That's what my mother did (who has speech impairment). When she got up to the window the girl was so mean and degrading to her, and refused to take her order. My dad in the passenger seat was trying to order for her and she told my dad "I can't take the order from you, you aren't in the driver seat."I mean are you f***king kidding me???? A great Mcdonald's to get a meal or drink. This location is set back from the Eau Gallie A1A intersection on the southwest side of the road. It is located right across from two beach parks. The entrance can be a bit tricky due to the traffic in the area. There is parking around the restaurant since this site shares parking lots with a shopping center with a Walmart and Winn Dixie as its anchor stores. Having said that, it should be noted that the parking spaces directly adjacent to the store are limited. There is a pair of drive-thrus and a dine-in area. The dine-in area has a limited number of tables. You order at stand-up kiosks or the counter, pay, and then pick up your food at the counter. I have been to this location many times and have always been satisfied. Angela and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The crew keeps the area around the structure and inside very clean, consistently. My most recent visit was to the drive-thru. The staff was efficient, the price was right and the food and drinks were perfect. If you are going to go to any McDonalds in the area, then this is the one that I would suggest. read more

There was not any good reviews for this location but it was a special treat for my kids so we went anyways. It looks completely redone outside and inside (from what I could see from the drive thru.) The drive thru staff were quick and very friendly. We had a cheeseburger happy meal with fries and apples and a Big Mac meal. Both my kids were very happy with their food. The manager Chris was no help when I called he just stated that they tell everyone to charge for sauce. I visited this McDonald's at approximately 10pm on July 31, 2021. This young 18-year-old girl with a fugly bob cut and brown hair was running the drive-through window. We had pulled up and had four people in the car and asked politely do you do 3 or 2 orders and she had a attitude with all of our orders. She mocked us during the first order when I asked to give me a second to look at the menu. The 2nd time we pulled up to do our last two orders. We were paying and she had said "Is their something your laughing at", and just disrespected us overall she had mentioned she had a baby and she was 18. Us customers we deserve a happy drive thru experience and good service. This lady was very disrespectful and We always go to this drive they but from now on we will never be coming back. Worse McDonalds EVER!! I have had issues with this store for years. Rude employees and the Owner Mr.Rodriguez doesn't seem to care. I went there at 5:30 in the morning and was verbally assaulted by a manager. She then proceeded to snick her teeth at me and then punched the window in the drivethru. I made phone calls to the corporate number and to no surprise knowbody has called me back. Now in all the years I myself have worked in the custom service industry as a waitress I NEVER would behave or disrespect customers the way this store does.
