Worst drive thru ever! I thought the last time was a one off, but here I am again waiting 20 mins just to get my food.

I am so disappointed in McDonald's. I have recently gone there. Haven't been in a while. The first visit, I got a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, and it was a mess. It had mayo all over the place. I thought it was just a bad day for them. So, I tried again two days later, hoping for the best. Again, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. This time was even worse. My burger had hardly any lettuce, onions, tomatoes or pickles. It had a dime size spot of ketchup, just a dry burger. My how the mighty has fallen. read more

Had a code for a free medium fry with purchase of any size soft drink, upon ordering I provided the code in which she used however continued to ring me up for the medium fry. I tried to ask over the drive thru speaker but she cut me off and started taking another order. When I arrived at the first window the medium fry was still on my bill, so I explained the transaction and they seemed confused. The woman that took my order then came to the pay window and took the fry off my bill. When I got to the second window NO FRIES, so I asked to speak with the woman. She proceeded to speak toe in a very deeming tone, spoke over me and said "I had a problem with the price of the fries". Well of course I did seeing I used a code for a free fry! This location needs major transactional training as well as customer service development!!! read more

Location turns out quality food at a very reasonable price. Staff is kind considerate and working to be their best. Standard modern McDonalds decor is usually well maintained and tidy. read more

It is unfortunate that even with today's technology the employees still cannot get a simple order correct. The food is inconsistent and the staff look at you as if you come from a foreign land and speaking a foreign language. So if you want your order incorrect and and to be treated like they did you a favor then come to this location. read more

Service is extremely slow. I would not stop here, you are better off driving further down the road.

Not sure what will end your life first.., the time it takes to get your food or the entire salt mine they dump on the fries. Literally (not kidding), put the fries in a strainer and shook them until they were somewhat normal. It looked like I busted open a snow globe. read more

Waited in line for 27 minutes last night. Starved from a day of air travel and sprints through airports. Once we finally got our food the fries were barely cooked and already cold. Burgers were ok, at least they were warm...unlike our fries. I'm thinking I don't ever have to come here again but will stop at Taco Bell if I'm hungry after a long day of traveling. Also, when the window opened to get our order, a nasty smell of old grease and donuts wafted out. Not a smell that engenders an appetite. read more

I came through the drive thru tonight. the staff seemed confused by my face or something. I honestly didn't understand why they made it so awkward and stared at me like they've never seen another human. On top of the weird looks I got they chose to dunk a ton of Mac Sauce on my Big Mac. when the girl handed me my bag at the second window she didn't even give me a chance to ask for something else I needed. I didn't even get a "have a nice day" ...she looked disgusted with me and shut the window. so thanks for ruining my food and making it a weird experience. What happened to the nice people that used to work there? I've been working in restaurant for 16 years, I wouldn't have treated them like that if they came to my job. read more

Terrible establishment. Got here at 9:00 and ordered breakfast. As we were ordering breakfast, the lady changed the menu on us and said they are no longer doing breakfast. So I ordered lunch at 9:05 roughly and waiting until 9:30 to just leave. The workers were giving food to the people in line behind me and my order was not difficult at all. I urge you to never come here, ever. This place is AWFUL. Would give it a zero star review if possible. read more

Fast food is laughable at this McDonald's. Who's working in the back, crack heads? All the food is basically microwaved.

You know, I usually don't complain about anything especially food. I'll eat anything as long as it's halfway decent tasting but this was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at . For starters. my fries were so salty I couldn't eat them; and I like salty fries. Secondly, I ordered the same thing I get every single time, a double cheeseburger no pickles extra ketchup. Not a difficult order; it actually saves you a step by skipping the pickles. I also don't think squirting. The ketchup gun twice is too much to ask either. No I can handle my burger not being correct because none of them get it right most of the time but what I can't handle is it being cold when I get it from the counter and I just watch them wrap it up so I know it hasn't been sitting there . Now that's an issue. That's that's mainly why I'm complaining. I don't know if there is an issue making a burger with no pickles and extra ketchup but at this point it feel like there may be some kind of hidden agenda against my taste in double cheeseburgers. I feel like it's a conspiracy at this point. Y'all never get it right. There has to be some secret society that is rebelling against anyone who wants no pickles and extra ketchup because it's not possible for a restaurant chain to get it wrong so many times in so many different places. ‍ (I tried to make this funny, so it wouldn't be so harsh. It's unfortunate giving no stars isn't an option. I have been waiting an hour in the drive through for food. When I finally got to the place to pay for my food, the employee was sitting down on his phone. AN HOUR! Only to see someone sitting on there phone. It always take forever. They never open in the morning on time. Worst McDonalds probably worldwide. read more

They say open till 0400. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes no one came to the speaker there were 3 cars waiting to pick up their orders I drove to the window saw people working went back to the drive through order location no answer after another 5 minute wait. A car pulled up to the #2 speaker ordered and paid I followed that car up and saw the girl in the pay window she said she was not taking any more orders. Horrible customer service will never return and DO NOT recommend this McDonalds location. read more

I went to the drive thru and order a 1/4 pounder meal. Went to pay window and paid for my order. Then went to window 1 where I received my drink. Then I was told to go to window 2. Got there and there was no one there. After watching 3 cars behind me receive their orders over a five minute span, I realized I was never going to get my food. So I left with my $8.56 coke. Came here to get a quick breakfast and as I was eating my egg McMuffin in the car, I noticed the egg in the sandwich was pretty runny but I've never gotten sick from McDonald's so I figured it was fine. Half way through eating the egg McMuffin I found a thick black hair in my wrapper. There's no way that came from me considering I have light blonde hair so that definitely grossed me out and I stopped eating immediately. Later on, maybe 3-4 hours later I started to feel sick to my stomach and sure enough I ended up vomiting on and off the rest of the day into the night. This is a warning to anyone else who eats or is going to eat at this McDonald's. There's a reason they only have a 1 and a half star rating. I wish I would have paid attention to that. read more

This last time was the worst time.... The lady at the front counter was very rude. I was trying to explain my situation to her about using the app to pick up my food. She said I don't know what's wrong with your phone but we don't have payment for the food. I used the app to pick up and it says when arrived give the cashier your code I did and it then said after trying to go back and try different things it had charged my card 13 times. She said that she wouldn't give back my money or report the problem to the manager because she didn't have a payment for 4 dollars. Never going to this one again. read more

This McDonald's is the one I usually go to and this recent visit wasn't the best. I ordered the 12 piece nugget meal and neither the fries or the nuggets were very fresh. Seemed like both had been sitting out for awhile and were kind of stale and is why I gave a low rating. COVID- I went through the drive-thru so I wasn't able to see how they're handling social distancing and other COVID-19 precautions inside, but the workers were wearing masks. Sustainability- McDonald's, the corporation as a whole, could improve in this area. They are still using plastic cups and straws and have not turned to paper straws like some companies have. read more

Be sure to check your order carefully before you leave; chances are it'll be wrong. I saw my drive through order was wrong yesterday and honked and tried to get the attention of the staff for more than 5 minutes. They never once looked my way, even though one of them came right over to the window; how could he NOT have seen me? FINALLY they acknowledged I was still there and opened the window and glared at me. I told them what was missing and they had no apology for the missing item or the long wait at the window. 4-5 years ago I got a Big Mac here and it was terrible -- cold meat, stale bun. So, last nite, thought I would try again. Ordered Big Mac, Deluxe Quarter Pounder, and 2 med. fries. Has 2 drive-thrus --1 pay window. Asked pay window if I was to pickup at #2, as that was the lane I used. She affirmed -- 2. I got to window 2, waited 6 min. or more and nothing. As #1 had had several cars come and go -- I exited my car, walked to #1 and asked about service at #2. She had my order there -- "oh, this is yours sitting here". Why did the other girl send me to #2? -- no answer. Offered to replace fries with new, AFTER I said everything will be cold. She replaced fries. Got home (about 10 min). How hard is it to make a Regular Hamburger! Swirl of ketchup and mustard, pickles and onion. Well at least I got ketchup! Always slow, half the time the order is wrong, and the wait is long. Wouldn't mind the wait if the food was fresh and the order was right. I always get my fries unsalted. I am not a huge fan of salt and they drown them in it, they usually do get that part right. read more
