The sandwiches come in a foil pouch and were warm when I ate them. As I bit into the first sandwich it was difficult to avoid the spicy sauce dripping out as it was bathed in sauce. The sandwich was not at all crispy, was much more mushy. I would rate it a c- at best. It was very similar to the first sandwich I had tried some time ago, so it was the norm rather than a fluke. Needless to say I have no desire to ever have another.
