THIS TACO BELL IS LITTERED WITH INCOMPETENCE This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had...and that's really saying something from this garbage chute they call a fast food restaurant. I waited in line for 30 minutes, since there's only three people working here, and when I finally got my drink they gave me the wrong one. they then proceeded to give me the most carbonated Baja blast I've ever had in my entire life. No syrup in sight. I didn't get nacho fries, I didn't get my Chalupa, and I didn't get the chicken cantina tacos. instead, they gave me two random combination of beef and what was supposed to be a cantina chicken taco. Ordered through door dash, mexican pizza was at very bottom of bag smashed by burritos and tacos. supposed to have spicy ranch on pizza, none. Ordered 2 chili cheese burritos, and got what they called a burrito, but looked nothing like a burrito. hot sauce diablo and fire on receipt for sauces, didn't receive not one, added spicy ranch to tacos and pizza, didn't put it on any. Location unable to fulfill my mobile order because they were out of items. This is understandable and stuff happens, but the manager claimed that he called corporate so I would be issued a refund. I have no refund and I've heard nothing from corporate and it is almost impossible to find the contact info. I emailed corporate through the app and I've gotten no response, so basically I paid for an order that I never received and have gotten no assistance with getting a refund. Fast food service is not a personalized experience and most people get it. This place has taken the standard of that experience to a new low. Not one time (over 50 visits) has the store manager shown that he cares about the customer. I have seen him argue, belittle and cuss at customers. Finally it was my turn. He got mad because he could not hear me at the drive through. I kept trying to be louder and he just kept yelling (and I mean yelling) that he could hear me. Finally I got loud enough for him to hear and then he starts cussing that I'm yelling. Then at the window I made the comment that perhaps they should get a new microphone for the drive through and all he had to say was "maybe you should find a new Taco Bell". Worst Taco Bell around. They used to be pretty good, but the past few times it's been total trash. Out of a lot of menu items, Slushes, the new chicken chalupa, and many other things. I always have liked the quesarito and this Taco Bell will never make it for me. Every other Taco Bell will. Go to Hudson bridge or Mcdonough Taco Bell. And also NO GRILLED ITEMS!! I've been there so many times and they turn their grill off like stupid early, like 5 or 6 pm. Haven't been to this location for over 3 yrs thanks to a previous kitchen fire and then covid hit and the dining room was rarely open. Walked in, stood at the cash register for 5 minutes while the employees were running orders out to people's cars and making orders in the kitchen so I know they saw me. Eventually they told me to use one if the self service kiosks. I asked if I could specify what I didn't want on my tacos. They said Absolutely no problem. So I entered all my particulars with upsized drink, no tomatoes, no chipotle sauce. The machine asked me how I want receipt so I entered my phone number. Got my order, they gave me a small cup. I mentioned that I paid 20 cents extra for a large cup. The Diet Pepsi was out. I ended up just getting regular Pepsi. My Chalupa had tomatoes on it. It's really annoying when you try to get a simple meal and they can't even get it right with the robot machine and they never texted me my receipt. This thing was burned down and I came back in after three years with high expectation. I walked in the place didn't even look close to the same as before but it had a nice feel.
