I ordered food in the app, got an order confirmation number, my card was charged, but they refused to give me my order. Apparently an app error?! Okay but they refused to make it right or provide a refund. The manager on duty showed zero empathy or understanding. Her boss who she called bushed me off and said it would fix itself...probably. Customer service was atrocious. Don't stop here even to use the restroom. They don't care about their customers. read more

Place is gross and the people are rude ...‍‍ My friend got a milkshake from here and found a sheet of plastic INSIDE the drink. She called and the manager was extremely rude saying he couldn't do anything about it, didn't even apologize and hung up on her. We understand that since we door dashed it that we have to take it up with door dash but it came from this location SEALED. Didn't even care for a refund, an apology would've been nice. Very rude, very unprofessional, and very disgusting. read more

I would prefer if they'd improve their burger making skills as I specifically ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger, it had also been written on the receipt as well as written on the burger packaging itself. The fries were cold and so were their chicken nuggets. This has happened on countless occasions. I don't recommend this location. The only reason I'd recommend this Mc. Donald's is because of Shannon, she has been the only good experience of coming to this location. I've also experienced very poor customer service at times where I haven't been taken seriously when sending things back because they didn't get my order correct. Some of the workers have no manners what so ever. I've even had occasions when I've had to wait a long while before asking where my food was and every single time they tell me that they haven't even put the food in yet for whatever reason. read more

These people suck. They are rude and act very entitled. I asked for a straw and they pointed to inside where the drinks are. The African American girl working the register was very rude and entitled. Won't ever come back here read more

Whoever staffed this manager should really reconsider the hiring process. I spent $15 in the drive through for my meal, but my order was wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken meal with no pickles. I got a plain chicken, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomatoes, with burnt buns and pickles. No ketchup. No Napkins. Simple mistake, so I went in. I got one sentence in, saying I had made my purchase wrong and could I please pay to fix it? But the (I'm guessing new hire?) Immediately cut me off and asked if I needed to ask for the manager. I didn't think I needed to, but here she came... Right up in my face. Seriously in my face. My order did get fixed, but there was a bunch of attitude getting napkins, ketchup, and basic conversation. Please don't get within others personal space. read more

Probably the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. They have forgotten the happy meal toy numerous times (very sad child) , forgotten to add fries to my meal , gave me the wrong drink and once also had me park and wait till finally an employee asked me what I was waiting for? They had totally forgotten my entire order. I will never get my Travis Scott meal. read more

If I could give this restaurant a lower score, it would be a zero. Always missing items or getting it wrong. Today, the so-called manager took my dirty happy meal box inside through the drive thru window after grabbing it and the receipt from my hand. She also left me hanging for 10 minutes at the window waiting to retrieve my receipt. I had to park the car and go inside and demand my receipt back. I am also calling the health department. The issue was, I got an ice cold happy meal but did not notice until I got to the health facility a mile away to give it to my elderly Mom. She tried to nibble at it but said it was too nasty. I stopped on my way home to tell the manager, and thus is how I was treated. Unacceptable!!! read more

If you're in a time crunch I would not suggest this place at all. The slowest McDonalds there ever was. I spent an hour in line for a coffee and Powerade. It moves like every 10 min for some reason. No sense of urgency for anything. Not that I want my order rushed but there should be an understanding. Anyway overall this McDonalds sucks. read more

Pleas do not eat at any McDonald's. They just renamed a sandwich McCrispy which makes me wonder if it is even made of chicken anymore.

Worst drive through experience ever!! We waited in line for an hour. The staff was rude. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible Horrible service! We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with two customers in front of us. And no one was there to take your order. So i parked and went inside thinking it must be crowded. It wasn't! There was one person sitting waiting for his food. I've never been to a McDonald's that consistently has bad service as much as this location. No matter what time of day you go it's always bad! The food is cold, the service is bad. Definitely shouldn't be called FAST FOOD. read more

Now we are being forced to use the kiosk with no counter service available. The kiosk is cumbersome to use and confusing. The prices are sky-high and now they are forcing customers to take over the role of an employee. How often is the kiosk cleaned? Certainly not after every customer!! Yuck! Will not be heading back there again any time soon. read more

Went to this McDonald's with my husband and wanted to have some dinner. The tables were dirty. I asked a manager can they please have someone to clean them cause there was no were to sit. I felt like she had a attitude with me and she said would get some one to but never did also the drink machine was dirty and one of the other people was mopping the floor with dirty water. One manager was smoking in the restroom. And I.went to ask for napkins and ketchup and it was like I was asking for to much or making him work also the ketchup packets were dirty , read more

Elderly parents stopped for their weekly treat and ordered 1 drink, 1 slushy drink and fries. They asked for salt however when they went down to their spot by the lake to enjoy their snacks they noticed there were no straws and no napkins!!! They decided to call the manager and she told them " there was a law that was passed that they do not have to give them out". Really, how on earth do you drink from the cup, or the slurpy without a dang straw. And no napkins with fries after you asked for salt. Really people...common sense here must prevail. Needless to say they did NOT enjoy their weekly treats and had to bring it home. This was ridiculous and upsetting. This current owner really needs to rethink how he is running his business. The previous family/owner would never have made this change! Do not assume people remember to ask for the extras after years and years of getting them with an order. Maybe staff should asked patrons if they need these items since they are no longer just tossed into the bag. Highly doubt my elderly and disabled parents will ever drive up to this McDonalds in The future. read more

Don't have many issues with this place but employees seem more about talking then actually taking care of the customer especially in the morning. I had the McChicken and both tasted like fish which was a turn off and there was way to much mayo like they did either 1 knife full or squirted it on... Easy to order on the app though so that is nice... But always no napkins unless u ask ..I'm sorry a straw and napkins should be part of the order all the time read more

Don't even bother with the Lakeport location. Literally waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line. Finally I said let's just go in and see if they are taking orders inside. They took three orders. I get to the front of the line and wait another 15 minutes for someone to take mine. I finally just left. Seriously terrible service read more

Why did you guys have me pull into lane 1 , then proceed to give me cold ass food (I'm the only car in line )

This independent owner doesn't adhere to McDonalds rules. Sign lists menu but they don't follow them. Breakfast is not all day, no hash browns past 10:30am....you get cold greasy fries which are left out on the heat lamp too long, you get hard muffins which have been left out on the trays, I have gotten undercooked eggs and their bathroom was dirty once and I reported it and for the 35 minutes I was there NO one cleaned it. They are clearly in violation of health codes and God knows what other unclean practices are going on that you don't see. Suggest you pass on this franchise. By the way calling McDonalds hasn't changed any of the problems either. read more

I would do negative stars if I could. This location just had a remodel but don't be fooled by the new shiny outside, place still sucks. I came at 11 to order some fries and they told me they can't do it because they're running behind. Wtf. I ordered two ice creams and after waiting and getting to the window they hadn't been made. Okay folks, I know this Previous McDonalds was a disaster...in fact I wrote a review saying so...I even had to stop going after getting food poisoning over a long Memorial Day weekend. BUT things have changed! The remodel, the new employees, the upgraded kitchen all added up to a new chance for this once beloved McDonalds that the Norcio's owned...and I must say that so far I am impressed. The restaurant is now new and modern. The food now comes out fresh, and the employees are friendly and pleasant. I no longer fear my visit, but can look forward to my weekly favorite treat to myself...the tasty breakfast. And it is a breakfast that is fast, fresh, and tasty. I wish that Yelp had a reset button, because this newly owned restaurant is a complete 180 to the previous owners. I salute the owners for putting in the time and the money to bring back the quality McDonalds that we have enjoyed since the 80's. read more

Slow service, rude management. Manager was constantly yelling at the staff in front of customers rather than quickly fixing the problem. Manager also yelled at an elderly customer for complaining about his order being completely messed up, it wasn't even what he ordered. Manager yelled from the cooking area, "Just a f*cking other one!" Completely unprofessional and rude. Owner of this location needs to step up and deal with this manager. Manager's name is Carrie. McDonalds has been a favorite of mine for a long time. This particular location has always served the same deliciousness that I have grown to appreciate. Look, McDonalds is everywhere and there have been very few times that I've had a complaint. Holy cow. This place blows. I order 20 nuggets and am told I can only have 3 sauces. When I order a single 10 piece I get two sauces. Why not two per 10 piece? The fries were cold and had no salt. The worst part is the lady at the food pick up window was talking to her co worker about how she had to call in for the last 3 days and she thinks she has strep throat due to the fact her throat is STILL scratchy!!!!
