I wasn't aware that McDonald's served unsalted potatoes until today. I guess they give you the free apple pie to make up for the fact that the two people working the pay window took 5 minutes to gossip before they could swipe my card and that they don't know how to throw the cold potatoes in the fryer for long enough.

The drive-thru.

Sometime between December 2016 and March 2017, someone or something (perhaps an automated computer process, but I'm guessing more likely human error) at Yelp incorrectly merged the business listings for two McDonald's stores in Marietta, Georgia. This McDonald's, located at 645 Cobb Pkwy S near Kennesaw State's Marietta campus (formerly Southern Poly), and the McDonald's located at 778 Whitlock Ave, 4.3 miles west of the 645 Cobb Pkwy S location, were combined into the 778 Whitlock Ave listing: https://www.yelp.com/biz/mcdonalds-marietta-14. I have no idea why or how this happened or how to even begin submitting an "unmerge" request to Yelp HQ or Yelp moderators, so I'll just let the error stand. It's just McDonald's. As a result of the merge, the original listing for this McDonald's at 645 Cobb Pkwy S disappeared, so I created this new one. I discovered the mysterious disappearance when I tried to check in, but noticed the listing was gone. With that out of the way, not much has changed at this McDonald's over the years. This is an old school McDonald's that seems to have been "left behind" by newer McDonald's or older McDonald's that have been given fresh facelifts. If there exists a list of McDonald's stores that are in need of a renovation, this one should be near the top. This store looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s or at the latest, the early 2000s. It's small and lacks the aesthetics and modernity of contemporary McDonald's stores. That said, this place still serves the same fast food I've been a fan of since I was a little kid. It's a guilty pleasure. On average, I think I swing by the drive-thru of this McDonald's once every three to four months and, more often than not, order a #1 Extra Value Meal: Big Mac, fries, and a fountain Coke for $5.99 ($6.35 after 6% Cobb County Tax). This classic American meal is almost always satisfying and leaves me craving more. The bun and special sauce make the Big Mac for me and the fries are unhealthily addictive. The drive-thru at this location, for the most part, works without a hitch.

I'm almost afraid to go to this McDonalds now. There's a sauce gatekeeper and they make you feel bad for how you like to eat your own food.

Delicious and tasty coffee made with fresh roasted beans! The store is well...old and feels like the late 2000s. Light blue paint and exposed brick. Hence the name. Complete with an early 2000 music playlist and if you are from this generation you are right at home. Seating is limited and cozy so best to take and go. There is a patio outside which gives more seating options.

We tried the iced caramel latte. The caramel was not mixed in with the espresso and therefore sat on the bottom of the cup. I also thought the espresso itself was a bit bitter and more of a darker roast, which isn't how I prefer it. Probably wouldn't get it again. But I did pick up some beans. We asked an employee to help explain some of the roasts they offered and she was kind and helpful to give us some insight. You can buy the beans by 1/4 lb increments and they'll dispense and bag them fresh from their wall of beans. They also have a rewards program where you get a free lb of beans for every 10 or so lbs of beans you purchase. There were also prepackaged beans that come in 12 oz bags. Very cool place and would recommend for a cheap cup of coffee or some beans

I love any family owned business and it has been so cool to see this establishment grow from not even having inside seating, to now having a full restaurant and lounge area inside as well as an outside porch area. The ambiance inside is old school and looks pretty cool! The service is friendly and exhibits the southern charm that Marietta is known for. We've had various visits but on this visit it was just me. I got the ham and cheese croissant and a dirty chai. Both were pretty good and the prices were completely reasonable. I will definitely return to this spot again with my family and I highly recommend that you give it a try, especially if your in the area!

I walked here from Church St. and it was a beautiful walk past some gorgeous old well-maintained homes. Very charming neighborhood area. This location is prime. It backs up to some trees and vines in the back, has a large park on the side for children, the patio overlooks the part and green space, and it has a large, old building with exposed wood beams, loads of charm, and lots of open space to hang out! If I lived here, I'm sure I'd be here all the time. The food menu was light, but the vibes were strong. Staff were exceptionally friendly and answered my questions and I found the QR table ordering fast and efficient. You can always walk up to the window if you prefer. I had already had lunch so I went light and had a lemon bundt and the French B**** coffee. Both were out quickly and were delicious! The decor inside is gorgeous. Even the bathrooms are fancy and on theme. I stopped next door at the adorable shop and found the entire area to be a joy. 100000% recommend you stop in here, often, and have some goodies for me!

I got the Korean-style coffee and a Dubai chocolate croissant, and both were delicious. The croissant was HUGE and I couldn't even finish it, so the value is definitely there. I'm already excited to go back and try the strawberries and cream croissant and the Biscoff latte. The guy at the register was so nice! They also offer curbside pickup, which is super convenient, although I chose to go inside because I wanted to check the place out. It's spacious, nicely decorated, and has a great atmosphere. I could definitely see myself meeting up with friends here. I live in Chicago but visit the area often to see family, so this will absolutely be a staple whenever I'm in town!

Solid 5 stars all around: ambiance, service, and food…read more They have a small parking lot behind the store, I drove past it and had to come back around but found it and easily found parking in the middle of the day. Inside is lovely and clean with earthy decor and some toys for children by the restrooms. They also have a portable changing table available on request. I sat outside on the patio and they put a fan on me since it was warm. Lovely seats on the lawn shaded by a large tree as well as some deck seating. They have a large menu loaded with goodies. I found about 5-6 things I actually wanted at once but settled not he Veggie bowl and added chicken sausage. My bowl had sweet potato hash, cheese, kale, red peppers, red onion and mushrooms sautéed, topped with two eggs and my added chicken. It was a huge portion and it was really delicious. Perfectly cooked and healthy and loaded - the hash was phenomenal. My waitress was the sweetest and I really just enjoyed a lovely quiet lunch with the patio entirely to myself on a lovely summer afternoon. Couldn't have been better.

It lacked flavor, but I appreciated it for not being overly salty. My favorite meal was the avocado nachos. I have thought of them since my first time eating them. As it was my first time there. I elected to eat inside. It wasn't a bad experience, but the home is very small . I can imagine it being congested . But I was there early on a Sunday . Will I eat here again ? Yes !
