Should be zero stars. I went there to get a frappe, the kiosk showed it was available but they couldn't complete the order. Instead of refunding me they tried to give me a milkshake I never wanted. My bank had to credit my money back because they are so stuck on stupid at that McDonald's they don't understand that when a person orders coffee and doesn't get it a refund should be issued. Worst service I have ever gotten at a mcdonalds by a longshot. Workers are rude and clueless, multiple times they have forgotten items in my order, always takes 15-30 minutes for my food even when it isn't busy. Go anywhere else but here, it's just not worth it. read more

If you looking for fast service and quality food prepared correctly... go somewhere else. I ordered breakfast via the mobile app, I checked in to confirm that I was in the drive thru, my time stamp was 10:56 am. I didn't make it to the first window until 11:09am, where I was then advised that it was after 11am and could no longer get my breakfast order. As I explained that it wasn't my fault that their drive thru was moving slow as molasses. I guess it was the manager who came to the window and advised they canceled my order since it was after breakfast hours and asked if I wanted lunch instead. I declined and advised I wanted the order that I placed and sat in line for 20+ minutes waiting on at this point in time. They ended up making my order as placed. I pulled up as req I checked it to make sure it was correct before driving off, of course it was not. They left out one of my hashbrowns and there was PLASTIC and bacon on my egg and cheese only mcmuffin. I went inside to advise regarding the error. The crew member at the counter advised it was a piece of the assemblers glove in the sandwich. How in the world did they miss a long piece of plastic when they wrapped up the sandwich I have no idea. Anywho....No apology was given, however she did yell for it to be remade correctly. My new sandwich was bagged and handed to me. No thanks or anything. I've been standing here 20 minutes and I have NO FOOD. Nothing complicated, ordered for 5 people. Couple of burgers, two happy meals, a chicken sandwich and some fries. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one is needed. I was there on Nov 3, 2018 mid-day. I really like the smokehouse burger, I hope they keep it. It is always a bad sign when you walk in and 5 customers are standing around with receipts in their hand. Place needed to be cleaned, ketchup empty, ketchup cup containers empty, sweet tea empty, ugh not a good sign. There was a pan-handler in side that was asking people for money. The manager instead of confronting the situation just said "I am going to call the police" then asked a co-worker for the phone. I waited in line for 25 minutes just to find out that they were closed. They're advertised as 24 hours but that is not true! There was a long line outside and the employees didn't even bother coming out to tell us that they were closed. A homeless guy was actually standing there telling us that they were closed and he was asking for money. I am so tired of this McDonald's on Pio Nono ! Every time I turn around they say that their ice cream machine is down ! It can't be down for 4 years straight ! They are very lazy and unprofessional. I don't even eat McDonald's like that and this is why ! I don't even come here on a regular and the same lady uses the same bullshit excuse just so she don't have to clean the machine . The fries are stale and nasty as well and don't get me started on the burger ! Everything is just horrible except the breakfast and coffee beverages is kind of acceptable . There was no sweet tea, the floor was sticky, and the kitchen was nasty!! One staff member was extremely rude to my group because we did not claim an order that wasn't even ours.. one girl in our group ordered at 8:01 and got her food at 8:27. The iced coffee was warm and they put mayo on our sandwiches after we asked them not too. We stood at the counter waiting for lids and employees stood around talking and ignored us. I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. I've gone through this drive-thru 4 or 5 times and each time is the worst experience. This drive-thru with only my car in line always takes at least 15 minutes. The employees don't seem to care and offer no excuses for the wait, they just leave you sitting in the car wondering what is going on. Last week I tried to stop by there on the way home at 9:45, waited in line behind 4 other cars. No one answered on the speaker so all the cars gave up and moved to the first window. When I got there all the other cars had just drove away. I finally, after about 10+ minutes of waiting with no response from employees, got to the window when the store lights turned off and an employee told me they were closed. McDonald's? Closed?? It was late around 10pm. The dining room was fairly empty. I was in the drive thru. I ordered a hot-n-spicy chicken sandwich, and a large sweet tea. Unfortunately from experience, I know to always check my tea, before pulling off. I wasn't sure if I was drinking brown water or not, but I immediately asked for a substitute, because the tea nearly killed my taste buds. lol Long story short, I ended up getting a Fruitopia.
