I'm surprised to read the other reviews but I will note that I only come to mcdonalds for breakfast. I actually go out of my way to come to this mcdonalds for breakfast (when I have a mcdonalds craving) because compared to the others in the area this one is far superior. The drive through service is friendly and prompt. The breakfast is consistent. Every time- combo 12. Perfectly cooked bagel with sauce. (Other mcdonalds has hard bagels and I have to search for the sauce). The bacon is a little crisp. It's a decent little fast food egg sandwich on a bagel. The hash brown is not overly greasy. I just had what may be one of the worst, if not THE worst, steak, egg, and cheese bagel I've had in a McDonalds in a very, very long time. First of all: I left home a bit late, so I couldn't make my breakfast and I just logged in the app and ordered my go-to McDonalds breakfast, which is the combo with the largest coffee, the hash brown and the steak, egg, and cheese bagel. I parked at the store, marked myself "in" ( the app doesn't let you order and pay until you're actually at the store) and went in. The crew was kind, warm and nice. The coffee was already in my hand before I finished saying "mobile order steak bagel combo". Suffice to say that as service goes, I'm still very happy with this restaurant. As for the coffee... It is good, but average good. The hash brown, on the other hand, was perfection (by McDonalds standards) perfectly golden and the perfect combination of outer crunchiness and inner softness. Now, the sad news: as I said at the top, probably the worst bagel I've had in a McDonalds. The bagel itself was cold, as was the cheese (ai think it's the first time in my life I see the actual square slice of cheese as if straight off the wrapper, as opposed to how it's usually melted on the McD's sandwiches. The egg seemed fine. The onions were lukewarm, but passable. The "meat" was: 1) overly salty, even for a fast food joint standards 2) dry-ish on the inside... as if reheated in a microwave (I'm not saying that's what they did, but...) 3) greasy as hell (dripping) on the outside... it dripped all over me and, yes, I was grabbing it with paper napkins over and around the wrapper, and still I'm now arriving to work with grease drips all over my shirt (which, let's be honest, it's now probably lost because the McD grease marks stay, no matter how you wash it). I went to this McDonald's ACROSS THE STREET from my house at. 9:50pm. No cars were in the drive thru so I'm thinking that I hit the jackpot by going through. At the menu board, i had to say HELLO about a half dozen times, so I go to the window only to be told that they closed at 10:00pm. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my 20+ years of life. Never in my life have I felt the need to review a McDonald's. However, the combined experiences that I've had here compel me to speak my mind. All the other reviews speaking about this establishment are correct. I've spent the last five years living within a 10 minute distance from McDonald's. I have been absolutely shocked and appalled at the extremely low standards of service, Quality of food, and attitude of the employees. The ambiance is very poor. They will literally lock the doors if it gets too busy. Most times customers are complaining because of the absurd wait times. On the rare occasion I do go there, the inside of the building is never clean. This establishment has two drive-thru's, but not enough employees to be able to use it. Even on a Wednesday at midnight, there can be a line of cars going out to the street. There is a constant odor of rancid fry grease. This odor is so pungent that it lingers when they give you the food. The burgers taste like they have residue of whatever they used to clean the grills. Even for a relatively safe order, such as chicken nuggets, they come out of the box with strange residue and crumbs from the dirty utensils that they never cleaned. They will not take your order at the register, and will actively avoid you until you call out to them. Even after multiple changes in management, the current managers are incompetent and rarely act within the customer's best interest. I have almost never been satisfied leaving this McDonald's. Even though it is so conveniently close to my home, I don't come to this McDonald's unless I absolutely have to. There have been times where I walk in there with less than three customers in the building, and somehow, my order of a single large fries, takes more than 20 minutes for the staff to produce. Any way you look at it. that is ridiculous. If you were looking to visit to a McDonald's, I would recommend literally any other McDonald's in the state of Florida. This is not the one. I know that McDonald's isn't normally the pinnacle of standards. But the fact that myself and others have gone through such lengths to describe the state of a McDonald's should speak for itself.
