Consistently bad service. Bad attitudes. Lazy workers. Slow and ALWAYS make mistakes on orders. Unfortunately it's next to my work so I'm forced to go there sometimes and it's NEVER a good experience! Today they filled my fries halfway. I went back inside and requested the box to be appropriately filled. The cashier (Ariel) was upset to have to get off her phone to look at me and was blatantly annoyed when I asked for my order to be corrected. Then the manager saw me standing there and said somebody would take my order soon but cashier told her I was just waiting on fries. Once again I was given the exact same serving and clearly I was wasting my time. Talking to the manager didn't help so I finally left. I think I finally reached my limit. ZERO of the touch kiosks were operational, the tables were all dirty, the trash barrels were all overflowing, the food took a long time to come as we all shuffled our feet. Worst curbside experience ever. I ordered food through the mobile app to try and save time because I had a very short lunch break today. I go to McDonald's, park in the curbside parking after ordering from the app before I left. I tell them that I'm in the parking lot from the app and then proceeded to spend 20 minutes, watching people go in and out of the drive-through, from ordering to driving away with no sign of anybody coming to giving me my curbside order. At the 20 minute mark, I finally went inside and there was no order on the counter so I had to lean over and ask the person handling the drive-through if they had a curbside order ready. My order was already in the bag, sitting on the counter and cold, (but I didn't know it was cold until I got back to my office) it had been pulled from the heating element, put in the bag and put it on the counter. They let it sit, get cold and never brought it out to me. Effing ridiculous. read more

Maybe it is because I refuse to do drive through, idling fumes into the air while staring at a phone, but for whatever reason I haven't had the negative experiences so many are reporting here. There had been a bit of a wait, but nothing monstrous. The food has been what it is supposed to be. My last visit was during the Coronavirus thing and they had the seating areas blocked off as they were supposed to, and two people just in the short time I was there complained about it, and one sat down anyway and had to be remind3d about it. Come to think of it, those one star ratings have to come from somewhere, but you need to consider the source. Or perhaps it is because back in the Paleolithic period of history my very first job was in a fast food place and I know all of us who did that job couldn't be perfect the way these one-star raters must be in their own jobs (yeah, right). read more

It said they are open 27 hours, my family came off a flight at 2 am and needed something to eat, we decided to stop at this McDonald's, when we pulled up to the intercom no one was answers, after saying hello about 5 times someone came on and said "our registers are closed and you can't place no orders", we were like what ? The person came back on and said " I SAID WHAT I SAID" we then asked if we can order on the mobile app and do it as a pick up the person said "NOPE YOU CAN'T AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL NEED TO GO BACK TO THE APP AND PUT THAT WE ARE CLOSED" why have open 24 HOURS, when you clearly have employees sleeping and not doing their job. read more

Let me start by saying this place 3 years ago is NOTHING like it is now, and that's a really good thing. A ways back, I'd have to roll through twice without fail bc the order was not plain. The crew and staff they have now? Night and day difference! For budget food in a rush, it's always great. I frequent this store and the Wildwood one near I-75 both of which have 5* service. That said, some of the customers that roll through are downright ******bags. These employees have to go through hell and back sometimes, and I have the utmost respect for them all. PSA if you do mobile order, and you have the funds, give 'em a tip. They're saving you the trouble of standing around inside waiting, while you conveniently chill in your car for your food to come to you. Drive thru - horrible! They tell ya to go to the circle to wait for food. Worker with food doesn't even look at the circle and walks back in with food. EIGHT CARS later and have to go inside finally get food! System is horrible no numbers on orders no idea what is going on! Next time they say go to circle...stay put if you want your food! read more

I can say honestly this is the best McDonalds I've ever been to. The sweet tea wasn't the best the girl at the window checked another batch- it wasn't any sweeter. So she gave us new drinks. Food was excellent, the chicken nuggets were put in the box organized. It was actually the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. No lie even asked the girl at the window if i could leave some sort of review she deserves a raise. 11:00 on 8/6 African American girl with long braids wish I got her name. Not only did they first tell me the ice cream machine was working, then told me they couldn't make my McFlurry, my fries were cold and wasn't even filled to the top. I also asked for a large sweet tea light Ice and of course the ice was filled to the top. and they are never open when they say they are. This place is the worst. They make you wait 30 minutes for your food. The manager is a rude , unhelpful woman that laughs at you while you wait ,she's got red hair and try's to accuse you of not paying when you pay on the mobile screen in the store. Very poor service. Went through the drive through and when I got to the window and spoke, no response. Went to the second window and same attitude. Asked for ketchup and staff had an attitude. She threw the ketchup in the bag and closed the window. When I got home I noticed cheese on hamburger when I saw on screen just hamburger. If I'm going to pay for something, it will not be an attitude and a messed up order. I will never visit this restaurant again. read more

I work nearby this specific location and visit it at least once a week with the mobile app because the deals compensate for the extreme lack of competency. 15 min for a curbside mobile pickup while 25 cars (counted as I sat) went through the Drive Through. The store is always slow, but the orders for me have been accurate at the very least. Today was beyond the pale. read more

I've tried to give them a chance over and over and they always fail. I've been to this location many times, as it is the closest to where I work. If this weren't the case, I wouldn't go there. Most recently I've attempted to use the curbside service, but both times I've had to speak to employees who are bringing out food for other customers, as I've waited 15 minutes and 40!!! before getting my order. This was due to the fact that I couldn't leave my vehicle unattended at the time and there was no option to cancel my order. Watched the drive thru worker take a drink back from the car in front of me after being sipped by the passenger. The drive thru worker then gave it to me after removing the straw & wiping the lid. So gross. Of course the worker denied it & the manager backed her up. Manager refused to check the trash to see if the drive thru worker actually threw it out. Does anyone have any integrity anymore?
