But these birria tacos are hands down the best tacos I've ever had. The flavor was so savory and rich. The quality of the meat was top notch. And the portion was excellent as well for the price. Service was good as well. There were a few tables where the truck wt the location of the day I was there, not sure if that is a normal thing or not. I understand why they sell out often because truly these are incredible. Don't miss this whenever they are in your area.

I really wanted to love Las Gorditas -- the food is great and I always try to support local food…read moretrucks. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired. First, I have to say the customer service needs serious improvement. I called ahead to place an order, but instead of being properly assisted, I was left on the line while the staff continued to take other in-person orders. There was no courtesy hold or communication, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. In total we had to call MULTIPLE times and was on "hold" for more then 10 minutes. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand how busy things can get -- but basic customer service goes a long way in keeping guests satisfied. Secondly, the pricing is a bit extreme, especially when it comes to something as simple as the Hot Cheeto bag. You are paying $6 for a 1oz bag. You can get a whole party size bag of hot Cheetos for less. I get that food costs are rising, but for what you're getting, it feels overpriced. Also, to add that I have tried this food truck multiple times and this occurs every time. The food is wonderful but it is going to lose business if there is not a change. If you are going to offer a phone service then please have it functioning properly. Overall, there's potential here, but unless they improve how they treat their customers and take a second look at their pricing structure, it's hard to justify coming back or recommending the place to others. In today's competitive food scene, service and value are just as important as flavor.

El Rinconcito Mexicano - Lehigh Acres, FL Phone: (239)…read more369‑6577 Today around 4:00 PM, I experienced one of the finest Mexican meals in Southwest Florida at El Rinconcito Mexicano in Lehigh Acres. The food was exceptional--fresh, bold, authentic, and clearly prepared with tremendous care and tradition. What truly made this visit extraordinary was the service provided by Alex, the owners' son. Alex is an outstanding young man whose character, pride, and dedication elevate the entire restaurant. He carries himself with professionalism, warmth, and genuine pride in his Hispanic heritage. It is clear he plays a vital role in helping his parents run the restaurant, working side‑by‑side with his brother to uphold the family's standards of excellence. Alex's hospitality was remarkable. He was attentive, respectful, and sincerely invested in ensuring I had an exceptional dining experience. His kindness, enthusiasm, and deep pride in his family's work make him a standout in the world of customer service. People like Alex are rare--he embodies the heart and soul of a true family‑run establishment. The meal itself was phenomenal, and the combination of authentic cuisine and Alex's exceptional service makes El Rinconcito Mexicano a restaurant I am proud to give a full five‑star rating. This is our virgin stop with this food truck, Cactus Truck. They have a menu of tortas, quesadillas, shrimp cocktail, ceviche, sopes, tacos, burritos, rice and beans, corn cup, gorditas and empanada. They were simply printed in a small spiral booklet. The temperature is in low 80's and we sit on one of six tables to enjoy the mild sun with breeze and munch on our tacos. We noticed that the gazebo was not up today! You can hear the traffic from Lee Blvd but I can image they probably put on some Mexican music at night here. We ordered two Barbacoa (beef) and two Al Pastor (pork) tacos. Both tacos were flavorful and tasty. With two cokes, the bill was $16, very reasonable and affordable! The service is quick and friendly with quality food! This is a great food find. Will stop by again!

On the outside, the name Lozano reminds us the Lozano Mexican Restaurant in Immokalee. However in closer examination, this is Senor Lozano of Lehigh Acres with different ownership! A young staff greeted us and provided an excellent and friendly service promptly! You can tell he has that hospitality spirit in him! We ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and grits and Chorizo con Huevo tacos with coffee. The Chorizo con Huevo needs to add a little pepper and hot sauce to bring out the flavor. Scrambled eggs with bacon are just plain scrambled eggs and nothing to write home. It was quick and OK breakfast but the ambiance suggested they have a setup for a decent Tequila or Margarita. Possible a stop during Cinco De Mayo if you are in the area!

We entered the restaurant and it was very sparce with tables. I understand because of COVID . Our server did the best that she could do. We left her a good tip. She looked so sad. When She brought us chips and salsa, They didn't look too bad but the taste was not good. The salsa tasted like it had a Smokey flavor but it was not flavorful. The chips were thick and hard with no flavor either. We ordered their Combination dinner #1. Just a burrito & taco with retried beans and rice . I got a soda and he got a sweet tea. The atmosphere was nice. The food came it was the most plain looking food. The server asked how we would like our tortillas corn or flour? I told her corn and my hubby told her flour. The food had no taste to speak of! The entire meal looks so very unappealing. When I opened what was supposed to be a burrito, was nothing but a big ladle sized greasy ground beef slop in a tortilla. The taco was greasy and same but it did have a little lettuce cheese and tomatoes added. The taste was so bad that I could only taste test a little bit. I could not eat my meal. The refried beans tasted nasty and tasted the same. The rice was so bland and dry no flavor. Thank goodness for Pepsi! Food looked so unappealing that I wasn't able to include any pics of it! The best things about ur dinner was our beverages. I went to the restroom. Oh it was awful! It was filthy ! the worst was mold!! Mold was all over the handicapped bar on the wall next to the toilet. I'm very allergic to mold so I began heaving! ! If I had seen the restroom first , we never would have eaten here!! Then when the bill came we were charged extra for the tortillas holding our ingredients for our so called burrito and taco! The worst $33 ever spent!! Oh and to top it all off once I got home I had diarrhea! So a fun night! Thank goodness for Imodium AD! Save yourselves! Go somewhere else instead!
