I stopped here late at night for a quick McBite, and the entrance to the parking lot was one of the worse I've ever seen. If going to the drive-through which I did, to the immediate right, there is a do not enter sign which caught me by surprise especially since it was dark. I had to back up and continue straight which led up to it. I don't have any photos unfortunately to show, but please take caution when coming. Ordering and service were a bit slow, but nothing too major to complain about. Who ever came up with this parking design needs to rethink themselves. read more

I have never had an issue at this McDonald's location. The service has always been quick, and when driving by it is quick easy stop. Last time I stopped by I got 2 happy meals, and some sandwiches and of course a 20 piece for the adults. The service was quick and pleasant. I even used a coupon. The experience I had here with my boyfriend was okay. I think we were greeted and handled by the manager of the night. Before my boyfriend could finish his sentence about the coupon he had, the gentleman cut him off and said "Buy One, Get One Whopper Deal?" My boyfriend of surprise said, "Oh even better." After trying to ring up the coupon we had, it was not the one the manager described. So we ended up ordering something we didn't want. After the purchase, he then gave us the coupon for the buy one, get one. This McDonald's is pretty convenient for me. Sometimes when I'm feeling hungry on the way home, I would stop by this place for a quick bite on something cheap. I usually have the McDonald's app and see what deals are available for the day. This morning I was still feeling a little hungry after doing my usual biweekly Costco run. That 1.50 hotdog from Costco didn't fill me up so I decided to stop by McDonald's for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. On my app I had a deal for free medium coffee with any purchase of breakfast sandwich. So I was thinking of ordering the sausage McMuffin which is only a dollar and get my free medium coffee. A sausage McMuffin and a medium coffee would come out to be a buck so I was elated. I got there and try to order these two combo but unfortunately the lady told me that this free coffee deal only applies to the ham egg and cheese McMuffin which comes out to be around 3.39 or so. Bummer... I thought I was gonna get a deal. Anyways I ended up purchase the ham egg and cheese McMuffin and got a free medium coffee. Came out to 3.61. Oh wells next time I know how these McDonald deals bait and switch you. Anyways don't think it's specifically this locations fault but I just felt baited and switched so left a bad taste in my mouth. Saturday morning it was kind of busy and it took a while for me to order my food. They do have these self order kiosk so that's pretty cool. We, meaning my wife, daughter, son, and mother-in-law visited this location after our daughter's dance recital. It was around 8:30pm and no one had eaten anything for hours. The location is on, most times a considerably busy highway. No problems entering, leaving can be a little tricky. The drive thru wasn't too crowded, 2 cars ahead of us not terrible. Then I realized we haven't moved up in like 10 mins. The people working were just plain slow. To give them the benefit of the doubt the couple of cars ahead of us looked like they had big orders. We finally got to the pickup window, and after 5 mins got our food. By now it's 9pm and we are dealing with 2 hungry kids, who want home and food. My wife had a quarter pounder basic, the kids of course Happy Meals. I myself and my mother-in-law went international. I got the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain! It wasn't bad, the sauce seemed like a variation on the Big Mac sauce. The cheese was Gouda and the bacon was applewood smoked, tasted like just plain old bacon to me which of course isn't a bad thing! The sandwich wasn't a mess like sometimes you get from a drive thru, just thrown together and when you get home good luck trying to eat it. It was tasty of course different then what were use to here. Burger was cooked well, bacon well it's bacon can't go wrong, bun fresh no complaints here. MIL went with the Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich from Canada. At first appearance she thought she wouldn't like it. But after starting to eat it really enjoyed. The sauce had a zesty bite to it, cheese of course for McDonald's was a change up and the chicken was juicy. Overall the wait was worth it to satisfy two hungry kids, and three adults! read more

Placed mobile order 15 Minutes prior and went to pick up. There were long lines and after waiting 15 minutes, told the heavy Mexican accent lady the order number and she says "pick up inside". I told her I ordered a mobile drive though and she kept saying '"inside!'" "inside!" in a very agitated manner. Then a heavy Mexican accent manager gets on the speaker and says "Uber pickup inside!." I told them it's a mobile order to be picked up in Drive Through 3 TIMES and I'm not Uber and they kept told me to come inside like talking to a wall. Angered and frustrated, I went inside to pick up the food, and again there were lines and my food wasn't even ready. The short Mexican manager tells me I thought you said Uber and I told him I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES ITS MOBILE PICKUP and he just ignored me. First off I have to say this McDonald's sucks. I've never encountered a fast paced restaurant that couldn't do the simplest task. This is the second time they messed up my order. I am a patient person, but this is just ridiculous. And when I complained to the manager about the problem he told me no problem he will give me a refund and my proper order. Then had the audacity to give my boyfriend a hard time and say he can't give a refund; when I specifically told him my boyfriend is going to pick it up because my kid is at home with me I am not going back out with my kid late. The worst service ever. I can understand if you go there in the middle of the day, you expect to wait. There was one car, who by looking at the interaction she must not have told him either that they were only accepting cash. I have worked with the general public for years and I was told early in my carrier the customer is always right. I was told to defuse the situation and try to make the customer happy so that they will return. I was not going to write this review because I do not want to put anyone's job on the line. But for this girl to tell me to calm down when she should realize that she in fact had me waiting for ever, and if I went to pay with my debit card is because she never told me they were only accepting cash.
