Rude AF!!!!!!!! From California visiting a brother in hospital and we came here to get some warm food. Cold! on top of that they kicked us out cause we got kfc for my nephews and other food isn't allowed i side. they hd a manager come and tell us again right after meanwhile we are already gathering our stuff to leave! then my iceed coffee was more like Iceed Cream with a pinch of coffee!! The slowest McDonalds i have ever been to. Last night i went and ordered just 2 burgers and fries. As a local resident, I'm a loyal customer at this Mcdonald's. Every single time I go there, without fail, they mess something up in my order. It's either they forget half of my order, give me the wrong food, or forget my receipt. There are only a few people there with nice customer service skills. Never fails that when we go through drive through that something is missing. This time we went inside and was helped by the regular counter lady that has a personality like my husbands stinky shoe. She may be sparkling in jeweled hair pieces but her persona lacks the dazzle. It's always so loud that you can't hear yourself speak. My husbands eggs looked like they had already been digested. I am a fan of fast food restaurants but McDonald's restaurants always have something wrong. The food tastes great a lot of the time but the presentation of the food is always a bit lacking. The buns are usually crushed but that really is not too big of a deal because it always tastes the same. This specific McDonald's is VERY slow. The reason for that is because of the location. In terms of a business standpoint, they hit the jackpot. In terms of a customer's standpoint, the wait sucks. They do rarely ever get an order wrong though so that is a plus. read more

My mother and I waited out the storm last night at this McDonald's and we witnessed the manager, Pam, treating the other employees and some customers like idiots. She actually yelled at a family because they put their tray with the empty containers on the front counter. She actually left the tray there and then went over to where they were sitting and in a VERY loud voice told them that the tray they left on the counter did not belong there and they should take care of it. A customer behind us in line, who I think is an employee that was off duty, picked up the tray and emptied it into the trash and told the manager that she should never talk to customers like that. She in turn told him to mind his own business (but in much more colorful language). The manager then went back behind the counter to 'help' and continue to berate the crew on duty in a not so quiet voice - the whole restaurant could hear her. read more
