This McDonalds is FUCKING ASS. They gave me an ice cold donut STRAIGHT FROM THE REFRIGERATOR!!! Then the manager wants to tell me I have to ask for a hot donut? That Manager with short brown hair skinny yeah she don't know how to manage. A manager makes the customer happy. I worked as a manager at a McDonald's and I simply would've given them a warm donut and told them sorry about the confusion. But no she was rude and wanted to pop off attitude. Terrible customer service! Our cashier had no name tag (she had a tattoo on her neck with red dyed hair for your personal reference) and was extremely rude to us and other workers. We ordered an ice cream cone and there were 5 workers standing around with scowls on their faces while one person made all the orders. We waited for about 7 minutes for an ice cream cone. It wasn't busy. I tried to make light friendly conversation and our cashier literally ignored me. Save yourself the negative energy and don't stop here! read more

Stopped in through the drive thru for a quick meal while on the road. Our order was taken quickly and the meal was served quick as well. The fries were a bit cool and the burgers were lukewarm at best. Not a place I would make a point to go to but for a quick bite on the road it will do. read more

When I questioned why I was charged $0.49 more than the advertised price for my iced coffee, the manager (about 18?) tried to go into this long-winded explanation. I finally walked away. I went to this McDonald's on the 14 of July this year. I was heading up to Colorado Springs on a trip. We stopped their for lunch. The food tasted off and my friends burger was raw. The entire place was completely disgusting. I had chicken and threw the majority of my meal away because it tasted so bad. A couple miles down the road I got sick due to the food I had just eaten. Unfortunately this location has gone down significantly over the last six years. Food quality is iffy most of the time; limp fries, no salt on the fries, burger buns that are stale, a splotch of ketchup on one spot on the side dripping off, no tartar sauce on the filet o fish, and basically not meeting the brand expectations or standards. Then you either get some cranky person at the window or get lucky and find someone friendly. Time for management to initiate quality control. read more

WTF? We stopped by here on our way home to denver from "the South". Once again Limon let us down... We stood in a line with like twenty other people for 30 minutes, fine, they were busy, thats a good thing right? Nope. Got all the way to the front, ordered our food, and then they told us that the credit card was down. I kinda thought it would save both parties some time to tell us ahead of time rather tell us all individually as we order. Whatever, the food was your basic fried crap of course, its freaking mcdonalds. But, as we were sitting to eat, a whole bus load of 'elderly' people got off the casino bus all came in and started bitching, it was horrible! We took our food and ate in the car, lol. I usually avoid McDonald's at all costs, mostly because we like to experience restaurants that are new, different, local. But I was desperate for coffee so I stopped in, and thought this location deserved a good review. This is one of the good locations - it was clean with updated decor, and the staff was nice. Highly recommended if you are passing through this small town and McDonald's is on your go-to list. read more

It's so nice to be a local and get great customer service and great food. Example it's 11:46 at night and I'm sitting in the drive through and Connie has the best customer service. I did not get a snotty attitude because they are close to closing time, no she treated me like a customer coming in the middle of the day, thank you Connie. I would also like to add in the name Cheyanne Hope she usually works during the day and is in drive through and has the absolute best customer service I have witnessed in a long time, it's awesome. We stopped in for a quick breakfast. Ordered our food dine in they handed us a table flag as they deliver dine in to the table. 10 minutes go by hubby is wondering where food is so he stands up to see over wall. I hear them call 226 but our number on flag they handed us is 21. He looks at ticket we are 226. During this time the person handing out orders handed our bag of food to another customer who carries it to their table and proceeds to remove the items and open them. Then realize it isn't their order so they walk it back. At this time my husband is asking about our food when the lady walked up giving them our food the girl took it and handed it to my husband saying here's your order. Considering my husband knew they had handed them our bag he had watched them open the bag and handle the McMuffins and hash browns. He said I am not accepting this food you need to replace it. She said no this is your food another worker came over getting involved both irritated my husband wouldn't accept food they had given to another person. I listened to the exchange two more workers asked about our meal and all said this is it in this bag. I guess they do not have issues with strangers handling their food and have no care that this country has people dying from the flu daily. read more
