But my burger had regular mustard in it. After I got the refund the manager made a remark like making fun of me with a customer that was standing next to me. I'm just like..why??? I placed a $15 mobile order for burgers and nuggets at ~3:40 AM and arrived at the drive-thru around 3:50 AM. According to McDonald's, 24/7 locations serve the regular (lunch) menu until 5:00 AM. Despite this, I was told to wait, then at exactly 3:55 AM I was informed they could not fulfill my order because "3:55 AM is the cutoff for lunch items." This is unacceptable for two reasons: 1. I had already placed and paid for the order well before that time. 2. Staff delayed me at the speaker until the cutoff passed. When I asked for a manager, I was made to wait again until 4:00 AM, where the manager (Emanuel) claimed the system had switched to breakfast and they could no longer make my food. This contradicts both the stated 5:00 AM transition time and the fact that delivery drivers were still reportedly receiving orders. The explanations were inconsistent: * Initially a 3:55 AM cutoff * Then a 4:00 AM system lock * Then claims about ingredients being put away * Then inability to issue a refund due to the system being "down" No effort was made to resolve the issue. I was denied food, denied an immediate refund, and denied even basic alternatives despite clearly being a paying customer. Attempts to resolve this through the app, website, and customer service line all failed due to broken submission systems and disconnected calls. I have still not received a refund. This was not just a minor inconvenience. The staff behavior, apparent intentional stalling, and complete lack of accountability reflect poorly on this location. At minimum, I expect a refund. Given the time wasted and frustration caused, additional compensation or escalation would be appropriate. read more

Well I don't frequent this place often, but my office ran out of coffee the other day and I decided to stop off for a cup and a has brown. To my surprise I noted something on the receipt. A 10cent bag fee. Since when did that become a thing? I order my items, which didn't need a bag and I'm charged for a bag? I know sounding a little petty, but I intentionally went to my local McD's to see if they did the same and nope. Coffee and a hash brown and no bag fee. So seems the owner at this location took advantage of 1. Customers not paying attention to their receipts. 2. The raise of minimum wage & so now we consumers via our 10 cent per bag fee, are helping pay for that raise. Very interesting. It's not a lot, but just didn't know that was a thing. Ambiance.. meh. This McDonalds near the LATTC metro station is my favorite one to go to. First of all, it opens at 4:30 am. That compares to many Starbucks coffee places. There is a lot of seating and even booths. The employees are very good with how busy this McDonalds gets sometimes. Just be on your phone or laptop and you can hang out for a while. And duh! Of course order food! Since it's open early make sure to get breakfast and download the app to the breakfast bonus points for free McDonald's. September 25th between 1:40pm - 2:05pm I waited patiently for my order. I ordered curbside, but never had my food brought out, so obviously I went in to see what's up. Mistakes happen, it's okay. SCAM ALART!!!!! I wouldn't believe it if I didn't call this location myself and verify. After meeting up with some coworkers for breakfast at this McDonald's I walked back to my car to find what looked like a parking violation envelope (See Photos). In confusion, I looked for the city citation slip on the window but it was not there..? Still confused at what happened I decided to call the number on the envelope.
