Delicious appetizers and top quality scallops and filets for the main course. All our guests said it was "over the top"! We even had a palate cleansing sorbet between the soup/ salad course and main entree. And to top it all off "Irma Cake" for dessert. If you've never tried these cakes, you are missing something wonderful. Carrot cake, coconut cake and red velvet were all delicious!. The banana peppers were delicious. We also enjoyed the pizza. It was a thin crust style, which is OK but I was surprised at how light colored the crust was. If I didn't know they had a wood fired pizza oven, I would have said they baked the pizza in a 350 degree toaster oven. Just no color. We ate a little later that night, so I'm wondering if they let the fire in their oven burn down as they were getting ready to close about an hour later. Understandable I guess. Now the negative - we received only 2 banana peppers but the cost was $16. $8 per pepper! Way overpriced. The pizza was on the expensive side too. But when I looked up ice cream places in the area on Yelp, I saw a picture of a wildly large cone from here and this had to be the place. It turns out it was only a mile or two from where I was, and I can't believe I haven't found it sooner! I pulled in promptly when they were opening at 11:30 and the server was helpful and fast. I asked if that enormous cone was a size large and she said yes, so I ordered that in the rotating twist flavors of coconut and blueberry and also got a baby cup of vanilla soft serve for my dog, which for a baby cup was enormous. Together they were under $5. So fair! We went to sit in a nice covered patio area. There's a lot of outdoor seating space! While we were sitting, the place started to get busy with people coming for lunch as well as ice cream. They were ordering things like burgers and quesadillas from what looked like nice grill menu. At the prices here, I'm not surprised that I saw a couple of large families come to eat. I mentioned this to a friend who lives in the area and she never realized they have food. Maybe they don't publicize that on their socials enough and they should, everything very good. My ice cream was creamy and delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here.
