Being that this is the only McDonalds in the immediate Lehigh area, this location is just an absolute mess. The parking lot is an absolute disaster. No matter how you order, you'll be waiting a long time for sure. We usually opt for curbside pickup, but even then sometimes the employees get confused between their drive thru parking spots and curbside parking spots. If you work for UberEats or DD, don't accept orders from here because I always hear them inside complaining that they've been waiting for 30+ minutes for one order, and I've seen the employees not give the drivers the order they are waiting for, for whatever reason. God forbid you had to pick up two orders and the employees lose their minds. The whole place inside and out is always packed. Lots of unhoused people in the area walking around and bothering others.
