Me and my sister ordered breakfast at McDonald's. She wanted the breakfast sandwich. I got a Mc griddle and she wanted two hashbrowns. I got home. There's no hashbrowns. They forgot to put it in. I went back the next day. They wouldn't give me no free hashbrowns I do not recommend Getting breakfast there. They don't care if you get your hashbrowns or not they're terrible. read more

This is terrible worst service I've ever had at a fast food place. Was here for 1 and A half hours and 15 of them were eating the food the other 1 hour and 15 mins were them completely messing up our orders. The environment is horrible a girl was harassing my sister about if she had A boyfriend and the staff was unprofessional and over all just ignorant and disrespectful I'd give it 0 stars if I could it was loud and unprofessional the chicken nuggets tasted like pool water and the mean lady ignored all of us. The food is always cold and nasty. Employees and management are very rude. Half the time the store is dirty .

It's always a gamble. they rarely get the order right. I was just there this past Thursday and ordered a Dinner Box and an extra 10 piece chicken nuggets got home and they forgot the extra nuggets that I paid for. I live about 30 minutes away and it was about 8pl. I called thinking they would at least give me store credit . nope the managers on shift were extremely rude and said their policy was same day. so they expect me to waste more money to run back in the same night. I will never order from this place again. the managers were Brandon and Austin super unprofessional and their Gen Manager Kara I guess didn't feel this customer was important enough to call back. never ever again. read more

I love McDonald's only because Matt McKenna! He's a sweetheart and will always put a smile on your face and ask you how your day is going when going through drive thru! There have only been a few times at night when I go through and wait 10/15 minutes on a small fry or a rude person at the window but other than that Millersburg McDonald's has always met expectations on what a fast food place should be like. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We went inside to order and in the front lobby there was a giant bucket catching water from what I assume was a leak in the roof. While placing our order with a nice gentleman, a young girl came up and asked him to clock out. He told her he had a few minutes left but she very curtly told him to clock out now and that was the boss's words, not hers. Then she looked at us and said that he was on her nerves and gave her a migraine today. She then proceeded to finish our order that the other fellow had started. When our food came out, the order was incorrect. When we told the staff about the issues, they had to call in the manager. When we told her about the wrong food order, she told us that she personally didn't do the order wrong. My husband told her it probably wouldn't have happened if they hadn't made the the gentleman cashier clock out while he was making our order and that that was disrespectful and really unprofessional. The manager said that she personally wasn't responsible for the order and that she didn't appreciate being talked down to. She then threw the receipt at my husband and said she didn't have to fix the order. Overall the food was par and the women staff were immature and trashy, at best (although the two men were polite and helpful). Think twice before going here! read more

McDonald's right in the heart of Millersburg is what it is, fast bite to eat when u are on the run. But with all the eateries around, the question is why? Why stop there? This place CANNOT get an order right. In general McDonalds is not known for its accuracy but the Millersburg location takes the cake in awful service. My sister came home with 2 Happy Meals with the wrong food inside and her order was wrong. ALL of it was wrong. read more

Stopped in this morning and got breakfast, ordered a hot chocolate and was disappointed that there was not enough chocolate in the drink, went up and asked for another packet and the lady said that they didn't carry packages of the mix. A friend and I just wanted some buttermilk crispy chicken tenders and some fries but I'm convinced they had to grow the potato and raise the chickens before we actually got our food. Typical McDonald's. I have never been to a McDonald's with more rude younger staff. The older folks that work there for something to do are (per usual) the sweetest folks.
