If it weren't for the convenience of the McDonald's app I would seriously never come back here. But the appeal of not having to deal with any people outweighs my disappointment with the service here. Every. Single. Time. It's so bad and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, or how busy they are, you're gonna wait a long time for your food. I am not even exaggerating when I say I placed an order on the app, selected curbside check in, and after 12 minutes finally went in to see if maybe they forgot about me? Nope. Just so behind and disorganized. I waited another 6 minutes inside before I got my food. Nearly twenty minutes for fast food is ridiculous. Even then, they still sometimes make mistakes. The wait times are way too long for a fast-food restaurant, and the inside of the restaurant doesn't smell clean either. Wish I could give zero stars, not only was this place extremely dirty, literal dirt on the floor and hair on the counter, the food not correct, and the people working there are not pleasant to deal with. The manager couldn't give me her name because she's not allowed to? Never heard that before. The food came out looking like it was pre chewed and spit out on a bun, the fries were ice cold and half empty. The burger was incorrect and had what looked like paper stuck to it. The manager was not nice at all, I get it it's fast food, but it's not that hard to follow directions that are on a screen. 0/10 stars if I could rate it and because of the managers and staffs nasty attitudes I will not be back to this location. read more

They offer service until 11 pm, but they won't serve you if you arrive a few minutes early. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:57 and they ignored me. When I approached the window, they turned up the volume on the music. No one looked at me. It wasn't until after 11:02 that an employee opened the window. They don't care and aren't held accountable. I gave breakfast another try and got breakfast sandwiches with NO EGG and NO CHEESE, really? And the hash browns were half raw again just like before. I ordered pickup in store through the app, they had no status on the app if it was ready, I waited by the pickup while all along my food had been ready at the register. How does that make sense? I've been to McDonald's many times and a lot of the times the person who was working at the register forgets my order. I find it really stressful after you pay for things but you don't get whatever it is you were supposed to get in your order or your order gets messed up. McDonald's should really find a way to fix their employees getting orders wrong. I recently went to McDonald's and they forgot my water and sauce packets. Not cool McDonald's. I like the food at McDonald's though, it's my favorite part of McDonald's. McDonald's look nice in the restaurant, but I think they could do better in making what I previously said better. This McDonalds has the same problem many others do, they can't get any orders right. In the past 3 months out of at least 25 orders I have not gotten the correct order once. It's useless to let them try and correct them as they will get more wrong each time. Also McDonalds is apparently no longer salting fries as I have not had any with salt in over a year. read more

A prior review mentioned someone named Jose. I'm not sure it it was him but it sure sounds like it. This guy was RUDE! He handed me my receipt and said "here you go", then he says a snarky "your welcome". Since when is it the customers job to say thank you?!? Then the guy handing out the food practically threw it. This McDonald's has never been rude, a little slow but always polite. Jose if you hate it so much quit. To the owner unless you want to lose more business fire him! The Drive Thur wait is normally extremely long but food is always fresh and the fries are hot. The biggest issue I have especially after a long wait is order accuracy. Often the fries are only filled a little more than half full, items are missing and even after being prompted more than once for condiments ketchup salt and pepper and dipping sauce are NOT given to the customer. Mistakes happen but taking an extra 10 seconds to ask the customer if they have everything they need would alleviate the problem instead of rushing off and filling the next order. read more

you need to block off the entrance from the right side of the right lane. since covid the drive through lines are ridiculously long. i am completely over people thinking its ok to toally cit the line at that spot and cut off everyone that has already waited 10 plus minutes!!! changes need to be made asap!!!!! block it off completely so everyone has to wait there fair share in the proper line. and please also put a large blinking light that talks telling people that you can use two lanes anytime. these morons back the line all the way back to the entrance off of rt. 9 because they dont use the right lane to order. which causes the impatient line cutters to cut the line from the open in the access lane thats only meant to circle around the building. i always see argements & its just gonna get worse if nothing is fixed!!! read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. The service is terrible, I walked in stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and I was completely ignored by the staff and this one woman who seemed to be in charge wouldn't even look at me, and I was standing right in front of her instead of asking me if I needed help, after she finished ringing up another customer she walked away. After that I just walked out, now mind you she saw me come in and I was the only person at the counter.
