The restrooms were just as clean and the soap and towels were full. The young lady in the dining room was very attentive and asked me several times while I waited for my food if I was good. It did take me about 7mins to get a basic burger with fries, I added jalapeños and that was it. The fries were mid at best. The burger is tasty and I dipped it in the creamy pepper sauce. Overall it was a good experience and I would try it again to see how their ice cream is. It almost compares to Freddy's but gets edged out with the flavor.

No hold on, no apology, no give us a few minutes to check on it... nothing. More people even walked in to order, with no one at the registers... although I saw 5-6 people. Even the one that took my order had walked out the back, I assume to take her break or getting off. She didn't even look at me and walked by me twice. I finally received my food from another person, around 7-8 minutes later. It should never take 45 minutes to receive your a burger and strips meals, and the level of empathy or customer service was at zero... none. I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 for a late lunch with my husband. It was without a doubt the best Whopper meal I have ever had. It was totally unlike other Burger King whoppers and I was so pleased. The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast and accurate. The staff was also very polite, although I did have trouble hearing the cashier as she spoke so softly.
