I've never been to a McDonalds that employs a crew of animals who have no common sense or courtesy. This place was over staffed but yet the lines were long and the food came out cold and slow. The orders were getting mixed up, an employee was fanning herself and her hair flying all over the food area, another employee was yelling at a fellow employee and didn't care that the lobby had at least 25 people waiting to order and waiting on food. This place is a zoo and doesn't deserve 1 star. Whoever is the DM or Mgr is doing a terrible job training the staff. Half of them were walking around in circles. Your touch screens are ridiculous especially when your own staff doesn't use them while on break but instead stand in the lines shouting for someone to come take their orders. I've never seen such a chaos in an establishment. This one should be closed down. read more

I have ordered here quite a few times and my order has NEVER been right or given to me within 20 minutes. The last time I went here (and it will be the last), I received my order after 35 minutes and there were no fries. I went inside and they apologized but I noticed there were no fries cooked OR cooking (and there were at least 8 cars in the drive thru). The girl in charge of the fry station was flirting with a guy instead of doing her job. And when she was confronted by the girl helping me, she got mad and said she was "busy." Ridiculous!! Earn the money you get because you surely don't deserve any more! I would rather drive to Ft Myers than ever go here again!! read more

So the other day I ordered an oreo mcflurry from this specific mcdonalds. When I received the mcflurry (I ordered regular size) they served the mcflurry in the regular cup size but 1.the icecream inside was like not even close to reaching the top it was like they gave me a much smaller serving size fitting inside a what was supposed to be a bigger serving size cup. and 2. they didn't even blend the oreos. yep :/ the oreos are supposed to be blended together with the icecream but i could tell they didn't blend it because when i got to the middle of my mcflurry all i could see is vanilla icecream not any oreos. plus i can oviously see that they put no effort into blending it (duh). So basically i paid 3.39(way too expensive for that trashy and ghetto service) for a mcflurry that's worth 50 cents. PLUS when i got there it was I was the only costumer and i could see there were like 3-4 workers in the pickup window hanging out like you could've ATLEAST GAVE ME A GOOD SERVICE! read more

This is the McDonald's that make the bad stores look good. Three weeks ago I went with my wife and granddaughter around 7PM. The drive-thru was backed up 360° around the building (always takes five to ten minutes), so we went inside. There was one register working and over 20 people in line. After placing my order, we had to wait 18, yes 18, minutes for the order. Yes I did complain and after the manager just shrugged her shoulders, I called 800# survey. Needless to say, no one bothered to respond. Last week my granddaughter wanted Mc nuggets, do we went. I got a McDouble which looked like someone stepped on it. Dishusting. I am SO HAPPY Culver's opened this month. They spend more time training one person than this McDonald's does for entire staff. BTW, Culver's has much better chicken - and everything else. read more

To begin with, this McDonald's location ALWAYS messes up my order!!! They always forgot my sauce, and when I tell them about it, they get mad and mutter under their breath. They do not make me feel welcome and tend to ignore their customers. Also, I tend to always go back due to giving me 9 nuggets instead of 10. I have NEVER waited so long (about an hour) for McDonalds fast food!! Then, when I finally get to the window - - the food is COLD. There were at least five people in the window area and not a single one had a clue. I returned the food, only to have it returned with no fries, no straws or napkins, and no sauce for the chicken nuggets. It just 'looked' like complete chaos as I watched from my car. If I could put zero stars I would. What they did to me was humiliating and immature I don't know how anyone can run a business like this. I ordered my Door Dash at 1:30 giving plenty of time for them deliver my order but I called just to double check and received the worst customer service. The rude lady said she didn't see my order and refused to help me then continues to say " and no I don't have door dash's number" then hung up on me. I've had several issues with mobile order at this location. 1st issue I paid for an order and never received due to issue inside location. Was promised a refund and never received. 2nd issue I was charged for than my order and when presented to location they told me to go thru mobile app for refund. This is the worst McDonald's ever. It sucks because i live around the Lehigh area and there isn't many places to eat. First of all, the staff is rude. I was laughed at and made fun of by some women. And to think you would probably ask the manager to do something about it? EVEN THEY DONT CARE! They are very very very rude. Also my food AND chicken came to me very cold. I didn't even want to eat it. And i asked where my chicken wrap was multiple times. They told me they would bring it out for me. I waited 15, YES FIFTEEN MINUTES. And i went WITH my receipt and said i needed my wrap and they told me there was no more sauce for the wrap. That was absolutely unbelievable. Instead of telling me so i can enjoy the wrap. They refused to make it because there was "no sauce". And that's the only response i got from the manager before she walked away and i waited longer for her to come back so i can ask for my wrap. I don't know the lady's name but she has short blonde hair and she is overweight. I will never go to the McDonald's again. The floors are disgusting. The food is cold. The customer service sucks. The whole staff and management needs to change. ON TOP OF THAT!!! I saw an elderly lady trying to apply for a job there and they kept telling her to go because she could not have the job and the African American manager laughed. The worst customer service and worst McDonald's I've ever been to !! The employees even up to the managers don't want to assist you in anyway! I was told I could not come through the drive through for my mobile app order and was told "you need to go on and park up on the curbside we can't deal with you here baby" I was told by a manager. Hands down the worst MC of all time and it is ONLY this location. I am from this neighborhood and have frequented this McDonalds throughout the years. It has yet to change! It is absolute chaos during peak hours and your order is guaranteed to not only be incorrect, but you will wait for a great length of time! Management is, in my eyes, to blame. They will hire anyone and I mean ANYONE. Your neighborhood gangbanger can get hired and thus, work motive becomes an issue. Got to be one of the worst McDonald's in Lee County poor service orders half the time are wrong long lines you get up to the window and they tell you to pull ahead will bring your food out. If Lehigh would get some decent restaurants problem solved no one would go to McDonald's. read more

I have been sick all week, and I was craving a fillet of fish. My husband went out and ordered 2 double cheese burgers, fries and the fillet. He gets home, no fish! This is not the first time. Most horrible customer service messes up order up everytime without fail.. Now that I have read other reviews and have learned that this location and the Riverdale location are owned by the same person...you get shorty service at both...manager on duty will send everyone on break at the same time.... Horrible horrible service ! Went there tonight to grab something quick, was stuck in line for 45 minutes and the order was completely wrong! Literally ordered a sweet tea got a ice coffee in a sweet tea cup.. Ordered a mcchicken got a McDouble with mac sauce ! The manager was outside talking with another employee while I sat in this long line! The first question that comes to mind is "How does this place stay in business?" I've been here three times and never again. My order has been screwed up every single time. Now I can understand someone having a bad day every now and then but this is inexcusable. I can only attribute the horrible service to the total incompetence of management. This becomes even more evident as you observe the chaos behind the counter while you wait for your order. It's also reflected in the borderline cleanliness of the place not to mention poor upkeep of the aquarium in the dining area. I guess the answer to my question is that this appears to be the only Mc D within reasonable driving distance and the locals have never experienced a well-run McDonald's. Goes without saying that I'm from out of town and I have little doubt that a poorly run business like this would be shuttered within the year back home. read more
