I gave this location a lot of chances but I'm done coming there. My orders are never complicated, it's always one meal with drink. They mess this up every time. They give me either wrong burger or it's so nasty, they putting that in bag sideways and it's getting all messed up. Last time I got burger it was all soaked and had hair in it. It's just disgusting. Every time. I understand staff doesn't give a sh*t but where's the management to do something about it. I get it, it could happen once, but it's every single time. I'm not coming there anymore and I advise anyone to avoid this location at all costs cause it's terrible. My most recent curbside experience included waiting 30 minutes for food I ordered on the app (last time I waited about 15, but at least they actually brought the food to curbside). Finally had to go in and get it - where it had been just sitting, languishing. Whatever kid was in charge was so not interested in his job (I get it man, but come on). "I guess you can check if your food is cold, but if you want new stuff you're gonna have to wait another 5 minutes." I left with my food as he muttered, "Okay then" to my departing self. McDonalds....still my favorite fast food place. Can usually eat while you're driving and not worry about getting all messed up. As long as the everything meets corporate specs, you will be fine. When I come here during the day I have no problems. But the last two times I've come late at night, the service is incredibly slow and they only take cash. I haven't had this issue with any of the other McDonalds in the area. Maybe I have to start going to those ones. read more

Nigga working the drive through really finessed my ass. Came through and ordered a 20-piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. Didn't think twice when i was charged $13. Driving home I thought "that was a bit of an absurd price for what I ordered.... 20 piece nuggets are $5, and all sized fountain drinks are $1. Got home and good thing I checked my receipt because I was charged for 2 10-piece nuggets coming out to be $4.50 each!! I frequently visit because it's close to where I travel daily. Yesterday I stopped in drive thru for a large Coke...I received it warm with very little ice that had already melted before leaving the drive thru ( third time this has happened) Today I stopped for breakfast and ordered the 2 for $4 sausage eggs cheese McMuffins..the person taking the order said they don't come with cheese (even tho the pictures on the menus showed cheese) They argued with me about the picture and the manager said she will have to come out and look at the sign later...I changed my order to one sausage egg cheese McMuffin and went on my way...When I opened my sandwich..I was given a Sausage egg cheese biscuit instead...SO disappointing...My next visits will be at the Antioch location...I've tried to give chances again and again...poor customer service and lack of listening to what was actually ordered read more
