Went inside to place a order and didn't get a greeting or be right with you so 6 minutes later they tell me to use the kiosk, flies were flying around and someone had kill one on top of the divider up front separating the dining area I ordered a 10 piece nugget came out within 3 minutes and they were okay,a little bit of advice go through the drive through they will serve you better that's seems where most of the attention goes read more

They are out of salads. They are out of potatoes They are out of everything. Rude and no excuse to be out of everything on a Friday night at 8pm read more

Worst run restaurant in this side of town . Manner sucked so the staff sucks . And they never answer the phone . Ordered plain burgers they came with the fixins. read more

Wendy's on the corner of Kelley way was horrible. From the top to the bottom. The drive thru lady and yes she was a lady because I went inside to check to see if she was alive because I sat there at the drive thru for at least a minute and 30 seconds in complete silence. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Atlanta y'all need some Latin blood out here. The employees were slow and very unwilling to give you eye contact and if they did there was not a knowledgement of your presence. After being straight ignored the adolescent that should have been taking my order was just waiting for the fries to finish while staring at the dry girl in fluffy slides. This place is a wreck. I can see why they call y'all lazy now I'd like to add the adjective worthless. Failure is your future with this crew! read more

I'd give it no stars if I could. I mobile ordered recently; but when I got to the restaurant, they were out of the items I ordered. Instead of cancelling my order and issuing a refund, they processed my order. The manager said I had to contact customer service to get a refund because I ordered via the app. I've contacted customer service multiple times and still haven't gotten my money back. Something is drastically wrong if someone has to pay for a product they never received. I will never, ever purchase from Wendy's again. read more

Horrible service. Staff had disgusting attitudes. They gave someone in front of me the wrong sandwich. After the customer rummaged through it and returned it, Wendy's stuck the SAME sandwich in my bag. Cold fries. They were out of straws and spoons. There was no manager on site. Do better! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was disgusting, not a single table was clean, trash and food on each tables. The drink dispenser was greasy with sticky soda residue on it. It also didn't even have Diet Coke in the machine. Restrooms were missing paper towels and feces was all over the single toilet for women. There were no other diners except for us, go figure, and they still messed up our order. When we did see another customer, they came in to complain about wrong orders. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

This Wendy's has got it going on. Great staff. Burgers are fresh and the food comes out fresh. Just like I remember when Wendy's first out. Great place read more

Staff outside with hands in mouth picking teeth while taking orders . Also after 2ish the younger staff is in. Rude and dismissive .

This place is DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ordered a frostyccino and the milk is RANCID literally taste like ACID going down my throat. The number on the Receipt is completely incorrect and when I finally got a hold of them the manager just said "oh I'll get you another one" like I didn't just sip on CHUNKS of SPOILD MILK not to mention during a time like Covid where people are losing taste and smell. How BAD does your restaurant have to be to have CHUNKS in your sour MILK!?!?! read more

Just left the location, they're supposed to be open at 630. Another customer in front of me literally sat there for 5 minutes and no one came to the speaker and said nothing. I pulled up and waited and the same thing nothing. I drove to the window and someone finally came to the window and said the food isn't ready yet. What is really going on here, definitely won't be back read more

Ordered Bacon Pretzel Pub sandwich They were supposed to give me 3 slices of thick bacon. I received no bacon. read more

Absolutly horrible service. Not a single person in the drive thru(should've taken that as a nice hint) and they asked me to pull forward to a parking spot for my SINGLE SANDWICH. Pulled up and I look into the building and they're all on their phones loligagging around and 10 minutes later I got my cold food. This Wendy's needs new ownership or new employees... read more

I visited the Wendy's at 1928 155 N with my family after church. It was 11:16pm (this isn't out of the norm, we've gone there close to 12 am before), we pulled up to the drive through and there was no answer. So we pulled around the building and saw someone inside walking around. We then walked up to the door to review their hours, which states their open until 12am. They are supposed to be a reliable fast food restaurant that remains open until 12 am but whomever was walking around never acknowledged us at the drive thru after we sat there for 10 min before finally pulling off. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have visited. The order taker was rude and my order was cold. Girl who give me my bag didn't say a word, no HAVE A NICE DAY or THANK YOU, absolutely nothing. Why is service so slow and my order is cold !!! Is same thing in the morning for breakfast!!! Do not visit and waste your money and time in this location! read more

While open for business and driver in parking lot, they canceled our delivery order. Guess they couldn't be bother to take care of the customer. Find another place to eat. read more

Horrible customer service. We ordered an Asiago Chicken Ranch Club Spicy and the Bourbon Bacon. The employee taking our order was very rude and seemed as if she didn't want to deal with us. We almost just decided to leave. She took our card and gave it back no friendly service or thank you. The next employee gave us our bag with his mask under his nose and closed the window and proceeded to talk and laugh with the other employees. Our fries were not hot and neither was our sandwiches. There was no onions or bacon on my burger. We won't be coming back. Every time we've come to this Wendys its been a bad experience. They need someone to come in and turn this store around. read more

My order to go : Cold fries , cold chicken sandwich , no straw and no receipt. Don't think it really matters if the food was hot it would have been nasty anyway. Never going back! read more

My family and I went here tonight for dinner. When we pulled up to the window to receive our drinks and food; the lady at the window was obviously new. When she handed my husband his drink the lid was not on all the way; which resulted in it spilling down the side of his truck, and also inside his truck. She didn't offer an apology or anything such as a cup of water to help with the stickiness. When this Wendy's first opened it was amazing. Now that it has been opened for awhile it has gone downhill fast! read more

Absolutely horrible. Slow as molasses. Cold food. And they haven't gotten an order right yet. Every bit of this is evidence of incompetent, apathetic management. They really just need to clean house and start over. read more

this place is horrible. i ordered nuggets. NUGGETS. nothing extra done to them just normal but users and it took them 30 minutes to get them to me. a simple 8 count nugget. pathetic. worst customer service also. i walk in and wasn't greeted. they didn't say anything to me hut order when ready. and when i asked about my nuggets the women rolled her eyes and said in a attitude filled tone. they'll be ready soon. This is by far the WORST fast food establishment in the state of Georgia, maybe the United States. Every time I come here I think it will get better, but not to my surprise I get told to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to bring it out to me. The reason I'm writing this review is because I am currently waiting in a parking spot while typing this out. Aside from that, they can't even get your order correct. The staff is awful/ghetto and not respectful at all. I honestly feel like it is their mission to make you feel like you're a burden for coming to eat here. Overall this is a terrible Wendy's read more

Awful service. There were 6 employees working in the cooking area. There were only 4 customers in the store trying to get food. It took 15 minutes to get a hamburger and fries. Employees in this brand new store looked like they were moving in slow motion. The men's restroom was out of service. ( new store on ga hwy 155 in Mcdonough ga. ) never again. read more
