I can see why this location only has a 1 star rating. As usual a long line for the drive through and then they would not serve us breakfast because they didn't want to make anymore breakfast even though it was still breakfast when we were ordering. Everyone in line infront of us were ordering breakfast because it wasn't lunch yet. So why choose us to discriminate against saying you would not serve us breakfast even though it was still breakfast? Breakfast was still being displayed on the screen it was NOT 10:30 yet. When you advertise that you have breakfast until 10:30 it's false advertising to stop making and serving before 10:30. Out of all the places we could have gone we chose you McDonald's and you gave us the finger in return. And, basically said don't let the door hit us on the way out! I get that you have plenty of other customers and you don't "need" us. But, come on, have some decency and respect for your long timeeee paying customers. Just went in the drive thru tonight and saw the buffalo ranch delux McCrispy thought I'd give it a try and the female at the left drive through screen said nothing for a while after I started my order and asked if it was the wrap or the sandwich I understand it might be hard for her to hear no problem at all, and then silence for a while and asked if it was the spicy McCrispy so I said never mind on that (it was advertised on the screen) and to do a regular delux McCrispy and I had driven off once I got my order and my sandwich looked like it went through a press machine it was so flat no lettuce just bread, dark chicken, and the extra pickles I asked for no sauce just what I mentioned. 1. Asked if i was using app, i said yes but i want to make alterations, they said ofc what's your code, i gave them my code. I asked for my alteration (spicy chicken patties, like from the hot and spicy), they said since I am using points I'd have to pay. This McDonald's has got to be the worst one in Logan. The employees always act so miserable and rude. Always messing up orders. Not only am I a customer but I Doordash and pick up orders from this location often. Employees are hardly friendly and never have orders ready on time. I'm left standing and waiting in the lobby for way longer than the pick up and delivery time with absolutely no acknowledgement of any kind causing my customers to be upset. When I ask about when the particular order will be ready, the employees always act bothered and inconvenienced or I'll simply get ignored. I've had bags of food shoved and me with no apology of any kind for the extremely long wait time. When going through the drive through, they are so quick to just shove food at you through the window without even asking if they're giving you the correct order. I understand that customer service jobs are stressful and nobody can have a perfect day but this terrible service and the bad attitudes are consistent. Every single time I have to step into this place whether for myself or for my doordashing job, it's an unpleasant experience. Someone from the higher ups really need to come into this place and train their employees better on how to handle stressful situations. Teach them to smile a little bit and not look so beyond miserable. It's also extremely unprofessional and visible when they shut the window on you and are clearly laughing and talking badly about you as a customer. Working at McDonald's I'm sure isn't the greatest job in the world but it's still a job and your attitude matters a lot when dealing with customers. A smile and have a good day goes a long way! Even if you have to fake it. That's part of the job when in this business. I just wanted to let you know why I would be not returning to your store location on 800 North Main Street, Logan Utah. I ran through the drive through for a late lunch - opted for a strawberrybananna smoothie - I was fine paying $4.26 - I am not fine receiving a cup only 3/4 full and a clear challenge from the employee working the window to dispute the order. If your staff is proud of their service - well they don't need my dollars there are plenty of other restaurant locations in this area for me to spend those dollars. I feel very strongly that you give good service and have a clean store or you are demonstrating that there is no pride in the job and my dollars are not needed at that location. read more

This McDonald's is one of the worst I've been to. I typically wouldn't go out of my way to write a review about a fast food establishment, but I'm pretty frustrated now. Most of the worker's customer service skills are terrible. Not friendly whatsoever. Almost every time I come, they forget something. Mostly sandwiches or sauces. I understand a FEW times, but seriously... then they get ANNOYED when I actually come back and say they forgot something. Tonight, I came around because they forgot sauce and when I told the worker who works at the second window, she got it and shoved it out the window without saying anything. I'm not surprised there are so many 1-star reviews for this location in Logan. I'll throw my two cents in here, although I hardly think the General Manager will read this or make any changes to improve the service here. There seems to be a long pattern of bad service and I'm sure McDonald's is losing customers over it. I, for one, will avoid going to McDonald's in the future, at this location or any other, though I hardly think they'll care. I pulled into the drive-thru line at this Logan location before closing time. There were around five cars ahead of me in line and about the same amount of cars pulled in behind me as I was waiting. When I finally pulled up to place my order, crickets! The menu sign was still lit up. I waited for five minutes. Then a McDonald's employee came out of the side door to go home and noticed all the cars still in the drive-thru line. He went back inside and a few seconds later, I heard a woman's voice through the intercom rudely say, "WE'RE CLOSED!" I tried to argue with her through the intercom, saying we'd been in line waiting since before closing time and the menu was still lit up. She shouted louder through the intercom, "WE'RE CLOSED!" Wow! I know McDonald's is the bottom of the barrell when it comes to fast-food places, but an employee should never speak to a customer that way. Here's an idea for you McDonald's...take the rest of the orders for the cars who arrived in line at the drive thru before closing time and have someone put some orange cones at the end of the line, at closing time, to indicate no more orders are being taken. Don't just leave the remaining cars in line wondering what's going on, with the menu board still lit up, sitting at the intercom without any word as to what's happening. Subway got our business that night, and the employee was very friendly, even though I'm sure it sucks to be working that late at night. I also told the Subway employee what had just happened at McDonald's and he said, "Yeah, I've heard a lot of terrible things about that McDonald's location." The customer service is literal dog shit. If i had A PENNY. not a dollar, not a quarter, but A PENNY, for everytime this specific mcdonald's messed up my order or forgot to add my fries and sauce, I'd be a freaking billionaire. I always went here because the food was good until one day.. I was craving a Hot&Spicy Chicken and when I got home I took a bite out of it and felt mushy.. I was starving, looking around for cheap places to eat when I spotted this McDonald's. I ordered what I usually do, fries and a hot-n-spicy, and I got through the drive through super fast. I was expecting my food to be a bit cold, because of how short the wait was. But instead what was waiting for me was a very warm very crispy sandwich and fries. It was one of my best experiences at McDonald's, but of course it was still fast-food, and not gourmet food. I would also like to comment on the politeness of the workers, I couldn't find my card at first and the worker there had lots of patience and did not care one bit. She made sure to tell me to have a good day, and I think all fast-food workers should be like her. Overall, the food is exceptional for how fast they make it, and the workers are splendid for how much money they earn there. read more

This McDonalds is ok but no great by any means. Trust me. I've been to my fair share of McDonalds. The building itself is too basic. It's old, but not in a cool way. The food isn't horrible but you can tell they sometimes cook and prepare all of the food and then just take it out of a microwave or storage area as soon as you order. I'm not going to lie I'm obsessed with McDonalds cookies. But ONLY when they are fresh. When they come out of the oven fresh they are so melty and soft but if you wait even 10 minutes to eat them they get super hard and aren't nearly as good. So I usually request, very nicely, that they take a few extra minutes and cook them fresh for me. Every mcDonalds says they will but only some of them actually do it. This is one of the restaurants that says they will but never do. read more

The South Logan McDonalds failed today. I stopped in for a regular hamburger and small fry. It took them 9 minutes. The only other person inside ordered after me. He was still waiting when I decided to just leave the store. I did go to the manager and say hey this order took quite a long time to get. Her response was oh I must have served it to another customer.(rudely) How is that possible when the only other customer is standing next to me.
