This McDonald's was crazy busy for a Sunday night at drive thru. So decided to go in. I was shocked to see so many pull up spaces for app orders. Restrooms were pretty clean, mopping needed. Dining room was clean. They have a small play area that is likely a germ pit I would avoid. Service was friendly, efficient and fast delivery of food. I had a quarter pounder w/ cheese, fries and an ice coffee drink. The food was hot, the drink was cold. I would maybe go back, but I never eat at McDonald's. For a road stop it was ok. read more

The Chicken Big Mac. Meh. I'm a huge fan of the Big Mac. Mainly for the sauce. I went into this already amped up because I honestly thought the mac sauce would go great with chicken. Added extra sauce. I did get mine without lettuce. (I do this with the regular Big Mac sandwich too). This didn't do it for me. It was still a bit dry even with the extra sauce. Perhaps too much bread with the breaded chicken? I'd tell everyone to try it once. I won't be getting it again. read more

Every time I mobile order here they take 15+ minutes. All I ordered was a burger and a coffee!! Sometimes they don't even bring the food out after 20 minutes and you have to walk inside and see your food just sitting on the counter. The ambiance is rushed, everyone is going 100 miles per hour but not focused on what they're doing. read more

Girl at drive thru was verbally complaining about kicking someone's butt in the parking lot as she gave us our coffee creamer all bunched up in her hands. They told us they were out of all drinks when we pulled up. We replied "no coffee"? They said yes we have coffee. We had place a mobile order. Came during late lunch hours. The self serve kiosk asked my to take a number to bring to the table. There were no numbers around for me to grab. I went to the counter to order. It was there that I saw all the numbers were hiding with the cashier. Strike 1! Strike 2: the food took a long time to come out. Same thing must be going on with the drive through, because the manager had to take the food out to the cars herself. She told me she didn't know what the people working were doing. Strike 3: The counter for soda was a mess. Spills, sticky. I think you get the point. There got to be a better place to grab lunch. read more

Stopped here for lunch on our way back from Virginia Beach. Super efficient, the line went quickly, the employees were really hustling and doing it well, all while being very friendly. This one McDonalds worker had no patience or respect to any of her customers when there's a small problem that could be resolved easily. I was there a few weeks ago to get me and my wife some food. When I got the food the service was good and they were respectful but when we left we realized that we were missing a McDouble so I return because I'm not spending money on something I'm not gonna get but when I went through the drive thru again the lady at the drive thru recognized me because I was there 2 mins ago and we let her know the problem and then she asks for a receipt but we didn't receive one because the person at the first window didn't give me one and so I let her know I can show her the bank payment through my phone but then she makes a sense and then I ask to speak to a manager. the manager comes tells me I'm holding up the line and then tells the lady to get the McDouble but when she comes back she gives it to us and then gave my wife a look and then started cussing out the window while we drove off. McDonalds is yet to fire the employee despite the manager being right next to the employee while she cussing out the drive thru window. read more

Okay looking at the reviews...phew, but I shall give them 5 stars for the customer service and hawt fries. Stopping through on a road trip. Employee at the menu was kind and even those who gave us our food as they asked us if sprite and sweet tea would taste good together (send me a compliment with your answer). Too bad we can't give 0 star reviews! Once again, a simple order messed up by employees who just don't care. I paid $15.02 for a combo with a large fry, a small fry, and a plain cheeseburger. I realized I only received 1 medium fry when I got home. I had just returned from a two-hour round trip having take keys to my girlfriend because she had lost hers. I didn't feel like schlepping back to the restaurant, and of course nobody answers the frigging phone when you call. Save your money, or go somewhere else! I know better than to patronize this place, but it was late, and I hadn't eaten since lunch, thanks to the rushed trip to deliver keys. It's sad that orders pop up on the screen for verification purposes, but something as easy as verifying the correct items go in the correct bag and out to the correct vehicle are consistently too difficult for this location. Fool me once, shame on you..Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't go back. I almost went to the Wendy's in the same shopping center, but made my decision based on the fries. Joke's on me; the fries SUCKED and I didn't get what I paid for. Hopefully I will be able to successfully dispute the charge, as I did not get what I paid for. Again, save your time and money. The food is consistently good and fresh. The service is wayyyy better than most of the McDonald's within a 15 minute drive radius. They get you in and out of the drive thru in relatively short time. Definitely recommend this McDonald's over others in the area. It's absolutely worth driving out of your way for rather than going to a different McDonald's. read more

I placed my order using the app. Once I checked in, I waited 17 minutes for my food; it was cold and soggy upon arrival....which tells me my order sat around for a while before the runner picked it up and brought it out. The buns were burnt and one was folded up, leaving the burger & cheese exposed.....meaning I had to reassemble before I could attempt to eat. Fries were limp and soggy. Bathroom iffy with a drunk at one urinal, singing...pants around his ankles. Staff ignored me for about 3 minutes. Placed my order of 4 6pc nuggets Happy meals and two Double Cheeseburgers at the drive thru. When I arrived at the second window to get my food we were instructed to park and the food would be brought out to us. Fast forward 20 minutes and still no food. Finally an employee brought someone else's order out. I asked them to check and they brought out our order but was missing the burgers. If I could give zero stars I would. We finally got to the window at 10:29 and they wouldn't let us order breakfast after waiting in a long line for about 30 minutes. After ordering our nuggets and fries after being told we couldn't get breakfast, we were told to pull into reserved parking where we waited another 20 minutes for multiple people to come out and continually ask us what we ordered. Two drive through lines were long but moved quickly, our order was hot and correct -- they even cheerfully swapped out my Diet Coke for regular after I had ordered Coke Zero but they didn't have that. My family and I went into this McDonald's for a quick bite. The lady behind the counter was not trained whatsoever. She had to continually ask the so called manager for help. At one point, she asked me which buttons to touch in her register. I actually had to explain that I was not the one who worked there. The manager was so awful that she walked away and said she couldn't deal with it anymore. I guess the pink hair was her tell. Absolutely ridiculous. I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat while driving up to DC for the weekend. I'm not sure if this is a fairly new McDonalds or just an older one that has been upgraded, but it's apparently from the second you enter the building that it's cutting edge design. I was really impressed with the 5 connected monitors that created the live menu screen above the front counter. The place was busy and the staff was hustling taking orders and getting the food out quickly. I had an excellent vantage point in the center of the the dining room and I heard no complaints at all. It's really nice to see a well trained staff at a McDonald's and I wish more locations were as on the ball as this one. Excellent job guys! read more

The drive thru was jam packed so we decided to go in for some contact free takeout. We walked in and waited patiently, no one said anything to us not even a good morning welcome to McDonald's. The floors were dirty and it was in a general disarray. While they could not be bothered to speak to paying customers, they were comfortable speaking about cashapping each other very loudly which is the only reason I mention it. Also, I don't know if they were on break but one employee was busy doing another's hair in the dining area. We had to ask for a coffee that we ordered at the kiosk , because again... no one said a word to us. When we informed them that we were waiting on the coffee they proceeded to make it but first dumped the previous filter in the trash by banging it on the side of the container which already had refuse in it... holy cross contamination Batman!!!‍ If you own this location you might want to seek new help, your current roster is doing you no favors!!! read more

I put in a mobile order for curbside pick up because I had my baby with me in the car. I waited over 20 minutes before having to go inside and ask about my food. The staff was rude and told me to fix my own drink even though it had been part of my order and my hands were full with my 8 month old baby (weighs over 23lbs and was getting cranky). Clearly the owner of this McDonalds does not read reviews. I keep trying to give them another chance and disappointed once again. Old dry nuggets, the Bi Mac was a big miss! The buns must have been old, they fell apart into pieces. Bottom and top bun! The patties were so thin and small there was 1" of empty bun all the way around the puny patties. I don't eat a Big Mac often so when I do I really look forward to it. Because this is the closest MC Donald's to me I keep giving them a chance hoping it's better than the last time.
