We come once every few months and love this location. The employ are always super pleasant and enjoyable. They stay fully stocked and the toppings are fresh every time. The bathrooms are clean, the store is clean and they have outdoor seating which we like to enjoy sometimes also. Even when it's busy they manage to be quick with creating our sweet cold treats. I love Cold Stone Creamery, but this has to be the worst location I've ever visited. I walked into the shop at noon on a Saturday, June 7...there was not a soul in site. You would think that the shop wasn't even open. I was only there to buy a pint of ice cream. A chirpy girl peeked out from the back, saying "I'll be with you in a minute." A minute turned into five, then ten, then fifteen. I could hear employees talking in the back, while I waited. No one helped me. On my job, even if we're in a meeting, we send someone out when a customer comes to help them immediately. That's just what good customer service is about. I had other things to do with my time, and was done at that point. I put the pint back into cold storage, then walked out. No one ever came out or apologized. Their employees don't care about their customers, and obviously it points to bad management. Newsflash, you're not doing me a favor when I come into your store to purchase some ice cream. I'm helping you by spending my money there. I'm normally understanding, but I will never come back to this store. All I wanted to buy some ice cream, but have learned my lesson. This shop will never get a dime of my money ever again. I will never come back to this location, or spend another dollars. Cold Stone Creamery. My issue with this location is cleanliness. During a prior visit I politely asked the server to wash her hands as she was leaving the cash register to prepare my ice cream. The young lady was obviously offended and explained that she is not required to wash after leaving the cash register because she is not going to touch the cream directly. I left because I refuse to spend my money on food in an establishment knowing that the staff does not wash their hands. During another visit with my nieces, we witnessed one of the servers emptying the trash can and cleaning tables, but he failed to use soap and water before returning to service line. I guess he figured it was okay since he put on a new pair of gloves. It seems that this location has not heard of Serve Safe. I literally drove 35 miles to this location tonight, waited in line for 20 minutes to be disappointed yet AGAIN. The manager was operating the cash register before he decided to help the servers move the line just as my husband and I were about to order. No soap or water, but this time I left without saying anything. Please please please wash your filthy hands before entering the serving area and before putting on gloves. read more

I love this location ! Even when it's crowded the service is still efficient! They always greet all the customers and they are never impatient or rude. A lady had like 6 orders and a whole line of people behind her with people outside (Covid distancing which is great) and they were patient and thorough. Thanks guys for your service. read more

My fiancée and I love the ice cream at Cold Stone, and it pains me to write this...but at the Warner Robins location we are consistently met with poor service. Rude staff, slow lines, and careless employees have made most of our trips here unpleasant. We have even called and written to the manager regarding our experiences, and though he was patient and understanding enough to listen, nothing has changed. The latest debacle was as follows: after ordering a love-it sized signature creation with employee 1, employee 2 loudly complained to her coworker that she has scooped out too much ice cream for cup size. Employee 2 took over from there, and proceeded to mixing, then filing my cup about 3/4 of the way, and leaving/wasting a unreasonably large amount of ice cream on the stone. Frankly, I was shocked. First of all, when has too much ice cream (is that really even a thing?) ever been a problem? What could have ended up with a pleasantly surprised customer getting treated to bonus ice cream turned out instead with bewildered looks between me and my significant other wondering why I had less ice cream than her and other customers. In short, if you're an unhappy person who is easily embittered by coworkers and customers, you should not work at an ice cream shop. It's a happy place, filled with optimists and delicious treats - a place where awesome people get to hang with other awesome people eating awesome treats. This will be my last time as a patron of the WR Cold Stone, which is sad, because there is already a dearth of local coffee shops - now I'm left with no local ice cream shops. -Pat read more

Great fruit smoothies and milk shakes. If you are going to do carryout instead of eat in, make sure to tell them to allow room for the lid. They normally fill it to the brim and if you put the lid on you can get a mess of overflowing smoothy down the side of the cup. Sometimes they will be willing to add a small amount of banana to an all berry smoothy without charge. The ice cream cakes are great. Not inexpensive, but a nice treat. read more
