After being disappointed with the McDonalds multiple times since moving into the area, the last time being the worst; and then taking time to see what all reviews of this franchise look like, it raises - lot of questions. First, does the franchise owner care at all how poorly this McDonalds is operating? Second, at what point does McDonalds Corporate step in to try to fix or close a franchise that is harming the McDonald's name? Finally, are any kind of health inspections being conducted here and how is this franchise passing inspections when seeing how many years the issues seem to span? Thinking back to the old McDonalds jingle, we "deserve a break today at McDonalds" and all we seem to be getting is a broken franchise! Seeing the same kinds of issues over and over again span of 5 years is disgraceful! I'm giving up on this particular McDonalds, but the locals here deserve better! read more

You tell them your order , they literally repeat it back to you and somehow the order is messed up .The food is never warm always cold , there out of their iced coffee constantly either the machine is broke or needs cleaned (the answer I get EVERY SINGLE TIME) maybe just purchase a NEW machine or just take the item off the menu and don't advertise it. When the manager complains the whole time your there how she "HATES THIS PLACE" is so unprofessional. Then when a crew member tries to inform the kitchen staff that I was waiting for over 10 minutes for a quarter pounder and their response is "OH WELL" unprofessional. Then when you receive your food and its raw and you inform the manager and your told "THAT'S WHY I'LL NEVER ORDER A QUARTER POUNDER FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY'RE ALWAYS LIKE THAT. I would give it negative stars if I could. We spent over $30 for our family. After getting the order wrong multiple times and giving up, we went home with wrong drinks and kids meal toys. This place is wretched even for a McDonald's. It's the type of place that gives McDonald's a bad name. There are two good managers here, but the rest don't seem to know what's going on. The customer service is piss poor and people frequently jump line, interrupt ordering customers, or act in a way reminiscent of unruly children. The food is subpar, and orders are generally messed up, by crew who is more likely to be goofing around and joking then actually worrying about the customers needs. If you don't order your fries fresh, you will get the soggiest and saltiest. I have gotten cheeseburgers from this McDonald's that have been hard as rocks due to sitting. Finally, they give away free coffee to seniors, who will more often than not barge in front of you demanding their free cup of coffee. read more

The good: The employees were very nice and friendly. The bad: I understand running out of fresh items like lettuce, tomatoes, even bread... But how do you run out of hot fudge sauce for the sundaes. And then when I asked for the strawberry topping, I was informed that they were out of it too. It gets better... I asked for peanuts. Nothing up front. So she went in the back to look while my sundaes sat, melting. And sadly, the fries I ordered got cold too. Yes, I eat french fries with my sundae. Again, she was super sweet, though. This place can't get anything right...I order menu items with no changes or instructions that change the food item and I still get messed up food or missing items...I went there for a week straight and they messed up at least one item in my order every time. I finally called to complain and they gave me a coupon for the two sandwiches that they screwed up and they still messed up The freebies. I'm not quite sure how things are not getting fixed with the number of complaints at this McDonald's but apparently good help is hard to find...I've gotten cheese burger last without the cheese, Big Macs with out the second patty and the fixings and I've gotten the new sandwiches that brag about fried onions and onion straws but none on my sandwich...also when I called the hotline they spelled my name wrong twice so please eat here at your own risk or get ready to be on the phone because someone screwed up your order or your missing half your sandwich read more

This is the absolute work McDonald's. The employees are absolutely the worst humans alive. They treat their customers so poorly the owners should be completely ashamed of themselves. They are nasty and lie to customers. I asked the manager for her "First Name" only so that I could file a complaint regarding the interaction I had with them on my visit and she refused. Not only did she refuse, but all the other so called employees jumped in and started yelling at me. I was calm this whole time and only asked them for the cup carrier that holds 4 drinks. I was there last week and an employee there who wears the rainbow colored mask gave me this kind of cup carrier. This "manager" told me they have not used them in months. I know this is a minor issue but i was also just told prior to getting to the window that they have no breakfast items after 10am . Again, I know this is not true either since within the last month I have been there an ordered breakfast around 10:30am. I asked if they had any of the all day type breakfast items and he said no. I then just ordered regular lunch menu items to then only be lied to and treated poorly AGAIN by the next employee. This is by no means the only time I have had issues with this restaurant. In particular the girl who handed me my order today named Rachel. The only person who has ever been nice to me was the young boy who wears that multi colored mask. He should probably find a new place to work before he develops the bad habits and attitudes of the rest of that awful place. McDonalds Corporate needs to pull this owners license to carry their name. McDonalds restaurants in general do not have the best service, but this location by far is the worst I have experienced. People choose to go here and spend their money to only be treated extremely poor. All I asked for was the managers first name and she refused and told me she was going to call the police on me! For what i would like to know, since i simply wanted her first name to report her to corporate. Why would that be a problem if she was doing her job well? I can't understand why hourly employees wear name tags with first names like the girl at the window named Rachel, but Managers do not wear name tags or even provide their first name to a customer? I can put into words without filling up a book to explain how much you want to avoid this establishment! Believe me, I would never rate a place this severely on a one or two time occurrence, especially since my wife and I both worked in the food and service industry through college. I received such bad service that I will drive to the one on 30, way out of my way, to order instead of here. (ie: missing items in order, giving wrong items/orders, 4-5 nuggets when ordering a 6 pc Happy Meal, up charging for kids drink with Happy Meal w/o asking, huge lines and confusion from staff, extremely unprofessional management that passes the buck on a problem onto a young worker instead of fixing themselves... I could go on, and on). Having young children and too much patience, I frequented this establishment far too many times. After finally calling to complain, I received 4 coupons for free items with an apology letter, and after using them on the next three occasions I threw the 4th away because they left items out that we're paid for on those three visits! You would have thought they would have been more careful knowing they came from their general manager/owner. I kid you not, out of 20 visits over the years I can safely say that only 2 if not 3 were successful transactions! And this is no exaggeration! I can't explain it, but it is ATROCIOUS! The same owner has the one on RT 30 and it is meticulous! Hard to believe he has not purged the Lincoln Ave one which has to be bringing him down! The wait is sometimes way too long, mistakes are made in the items you order, and the sandwich items are way too salty!!!! wow...this is the 3rd bad experience here and we had vowed we would never go back since the last time and i called in to complain to the manager and he said" oh, well some times things like that happen!" 1st experience, 8 employees, 3 guys on their cell phones and 5 girls standing around talking and it took 10 minutes for them to even recognize us, and the food was bad! 2nd time in the drive thru around 11:10 p.m. asked for the grand mac meal, and she said " oh, we only have cheese burgers right now!" what???? 3rd time last niht, drive thru...sat there 5 minutes b4 even asking for our order, placed the order took 15- 20 min b4 getting the food, then she failed to give us our drinks, so that took another 5 minutes then our food was cold, fries hard, burgers hard ordered 10 pc nugget got 8... this is the worst macdonald's ever and the people who work there could give a shit less.!!!! they are sloppy looking and rude. oh and here's a tip...if you are open til 12 am., this does not mean that the quality and quantity of the food should be bad!!!! the owner either is an idiot or is clueless read more
