I went to this Wendy's restaurant for lunch through their drive-thru window. I ordered their Chicken Tender Meal with barbecue sauce and a diet coke. Traffic wasn't terrible but when I got to the window the lady asked me to pull forward and park next to the trash can to wait for my food. She said they were making it fresh. It took them 10 minutes before they brought my food out to me. Meanwhile, I saw at least 6 cars go through the drive-thru and get their food and leave, all before getting my food. Had good experiences lately through the drive thru. We got our food and the order was perfect. Got it home and the chili was very tasty and had two type of beans. Never saw that before but it was yummy. Had their natural cut fries and single without cheese and only mustard pickle & onion. Unfortunately I always seem to get the cheese on it but other than that it was pretty good. I just wish they served the hamburgers like they did long time ago where you would order the burger and they would ask if you wanted it with cheese and I could always say No. It never fails, e dry time I order Dave's single and say without cheese or make sure NO cheese, I always get cheese. This is the only Wendy's close to where I live. I dread coming here as the customer service is always terrible and the Drive-Thru line is always at the least a 45 minute wait. And after a certain time they close the dining room so you have to sit in the drive-thru line. I've also tried doing mobile order and In the app it asks you how you would like to pick up the food with an option for drive-thru and even if you choose drive thru they tell you that you have to come inside to pick it up. Like many others in the area, I've frequented this location for as long as I can remember. And for as long as that's been This Wendy's has SUCKED. I wish I was exaggerating. Being that it's the only one for almost 10 miles. They have developed a "take it or leave it" attitude with customers. An example of that would be today's visit. Upon arriving I noticed that the drive thru was busier than the usual 10 cars you see. This is because they've decided to close the lobby, thus rendering my online order useless. After waiting 20 minutes I finally received my order. I think I'll give them a few years before I try again, if they are still here. I wish I could give 1/2 a star. This place needs tremendous help (Management), and the franchise owner or CEO needs to know about......... (Please Note: I am not or ever have been an employee of Wendy's). First, every employee that I have had contact with this location has been great and professional, an extremely hard worker, need/want their jobs, and needs a tremendous raise for difficulties of their work they constantly provide, but (Please Note: Turner Over rate for this place with employees is extremely high, because people work only just a few days to maybe a week or two and quit - Observations made by a few customers I know, myself, and again this is no employee of Wendy's either), they need better help/management....... The enormous wait time in line for cars wrapped around the building (Yes this says something good about this Wendy's having many customers like this wrapped around a building), but the wait time to get people's order ready is enormously long for just one car let alone the other 10-15+ cars.......... Again, my opinion of these workers are great hard workers, but they are apparently short staffed or something else to get orders ready for customers...... I'd respectfully ask the franchise owner or CEO of Wendy's to personally/physically visit this place like "Under Cover Bosses" to hopefully better see the issues from the inside to customer service to customers to hopefully resolve the many apparent issues with wait times and employee turnover rates...... This location is a money maker for Wendy's, and neither franchise owner or CEO would loss money with well needed investigations for improvements including raises for all employees, as for how difficult their work is in keeping up with orders to the best of their ability......... The worst experience ever in a fast food place. Stupid little teenage female had an attitude as I was walking up to the register. Lots of words. BUT! The manager, an old Haitian women is the manager. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE...I was walking out of the restaurant and she (the manager) decided to put her two cents in and talk negatively to me. She could have just let it be. The employees work upset. The manager has no control at all. His yelling issues of them infront of the customers. They take forever to give you your order and we saw that the manager didn't have gloves on while serving the meals. He was touching the fries with out gloves. Worst Wendy's I ever been too. Long line at drive thru so went inside was 4th in line people in front of me yelling that they where invisible. Employees walking around just laughing about not giving service. As soon as I open the door smell like damp wet moldy carpet although the place is clean. Customer service very nice but I can see very disorganized because the food take a while to be served. Nothing is ever correct at this Wendy's. My husband and I always get the spicy chicken sandwich. We both add cheese and he gets no tomato. We get home with the food, one sandwich has no tomato, no cheese (which we paid for) the other sandwich has cheese but no tomato.. how hard is your job??? read more

Wendy's corporate could literally select a dozen people at random with ZERO restaurant experience and have them run this Wendy's better than the clowns they have working here now. I waited in line about 10 minutes to place an order. There were only two people in front of me--one of who was a Wendy's employee who got so disgusted he left the line! I finally place my order and wait and wait and wait. After about 15 minutes they tell me they don't have one of the items I ordered ready, would I like to order something else? I had already wasted enough of my life, so I asked for my money back. When a manager finally figured out how to open the register, he tried to give me more money than I had paid. I pointed this out to him. He seemed very confused. I finally said, if you want to give me more money than I paid that's fine, but you're going to have trouble balancing. He promptly gave me the money. It was an ignorant comment on my part. They obviously don't balance squat at this location. read more
