One of the worst McDonald's in Henry county. If you go any later then 9 at night you'll either be ignored at the order station or waiting for 15 or more. They have to ask what your order is when you get to the window regardless of what it is. And when you do receive it, it's wrong. If they ask you to pull forward you have better chances leaving then waiting. Waited 10 minutes for a frappe only for the worker to bring it to the car next to us even after they expressed it wasn't theirs and didn't even think to check if it was for the car next to them. Was in line for almost 20 minutes. Ordered two double cheese burgers, just meat and cheese, and a large sweet tea. The girl at the window rolled her eyes at me when I pulled up and didn't say a word to me. First time I did a curbside pick up was great but since then it has gone down hill. The girl appeared to be new and said her headset wasn't working. I repeated my order a second time. I went to the next window and they asked for my order again. I told them a third time. They gave me my order but it only had two hash browns. Even though they messed up, instead of just giving me the two hash browns, they said I could order them. I'm not putting $2 on my card. I pulled into this McDonalds to grab a bite to eat. The line for the drive-thru was backed up, so I decided to park and walk inside. I wore my mask upon entry (COVID-19) and nobody was at the counter. The kitchen looked thin and only a few of the employees were wearing masks. I waited a minute or two and I was greeted by someone who advised me how sorry he was, but they were only doing business from the drive-thru. I asked him why, and he told me it was because of COVID. I will admit, I looked at him as if he was stupid and stated to him, the door is unlocked, and there were people in the kitchen not wearing masks. He advised me the door was open for customers who's orders were wrong. Really? Are you that incompetent to get an order right. I get it, people make mistakes all the time, but it's a cheeseburger and fries for Pete's sakes. Anyways, this isn't the first experience I've had at this location with excuses. If the owner's okay with it, I guess I am too, but I don't have to return either. I walked out, got back in my vehicle, and drove across the street to Burger King where the door was open for business. The lady manager attitude and customer service is the worse. They were out of a lot of items. I couldn't get a receipt because I was told they were out of ink. My food was wrong and when I finally got my food the was cold and when asked for a refund I did not receive a full refund. The manager started yelling inside and held my card which was inappropriate and out of line. My card for was held for 30 minutes and the manager even called the police and told them I refused to take back my debit card which was a complete lie. the officer even stated that they have had to come out to this location several times. My daughter works here and the management staff is very unprofessional and so is the owner, I have had to go there and speak with the manager twice and my husband has gone once and they still make her experience working her fist job a nightmare. Not professional at all I will never spend money there again.
