Went to grab something for breakfast on our way to the airport. It was 3:30am and there was a drunk guy passed out with his mouth open at the speaker box. We honked but he wasn't moving. So then e backed up to see if it even should be open. I looked online and sat it was 24 hour drive thru. Then we drove up to the first window to order. After sitting there for awhile and not seeing anyone, a guy walked by singing with a mop while the music was blasting and we kept yelling "sir" but it took awhile. He then said "sorry, I'm rocking out to Ariana Grande in here." We asked him if we could order and he told us that they actually close between 3/3:30-4am to switch over to breakfast and count money and such. That makes no sense because it didn't say 23 1/2 hour drive thru with fluctuating times when they decide to close. He told us we could order in 15-20 min. It was very frustrating as we were needing to get to the airport and out of options at that point. We went to the gas station next door and when we were leaving, 2 people in all black McDonald's uniforms (management I assume) went out into the parking lot for some type of group smoke break. I was in town for the Lincoln Marathon and I went through their drive thru a couple of times during my stay. Everything was fine and what you'd come to expect from a McDonald's. Food came out fast, it always tasted the way it should, I received friendly service, and my order was correct each time. It was A-Ok. read more

Occasionally I'll be in a rush and won't have time to grab a decent breakfast before heading to work. This McDonalds is on the way to the office so I'll stop here from time to time to grab a quick bite and be on my way. The Location: Geographically it's easy to spot, and easy to find parking. The actual restaurant itself is usually a bit grimy on the inside, with a random fly or two buzzing about. The Service: The service at this location is pretty crappy, I would say two out of every five orders gets botched (not slightly, but completely different items) and you would be wise to check everything if you got your food in the drive-thru. The employees are friendly enough, and usually clean enough, but in general the serivce stinks. The Food: It's McDonald's... Assuming they get the order right it is just what you expect it to be but that's a big IF. The Cost: Cheap. The Bottom Line: If I could give this place one and a half stars I would. The bottom line is this place is a sub-standard McDonald's. read more

The service here is horrible. My mom ordered a salad that was supposed to come with chicken and it did not come with chicken. My sister got a happy meal that was supposed to come with a small sprite and they forgot it. The girl who "helped" my sister made a weird face after She helped her like my sister was some kind of inconvenience to what she was doing. Also Some of the employees were all in the lobby deciding their plans for later, using profanity and such. It was like they were hanging out in the lobby instead of doing their job. Ordered food through the app and went to pick it up on foot since we were in a motel across the street. Didn't realize the lobby had closed (this was just after 11 pm) so went back to motel room and decided to have food delivered instead. My only option was Uber Eats, so don't know if it was McDonald's fault for taking so long with our order or what because 4 different drivers went to the store to pick up my order before it was simply cancelled because "there were no drivers available." This McDonald's is the absolute worst! I have avoided it for months because they never manage to get an order right. I didn't have dinner last night so broke down and stopped to get breakfast this morning. I gave my order, it was repeated. I pulled to the window, it was repeated correctly, I get my food, get to work and guess what, the order was incomplete again! It's been at least 6 months since I last went there because of this happening all the time. It is ridiculous that they cannot complete a simple order, time and time and time again. You sure don't mind taking money, so you need to learn to deliver on the products that have been paid for. You even charged me extra for the additional condiments, which I also didn't receive. I worked at McDonalds to help pay my way through college and I took pride in doing a good job. They just don't care any longer, especially at this location! read more

Stopped at McDonald's in Belmont. One car ahead of me. I pull up to order and was asked to wait. Meanwhile, cars in the next lane are ordering and moving forward. I finally say, "hello, I've been waiting since before these other cars". The response: "oh, okay". Uhm, a customer's first impression is the employee taking the order. If that person isn't trained or doesn't know how to use technology, then they shouldn't be a customers first point of contact. I drove off without ordering and will not be back. read more

I would give this McDonalds a negative rating if it were available. The staff have been rude to me for the last time. Unfortunately I needed food after working all day. I thought I knew what would happen if I went In but I work nearby and didn't have time to sit down so I went in again. This was the third and last time this month. I was treated like I shouldn't have come into the store at all. I used the automated teller, the staff are rude as hell but I was hungry. The manager at night is a young girl who calls your order out, tosses it on the counter and then walks away before you can say I need salt please. I had to wait at the counter until she felt she couldn't ignore me any longer. This is the second time she has done this to me in a week. Her staff all do the same so my guess is this is the norm there. I will never ever go into that s--thole of a an excuse for a restaurant again. Good luck McDonalds you are not the MickeyD's of 1975, 85, 95 or 2005. I officially take you off my radar as a decent place to eat. Here is a management question for you. They said that the reason why they had to close down their lobby is because it was too busy! REALLY?! I mean call me crazy but doesn't "Too busy" means that you are still in business? Greg the manager is an absolute A** I bought $30.++ dollars of food, they shorted me 2 items, $8.00 worth, called they said they cant reimburse my card, but they would put my name on the books and i could come and get them any time, I show up last night in the snow storm and GREG with 4 other employees in an empty restaurant, and 2 cars in the drive through was too busy doing nothing to go out in the snow to the shed where they keep the books, ( real smart place to keep this kind of information right!!! ) and told me to come back tomorrow, I let him know what he was and will never eat there ever again, the young man @ the register 16 to 18 years old was apologizing for his manager, more back bone in his body than the managers whole big toe!!!!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EAT HERE, Corporate, BBB, investors and owner will be getting same info. this is no longer about the money, this is about the service to the customer, who is now back for the second time and your asking them to come back for a third time.
