This is the second time stopping at this location just because I had to take Avalon. The first visit very slow, poor service. Thought, well, this place is a little busy, waited extended time to order, took my money quick, long wait to pick up food at windows. This trip, super extended wait in line at order kiosk. Once again, quick to take my cash. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Had to walk in to get my order. The employee noted, "well it just came up". Is that a good or bad thing.. Should I accept the fact that it takes 15 minutes to cook and put together a chicken biscuit, or a poor front end staff that doesn't care. We'll twice was enough for me. Just popped in to confirm, yep still the worst McDonalds on the planet. This location really deserves some kind of award. I mean, it's gotta be infamous by now. Stopped by the drive thru for a McRib. Took at least 10 minutes at the window even though it wasn't busy at all. Got home, both sandwiches were half-way off the bun. Also, I think if I'm not mistaken, the McRib is supposed to have BBQ sauce on it. I guess there was some as evidenced by the OUTSIDE of the bun, but what passes for the meat, had almost none. Maybe the crew is confused about where the sauce is supposed to go? Anyway, keep up the bad work guys! You're well on your way to some kind of record. Just a little more time and either you'll make the Guinness World Record, or you will mercifully close your doors so that we are no longer tempted due to your convenient location. This location needs some serious help. Water in the floor. People coming in from the drive thru in droves cause of messed up orders. They were out of lettuce, out of ketchup, apple juice, etc....(middle of the day on a Saturday). Took us over 30 minutes to get 3 meals. A line of pissed off people like us getting to the point of wanting a refund because getting our food was becoming more of a pipe dream than a reality. Y'all need some management help. Standard McDs taste and quality. Clean bathrooms and seating areas. SMALL dining area compared to most other McDs, total seating for maybe 25 people, 1 high chair, friendly staff, generally quiet atmosphere I but couldn't get over the constant dirty feet smell....it's the 1st thing I noticed upon walking in. read more

Messed up my order didn't give me both sandwiches I paid for then I rew away the receipt. Went in when I found the mistake and was told I needed the receipt or manager approval. While we were waiting, none of the employees were wearing their masks correctly and then one employee was eating chicken nuggets with her bare hands and then proceeded to fix the ice cream cone and then hand it to me. read more

There is no one word for this place. Gross? Doesn't begin to cover it. Foul.. possibly. It's employees? Inept to say the least. How many times can you get an order wrong? 3 the answer is 3. Not only getting the food wrong but leaving items off the tray or all together not ringing it up despite being asked to repeat myself multiple times. It smelled a little like a dirty diaper and the bathrooms where nasty. They allowed a 150 lb heavily panting foul smelling dog inside which was a nice treat to be near. Had this been a service dog maybe it's presence could be over looked, however this was a mutt that shed tuffs of hair every time it moved. This McDoanld's usually always gets the order wrong. Then they act like you're lying if you call them out. Just take more care in getting orders accurate. Then you can either eat what they gave you, or you have to drive all the way back for them to fix their mistake and get what you actually paid for. Check your bags & your food before you drive off. Just ordered a double quarter pounder with a Dr Pepper and drove all the way home only to open the box to find a regular quarter pounder with a pepsi. This location literally can't do anything right for some reason. It's standard procedure for us to check our orders before leaving the drive-thru because we know it'll be wrong. The food is usually OK once you finally get it, which could be quickly or could be 45 minutes later because you never know what to expect when you get in line at the drive thru.
