worst managed mcdonald's ever!!!!. prepare to wait 10+ minutes and still get the wrong order.

I can't even give 1/4 star! Most discussing place I ever been, and I have traveled the world to Many McDonalds. The floors were dirt food all over it, tables were so dirty, drink station gross and trash over flowing! The guy at cash register was awful looked at me like I spoke a different language and when I corrected him he was well can't say it nicely! The people in the back not ONE of them wear gloves when handling the food. read more

went through the drive thru just to wait 15 minutes (at the ordering screen) without being helped, while the other lane had about 6 cars go ahead of me. so i pulled up to the window just to get two hot and spicy sandwiches, and got a dirty look. not fast and efficient here. food wasn't even warm. read more

Would give a zero star if I could. We waited at the drive thru for several minutes while they took the order of four different cars on the other side. When we finally placed our order the worker was super rude. Not to mention they were even more rude to us at the window. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Customers don't get treated like customers not even through the drive-thru! read more

Fast friendly service, clean restaurant, and consistently good food. Stopped in for some pancakes, ordered , got my my soda cup, and began filling, turned around and there she was to hand me my breakfast, the whole process was about 2 minutes. The pancakes were not the best I ever had, a bit on the thin side but they were fresh, hot and tasty. The sausage patty helped to offset the sweetness of the warm syrup as did the real butter. The pancakes and sausage were just under $4 and the drink only $1, a pretty good fast breakfast for less than a fiver. read more

The Create Your Taste burgers are definitely worth a try - Pretty good for McDonald's! Service here isn't the best, and sometimes the waits are pretty long for "fast food" so it loses some stars for that, but the food is good for a quick bite. read more

Disgusted! First I was served a filet of fish that was as hard as a brick only to wash it down with a cup of rotten unsweetened iced tea. I went back through the drive-thru to exchange my fillet of fish and they gave me a fillet of fish that had so much tartar sauce it was like eating tartar sauce soup! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I ended up going next-door to Wendy's to get something to eat as I was hungry and didn't have time for this nonsense! read more

Underwhelmed with this McDonald's. This is the second time I've been, and both times the restaurant was dirty and they messed up my order. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and a Happy Meal. The fish (and fries) were cold and overcooked, and the Happy Meal was missing the drink and fries. The cold food and dirty tables, coupled with inattentive staff, sets a poor tone for your meal. I won't be back. I'd rather pay a little more at the nearby Chic-fil-a and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. read more

I have given this mcdonalds a chance and they always screw up the order. I purchase food inside and though drive-thru, and yet they somehow manage to get my order wrong. Mcdonalds probably doesn't care for these reviews, but here it is. Service is ok, restaurant was recently remodeled. As for accuracy for food orders, not good. read more

we had a smashed large bug in between 2of the wrapped burgers wings and legs on one side the other body parts on the other burger it was sooooo gross they did give us our money back so that earned the 2star and we have had hard buns at a previous visit we have lived here 34 yrs and wont go back to this location i do have pictures read more

my boyfriend and i ordered two large cokes. THATS IT. waited 7 minutes at the window, then they asked us to pull up to the waiting area. we then waited for five more minutes. our drinks got brought out, but they didn't even give us straws. i don't know if they just do this to people that go through the drive thru just to order drinks, sorry i didn't get the memo. read more

We go through the drive thru a lot. When they get our orders right, they are fine, but, more often than not, they do not get our orders right. A lot of times they forget to include items we've ordered and we don't find out until we get home. When we dine in, I don't like the touch screen setup for ordering food because I'm too lazy to click through all the different menu screens to order, so any problems with that is my issue. read more

Greetings, Today I went to this McDonald's to order my normal sausage biscuit with Egg sandwich: I ordered two of them. As I was pulling up to pay for the meal, I saw in front of me the McDonald's attendee reach out of her window, and pick the meal off the ground, AND then hand it to the person in the awaiting vehicle. OMG. I pay for my meal, move forward, receive my meal: I open it up and low and behold: Two Sausage biscuit with Egg AND Cheese. I turned around and drove back to McDonald's: Asked for the Manager, 'Melissa', came to the front counter: I asked her to please read the receipt: She gave me this look of discuss: I then stated please read the receipt because obviously no one else has when filling this order.: Melissa the Store Manager then proceed to rage in a very unprofessional voice at which time I asked for refund: THIS STORE IS BAD! Very Unprofessional personnel, they could care less what they hand out, or really care about their customers. I understand I was upset customer, but even then you treat customers with respect. I treated the Manager with respect. I just asked her to please read the receipt. Why? To check to ensure what I ordered was on it. AND to bring to her attend that no one else obliviously read the receipt when filling the order: I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL going or wasting your time with this Store. What has happened to our society and Customer Service. McDonald's use to be a very CUSTOMER oriented place, now well in my humble opinion they have lost the connection with their customer base. This McDonald's is awful. I've come a few times at night since I work late and there are no other 24/7 drive through restaurants in the area. Every time it's been horrible waits but this time was too much. I came at 1:00 AM and service took 40+ minutes. My friend and I waited to order and finally had to honk after about eight minutes of waiting. After taking the order, it took another thirty minutes to get the food even though they expressly said it would take three minutes. When it did finally arrive, they forgot items and we had to go inside to get them. Upon arriving home to eat the food, we found all of it stale. Literally every burger had a bun that was hard and the cheeses were frigid, stfff pieces of plastic. I live about five minutes away, so there is no way it could have deteriorated that much on the way home. Any time the night shift is there, don't waste your time. It would be faster to go to WalMart and make homemade burgers. read more

This McDonald's has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. The "manager" on duty dealt with an upset customer by putting her hand up and walking away. All indoor purchases are made via kiosk and they will not accept orders at the counter. They have a person standing at the counter just to tell people they have to use the kiosk and then report to him to pay for their meal. I will never set foot in this establishment again. At most I will use the drive through because there you can still order meals like a human. read more

After several years of not going to McDonald's, I thought I'd give their create you own taste burger thing a try. Long story short, I was underwhelmed. My food was ready in 5 minutes, but they kept calling out the wrong number so it was another 10 min before they finally realized it and gave me my food. By far the dirtiest restaurant I have EVER been to and it was only 9am in the morning. The floors, cashier counters and bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
