THIS IS THE WORST WENDYS IN AMERICA. It's so bad! Food is regularly cold, and when it isn't, it makes me feel sick. EVERY TIME. Also, the employees are not nice AT ALL. Instead of them making you feel at home, they give you dirty looks and make you want to leave and get a to-go order instead. Also, their commercials are lies, the food looks so freaking good and mouth-watering, then you get there, and it looks like they made what they show on the commercials, and then punched it, flattening it. A disaster of a location. Here last fall and they couldn't handle drive thru and dining room with 9 on staff. I walked out cause they refused to take dining room orders. Was told too much of the staff was new. Back to visit my kid at the local college. Tried to walk in at 640p. Doors locked. 7 cars in drive thru. Called while out front. I ordered two hamburger combos to which came out to $31.00 to be in line for 30 mins with definitely bad service. Nobody came to the window to inform me that they where backed up, to have given me that option if I still wanted to wait or leave, all I kept hearing was that they hated there, and the F. word being said freely, and when I finally got my food and drove off it was cold, I guess they didn't microwaved it long enough. Wendy's used to have cheap options a 99 cents menu etc. That's not the case anymore, prices keep going up and sizes stay the same. But I have to say I'm hooked to the Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potatoes. They are amazing and always taste fresh no matter what time of day I go I'm hooked to these Potatoes. If you haven't tried Wendy's new Ghost Pepper Fries, you need to try them. They are so good! For $1.99, you get a pile of fries covered in cheese sauce, ghost pepper sauce, shredded cheddar, and FRESH diced jalapenos. These are seriously the best thing they have on their menu, spicy but not too spicy. Don't let the word ghost pepper scare you into not trying these! The only complaint I have about the Brockport location is that they are kind of rude when you go through the drive thru and basically throw your food at you out the window. So I visited the the restaurant at 11:20 , and ordered a 4 for 4 and 2, 2 for 5's , when I ordered my food they made it clear it would be a 6-7 minute wait , I asked will that mean fresh fires as well , they agreed . For Christmas I bought every kids in my family the frosty keychains, and for $2 it's a very good deal. We go there A lot because the kids want a frosty, and of course I need to buy chicken nuggets for them to dunk in the frosty. The last 4 times I went to the Brockport location we waited at least 200 minutes for Our frostys and chicken nuggets. The last time my sister and I i had our 4 children. We got our food at the drive through. She opened the bag to give the kids their chicken nuggets and it looked like a big pile of spit was all over the chicken nugget. She went inside to and showed one of the employees who agreed it was gross. The manager walks up gIves my sister a dirty look and an attitude and fought with her about replacing ng it so then she told him to take the food back and give us our money back. Well, she was upset and forgot to look at the receipt. She came our to the car with about $10 less than what we paid. I said something to her and they didn't give the original receipt back. She called and they made up some excuse and said to comeback and work it out with the manager. The manager was already unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. So I told the staff I'm keeping the receipt that said what they gave me back and I'm getting a bank statement to prove what I paid. Now the $10 i lost isn't the problem. The problem is the manager his attitude and his costumer service. The problem is that my children almost ate food with spit all over it. My problem is that I noticed since fast food started paying more and have you younger and younger people wwhk don't care about their jobs thaT every time I take my kids to any fast food place they screw up our order in some way and are wayyyy disrespectful when you nicely go to them to get it fixed!!! read more
