I'll start this review with a positive note. The self-serve register is easy to use and the guy who delivered our food to the table was nice. The restaurant seems to boast a new modern feel. The food was slow to be delivered. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a 10 piece nugget, a medium fry, and a pie. It took longer for it to be delivered than ordering and eating, and once it was there were no drinks. I approached the counter and the young lady fixed the drinks for us, note she fixed them because this McDonald's doesn't have a drink station in the lobby - so don't think about a refill unless you want to constantly hunt down a team member. read more

Service was below awful. We stood at the register for 5 min. Noone even acknowledged that we were there. (I don't like to do self check) Finally did go to the self order. Got it ordered and paid. Sat down an waited and waited. There were 3 tables with people. No lines. Finally they brought our food. They left off 2 pies. She got our drink cups, my husband got coffee so she took the cup. We waited again. Found out my husband order was wrong. I took it to the front and told them. She finally got the right one and gave me our pies. I asked where was the coffee. I really hate leaving a bad review on this location. It's definitely been my favorite the past two years. However, after losing Pepper their customer service, food, and wait times have been absolutely terrible. They been out of multiple items at a time (one or two is acceptable), food is barely passable, portions are ridiculous, I had enough gravy for about a quarter of my biscuit which I had to scrape it off the side to get, my orders have been incorrect multiple times, COLD FRIES EVERY TIME, and I'm waiting at curbside longer than I do in line now. Last week I spent 15 minutes waiting on food, only to have my entire order incorrect and had to wait another 10 to get the correct one. I wish Foothills were an option but that's too out of my way, I'm sure I'll update if improvements are made, but until then just hope for the best and expect the worst from now on. read more

As a yelper of a certain age, I remember when the sign said over a million served. That's with an M. I love McDonald's and you will never convince me that everything fast food is evil. It's a treat, and they have come a very long way in giving healthier options especially where children are considered. My husband stopped in to get us some lunch and omg the burger wasn't even cooked all the way through, and the fries were so cold that you'd swear they were taken out of the freezer and just left to thaw and then serve. This place is a joke. In fact, all of the COCHRAN family franchise locations are just terrible. Horrible management, and they just don't care. They charged me for someone else's order, then got my order wrong, took 15 minutes to fix, and then refused to give me a missing item because they said I couldn't PROVE I didn't receive it! What? I have gotten plenty of food from here and it's typical McDonalds fair but what's going on with their coffee?! I normally drink coffee at work but we ran out for a few days which made me stop and get McD's coffee. I know what it's supposed to taste like and usually it's consistently good no matter what McD's you stop at. This past week (2/24-2/27) One cup was good, one cup so-so but two were gross. Old and bitter tasting. Maybe they need to clean out their machine or train the coffee person to be consistent? Luckily our coffee supplier showed up so I don't have to drink this swill any longer. read more

So today I went to McDonald's twice, both times I went through drive-thru. The first time I went for breakfast and my sweet tea needed even taste sweet. The second time I went with my neighbors and I asked for 3 large sweet teas, I got to the first window and they only heard one and I corrected them and paid for three and then got to the second window and they gave me two medium sweet teas and a large sweet tea, and again my tea doesn't taste sweet. read more

Lets start from the beginning. This is a fairly new business so one wouldn't expect it to have a lane closed on the drive thru. I sat in a line that reached to the front door! All of the parking next to the building was blocked off as well as the inside drive thru. It took forever to finally place my simple order. They took my money fast but I then had to sit and wait on my food. Two employees (kids) were sitting outside next to the side door vaping. When I finally got my order I checked it before pulling away. First thing I noticed, they had simply thrown the fries in the bag. The carton was empty and the fries were laying in the bottom. To make matters worse, this was a happy meal so it contained a cold yogurt which made the fries soggy and cold. Burger was very sloppy with the condiments not even on the inside and the meat was barely on the bun. You would figure that with all the fuss about wanting $15 per hour they could at least put the fries in the bag upright and make a simple burger. Maybe that's just too much to ask. read more
