The sandwiches come in a foil pouch and were warm when I ate them. As I bit into the first sandwich it was difficult to avoid the spicy sauce dripping out as it was bathed in sauce. The sandwich was not at all crispy, was much more mushy. I would rate it a c- at best. It was very similar to the first sandwich I had tried some time ago, so it was the norm rather than a fluke. Needless to say I have no desire to ever have another.

No one there seemed to have any training in cleaning up spills etc. Several other customers kept telling my husband 'woah! Great save!' As he avoided actually crashing to the ground. It was embarrassing but also troubling enough that they left it like that for someone with less coordination to get seriously injured. What happened to Tom Wahl's? The food, the service, and the safety are all lacking now.
