My daughter had worked here for a handful of months, and their management SUCKS! They always have favoritism over certain employees, and there was especially one worker whom I believe name tag said "lakin", had called her a bitch! Very unprofessional! The staff is always rude. My kids are picky eaters and I always feel as if I am burdening the McDonald's staff when I ask for specific condiments to be removed. Yesterday-around 2:30-3:00 pm-, the man that took my order was also the man at the first window. He huffed and puffed while struggling to get my order correct on the screen. While at the window, he said nothing. When I asked for my receipt, he rolled his eyes and let out an exasperated sigh. He then shoved the receipt in my face and abruptly slammed the window closed. When I mentioned it to the woman at the next window she giggled as if it were funny and continued to blow me off. Maybe they're racist? Who really knows? My roommate has mentioned, on several occasions, that the staff at this location is very rude. I believe her! We recommend that you visit the McDonald's on Gore Street. They are a bit slower, but the food and coffee comes out at a better quality and their staff is more pleasant to deal with. read more

Employees were cussing & fighting each other at the window where you pay. When I got up to the pick up window & after getting my food, I asked for the manager and the guy showed me his name badge that also showed he was the shift manager. I asked him if he knew they were cussing and fighting and he went off cussing at me! Asking me what was he suppose to do!? Crazy stuff and I won't go back! Only ever gone through drive thru. Moves pretty quick. Staff is nice, area kept clean and food is always hot.

They will always forget something or multiple things and will probably have to ask you three or four times what you ordered to be able to put it together and recently the drive- through woman charged me a quarter when I asked for ranch after she gave me my food because they'd forgotten to put it in the bag. I thought it was weird but whatever it's a quarter so I gave it but I really don't think that's correct.... my receipt also said ranch and had no charge by it so it's strange that they'd expect people to have loose change ready to get sauce for their meal. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I would. We have had repeated issues with this location. I've waited over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee once, and over 20 minutes for a single egg round that I was later told was ready the whole time, they just kept forgetting to send someone out to the third window that they told me to pull up to, though they had no problems sending someone out to the parking spots for order waiting! This time, however, I ordered a large black coffee (came super burnt) a small hot chocolate (fine) a large caramel frappe no whip (with over an inch of empty space at the top because they can't be bothered waiting for the frozen blend to come out of the blender, and forget there are spoons available to scrape it out) and then (photo added) a mcdouble no onions.... where they so kindly left one of the burger patties on the OUTSIDE of the burger. We were the third car in line, it's not like they were super busy. I keep coming back because they're close, but I don't care how many miles I have to drive, I am NOT COMING BACK read more

Since you can't give zero stars, I'll go with one. It shouldn't be on the customer to make sure that the order is correct but it is. When you pull up to the pay window and the cashier is having a slap and tickle fight with one of the guys that probably has a job there but that doesn't seem to matter. To be fair, it's not just McDonald's, but probably 90% of the fast food places in town. It never changes.
