I think I might have (unfortunately for me) found the worst McDonald's in existence... In my mind, McDonald's created the drive-thru experience. A quick way to get in, order your food, and then get out in a timely manner. That was not the case at this establishment. Oh no, instead, it was wait...and wait...and wait for your order to be taken, and that was with two other cars ahead of you. It. Was. Painful. Even then, the order was sloppily made and provided. I order ahead in the app I get to the restaurant and it takes about 5 minutes for someone to talk to me then when I get talked to there is some sort of confusion with my order. I wait in the restaurant another 20 minutes and finally get my food. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's to begin with, but when I am with someone else and they are driving I don't really have much say in where we stop to eat. Thus was the case with this place. Even with my audible disgust with us pulling in here I still had to partake regardless. By the time we got here it was past the time that inside dining was an option. Meaning that everyone else that had the same idea were all in the drive thru lanes. Somehow they managed to get the line moving which makes me suspicious of the freshness of the food inside. They did accommodate diet requests which was nice. It was rather quick to get through here and we were on our way. The sucky thing about it all being drive thru, you really can't gauge how well of an experience you are going to have. It's like a mystery grab bag when you open it up. It appeared that everything was correct, so no complaints there. But everything was put haphazardly placed in the bag which meant that things were not the most pleasantly presentable. read more

I stop at McDonalds occasionally when I'm starving for a cheeseburger to hold me over. This time we decided to go in. I have nothing good to say about this location. Ordered through the kiosk and waited a long time for our order. The floors were slippery dirty. Garbage overflowing. Wow. Just wow. Bring the humans back. I don't expect much from McDonalds. Even reviewing a McDonalds seems like a silly idea. But this place went above and beyond in the direction of disappointment. I almost left before placing my order and wish I had. You know you should be able to get cheap food if you pay cheap prices. But I paid $7.40 for a little meal of a gross "artisan" chicken breast sandwich with black spots on the lettuce. It tasted weird. I've paid less for so much better at pretty much every possible hamburger place, including other McDonalds. I was first thrown by the signs distributed around the store that encourage people to rate this branch on the mcdvoice.com site - and they misleadingly imply that if you give them a great review they'll give you a bogo coupon. That's sketchy as hell right there. I imagine you'll get a coupon no matter what your review (at least I hope), but this branch is trying to trick people into giving better reviews for free stuff. Then I went up to the counter right after a couple was done ordering, and the person who helped them had walked away without acknowledging me. I stood there for a full minute or two with at least ten people wandering around behind the counter (including what looked like a manager), and no one even acknowledged me or told me they'd be with me. I was just about to turn away and leave when finally a very tired, dejected and miserable looking older woman came up and took my order. She looked like she hated her job, hated life, and had no energy for anything. Finally got my order in. Waited for my meal - which took a while considering the quality. (Maybe they had to dig deep in the garbage for it.) Sat down to a chicken sandwich with black lettuce. I should have sent it back, but I was too tired myself from driving all morning to deal with the workers again. The bathroom was gross. Literally at least three or four flies flying around the toilet I used in one stall. This place is horrible. Whoever oversees individual McDonalds branches needs to get their butt down to this location and fix it or close it down. Horrible. read more

Horrible service!! I waited in line (which consisted of a couple that had already been waited on and were waiting for their food, and one lady in front of me) for over 20 minutes and the lady in front of me still hadn't been waited on, so I proceeded to walk out! there was 1 lady in the window, 1 lady working the counter and 1 lady sweeping the floor other than that, I think I saw 1 or 2 people in the back, but waiting over 20 minutes was ridiculous! Also, my dad ordered from this restaurant a few days earlier with a Buy One Get One coupon through the drive-through, and when he got home he had only 1 McGriddle with no condiments, he never received the "Free one". I know it's stupid to review a McDonalds, but this was quite possibly the worst fast food meal I've ever had. We stopped in on the way to a sporting event, just wanted a burger and feeling sentimental about the Big Macs I used to love as a kid. I should have known better. The store was filthy, food and rubbish on the floor, including behind the counter. The tables were dirty. All of them! We ordered, asked for ketchup that wasn't offered and were directed to a station with two ketchup pumps, straws, and napkins--both pumps were empty, station was sticky with lots of spilled ketchup. I went back to counter and asked for ketchup. The Clerk rolled his eyes and dumped 23 packets of ketchup on my tray, the smartass. I told him pumps were empty, but no one ever came out to fill them--and the store was not busy. Only one customer at counter, although the kid running the drive-thru was hustling--James or Jamie? Poor kid, it was like he was working alone. The counter clerk--a really tall, cadaverous looking kid, and a chubby kid with glasses filling orders behind him, were screwing around a lot. Got back to our table--fries were cold and rubbery. Difficult to bite through! I took them up and ask for more--the replacements were little better, but we were in a hurry and decided to deal with it even though still pretty awful. The sandwiches weren't much better. I had a big Mac that was almost as cold as the fries--the cheese wasn't even melted. The two stooges (tall kid and chubby kid) were laughing loudly, the chubby kid singing an old Journey Song in a loud, high falsetto--it might have been cute if the place wasn't a wreck and the food awful, but it was just annoying. I know that I shouldn't expect much from McDonalds--and I don't even want to talk about charging $4.19 for a Big Mac!--but from where I'm sitting today, I can't imagine myself ever going to any McDonalds again. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered. Fast food ? Yeah, I think not. It takes a good 20 minutes to just get someone to take your order because they are always under staffed. Not once has anyone ever said "Thank you " for your purchase, including managers. The food tastes as if it has been sitting there forever and they will put anything on a tray just to fill the order. This only gets worse. On my last, (and I do mean last ), visit a female employee was standing behind the counter, reached into her pocket to obtain a used tissue, blew her nose, then proceeded to grab my order and put it on a tray. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever. The manager is one of the rudest most foul mouthed people I have ever encountered. Not only did they not give us an entire part of our order when I went inside to show him and politely ask just for the meal they didn't give us, because we are human and make mistakes, he called me a liar and a couple of other foul languages things I won't dignify on here. I can't believe I was treated in such a manner it took everything in me not to throw a drink in his face. I called another McDonald's not associated with this one and they replaced our food and the manager was so kind it restored my faith in humanity. This place is the worst. It's filthy (dirty tables, food on the floor). The place is staffed with ignorant, nasty millennials who look like they haven't showered for a month. They ignore customers, horse around and BS while people are waiting for them to take their order. I should've learned my lesson when I had to call and replace my order the first time. This is the third time my order had to be replaced and I didn't even get the whole meal like I was promised. Management needs to be on the same page. I also think it's funny that they can post to this page but not reply to any customer complaints to try and make the customer's overall experience better.
