wait times at this location are unacceptable. And thats after you pay! I guess McDonalds forgot that they are in the FAST food business. Being asked once again to pull around front and park while they make fries after already waiting 7 minutes at the second window was enough for me. Not going back, ever. I'd have to say this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The customer service from the tiny girl handing out orders had to be the rudest McDonalds employee that I have ever run into. Though it was crazy busy the way she was handling orders and talking rudely to myself and other customers was a bit too much. Everyone in line couldn't believe the way she was talking to customers. Maybe it wasn't her day or she couldn't handle a busy fast food environment. Might be better working in the back and not having to deal with customers.
