But, I'd rank the taste/flavor as not as good the Gogi Korean and Won Korean. Also, no banchan (Korean appetizers) like Gogi and less appealing interior atmosphere. There was a smell of rank cooking oil that seemed to permeate the dining area. That bothered me the whole meal and made it hard to enjoy the food. Also, comparing K-Pocha to competitors, it's more expensive. If I am paying more, I expect it to be better. Service was decent and prompt. So, no issues there. Just not my favorite place for Korean food. Overall: It's just ok.

They had both menu lanes open in the drive thru but cones filtering the outside lane to the building. This was, in my opinion, too close to the menu. It makes the outside lane impossible to clear to allow the next car to order. This also contributed to a car in the inside lane ordering before me. 10 minute wait time for three cars ahead of me. When ordering, clarified + 1 canes sauce on top of free one. Didn't get it and wasn't charged. So kinda a push. The customer service. Slights smiles and keep it moving body language. Which is strange because each car was stuck at each window for 4-6 minutes. Food was ok. I didn't get a fork. Had my own. Coleslaw. Again. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately the last three times I've visited this restaurant, in the past two months I have been incredibly disappointed. The first of three visits was the last time I actually got to eat a meal. The staff were short, flustered, and had poor communication with each other. It felt like a manager who didn't care trained a bunch of teens who didn't know what to do because they didn't get trained. Fast forward to the 2nd to last trip and I order then wait 15 mins only to be told they are out of the food I ordered. No big deal. But when I went to get a refund, no one knew how to do it and the manager was gone. I waited at least another 15 minutes on the manager to come and preform the refund. Lastly I walk into order and they are out of everything again. They have one more chance to serve me and I'll never return which will be so sad.
