Terrible made burger. Shitty service they thought i was intoxicated. I will definitely be speaking to the manager face to face. I almost got food poisoning the cheese stuck to the terrible made cardboard box. They taxed me a lot making a $11 burger into a $20 combo. The sprite was watered down and the cardboard box was terribly assembled. They gave me 3 sauces and i asked for a lot. They also took over 30 minutes to give us our food to the point where the police came and thought that we were loitering and almost got arrested. This location was recently remodeled/updated. The play place is better with upgraded play apparatuses to inspire the adventurous types but it really freaking dirty. The floor was so nasty my son's white socks were black. He's a small toddler so he mostly walked around from one place to the other in the play area dining room. I'm not a fan of the order yourself but I guess Mickey D's is trying to automate everything now. When we stood by the registers to order, because we prefer to order that way, we were directed to order at the kiosk. Absolutely no one working the order in registers. The quarter pounder I had a freezer burned taste. I didn't even bother taking it back. The manager seemed overwhelmed with drive-thru orders by herself if she even had someone to work the drive-thru with her. I really like this McDonalds. I've never been here before, so I can't attest to the previous reviews.. but I think it's all pretty new so it must have changed a lot. Very very clean. Nice and attentive workers. Cool play place which SMELLS GOOD. I'm sitting here right now about 245pm. It smells clean in here. They're playing kidzbop. My kids are happy. The food was fresh and fast. The bathroom was clean in the kids' area. Kids here all well behaved too. I like it. And it's right by the pool so we'll probably be back here throughout the summer. read more

Zero stars, this location is shit. They have a sign that reads closed between 3 and 4am for shift change. I pull in at 4:11 am, there are 4 other cars in the drive thru, nobody is being helped. We went to the drive thru and ordered 2 ice creams and a frappe, we go to the window and they give us our burgers and happy meal n then the person in the driver seat got a iced coffee but we wanted a frap. We described to the worker lady what we wanted which was the frap and if we can get it. She then was laughing and said the machines were broken when there was 2 frozen drinks next to her and clearly the coffee machine or sum was working? She took our receipt so we couldn't see if they charged us for the coffee or icecream. We also got apples instead of fries. So i live near by and take frequent visits in the wee hours of the morning. Today myself and multiple other guests were ignored at the drive through window for at least 20min, I called the store and apparently they are closed here from 3am-4am and there is a sign. Well sir there is no sign, also don't ignore guests because you are too busy getting high (yeah I saw you and smelled it). This restaurant is beyond dirty. Management should seriously consider how they're still in business because their customers are not happy. I went on a Saturday morning at 10:50 a.m. expecting to order lunch but they still had the breakfast menu up and said I could order lunch but it would take 10 minutes. This McDonald's is great! I always go through the drive-thru, and service is very quick and easy. The employees are very happy and friendly. This McDonald's has a PlayPlace and it's very fun for children (or yourself!) to run around in. I have many memories of this McDonald's, as it's been at the same location for about twenty years. I know children have birthday parties at this location, which is very fun! As for the food, well, it's McDonald's. The food is good and cheap, as with every McDonald's. It's usually only freshly made at lunchtime, as with every McDonald's. read more
