The food is fine, but every single time I come to this McDs Drive Through I have to pull around and wait several minutes for my order. Today, I waited over 20 minutes, and they were not even busy. The excuse was that they just pulled more burger patties out of the freezer. How do you run out of those at 5 pm? While waiting, someone came out several times with orders that were not ours. We tried to give her our order number, but apparently they just try to remember what you ordered. Our order was for 3 people, and we had to repeat the order three times. Finally she had to take our receipt and go back to the kitchen to find out what happened. By the time we got home, some of the food was cold and we had aready consumed our drinks. They really need a different system for tracking orders that are waiting. Maybe try using the order numbers?? I agree with Steve S. that their waiting area is very hazardous. Narrow spaces, a steep incline, and a curb/speed bump you have to back up over into traffic. We recently went to this McDonalds location drive through. We didn't have to wait long to place an order. They actually had a decent meal deal for the price. We had to wait a few extra minutes at the window but our fries were hot and fresh. We got the new Minecraft happy meal toy and our order was correct. The lady at the window giving us the order was very friendly. We will definitely be back. We have not dined in yet but the outside of the budging and the parking lot was clean and tidy. read more

TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR WHATS THE POINT OF A LOBBY? I Visited McDonald's on Tuesday night at 6:30pm, after a 12 hour shift expecting a quick bite. Shocked to be turned away at the door by a rude employee (Karen) directing me to the drive-thru. Meanwhile, the lobby had 6 people waiting for their food and 15 cars tirelessly waiting in the drive-thru line. When I asked why I couldn't order inside, the lady told I had to use the drive-thru. The lobby is closed right now. Um, isn't the point of a lobby to, you know, serve customers? Waiting 30 minutes in a drive-thru line just to place an order is ridiculous. Seems counterintuitive to have a lobby if you're not going to let customers use it. Very disappointed in this experience. Maybe revisit your staffing and lobby policies to make the environmental more hospitable. read more

The layout is very bad. Putting the parking spots for the drive through at a downward incline was a stupid idea. The parking lot driveway behind it is as busy as a main thorough fare. Its extremely difficult to back out, especially into on coming traffic. Its constantly busy and I have been parked several times and had to wait over thirty minutes for my food. No enough staffing to maintain normal hours. Drive thru line averages over half and hour after 6pm. Plan on a long wait in drive thru. Your food may be cold. I'm obligated to preface my rant by saying that I don't usually leave reviews. And no, I don't just say that for hype. I'm not a Karen and I've left perhaps 3 reviews in my entire life. But this McDonald's deserves every word I wrote. To start with some optimism, the pre-made food is as delicious as one would expect from a McDonald's. Very rarely is it inedible. (With one exception - the oatmeal is often so watered down that you feel like you're stranded in the Amazon rainforest fishing for any scrap of sustenance that will sustain you. Don't be too hard on yourself when you finally take to drinking the oatmeal like a chunky slurpy. It's demoralizing, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Just don't make eye contact with anyone as you do it. You WILL be judged). The staff are also friendly and admittedly accommodating when they mess up, no questions asked. ...which is 98% of the time. The limit does not exist how often this staff mess up the orders. I understand that most of them are younger kids working a first job, but if this is what we have to look forward to for the working future of the United States, move somewhere else. Anywhere else. It's almost statistically impossible to mess up this often. Like it's intentional. I often question if this McDonalds gives bonuses to staff for leaving out items. They must have a covert money laundering scheme. Mattress Firm has nothing on this McDonald's in a laundering competition. Like a disappointed father forced to helicopter pilot their oblivious child, I have to check the bag every time I go here. Sometimes I'm too annoyed to park and check, so with guilt I rummage through the bag before I drive away from the window. The staff watching me as I scratch the depths of the bag to find what is inevitably missing. I sheepishly look up at them, like Gollum begging for a second chance to hold the one ring, one last time. It's demeaning and I have second-hand embarrassment for them, and first-hand embarrassment for myself. There are times I've pondered investing in McDonald's stock solely because of how much money they must make by not giving customers the complete order. That or I should receive a massive tax return from the IRS for how much I involuntarily donate to this McDonald's by way of missing food. One way or the other, I'd be made for life. All in all, my chief complaint is the complete lack of regard for accuracy of orders. Whether there are missing items (97% or the time) or incorrect items (95% of the time), there is almost always something wrong. The trumpets of heaven and god himself could not save this McDonald's from its mistakes. Yet with complete disdain and frustration, my boyfriend and I can't help but crawl back each weekend to give them another chance. One more try to get our breakfast order correct. Seeing as this is a McDonald's my expectation is already in the basement. It's April 5th 2024 and at about 10:15-10:30 am I went for breakfast through the drive thru. The first woman taking my order was great. A big breakfast with hot cakes sub for round eggs (the non scrambled kind.) and a sausage and egg biscuit with cheese meal. I get home and most of it is ok but it looks like the one round egg was thrown in at the last second because it was not in the big breakfast container and it was cold. Gross. I am so frustrated about our experience tonight that I had to wait half an hour to leave a review, because I wanted it to be fair and not posted out of frustration. The last few times I've tried to order through the app, it's processed my order, and when I arrive, my order "can't be found". We ordered again through the app tonight while sitting in the parking lot. I was surprised that it actually went through. Despite other people coming and going in the curbside spots, curbside was not an option when I ordered (inside; I heard an employee say they turned it off). Ok, no big deal, I'll just go in and get it. We walked in, and I'm not even sure I can do the scene justice. There were at least seven employees, and the only people that actually appeared to be doing anything was the *one* person in the back slinging burgers, and the young man in the white shirt that I can only assume is in management. Everyone else was standing around looking confused. We waited over half an hour for our order. This location has *never* gotten our order correct. I'm tired of having to drive back to get something that was forgotten. We checked our order on the spot and wouldn't you know it- it was wrong. So I'm standing there patiently waiting for someone, anyone to acknowledge me. I know the burger slinger is busy. I know the manager is working. The rest of the staff, although apparently not doing anything, could not be bothered to ask what I needed. I finally got the manager's attention and he asked if I wanted to take my order over to the register. Huh? No. I just want the damn food that's missing. I don't need to order more. I don't need to take it to the register. He finally understood that I was just missing food, and fixed it. It took over half an hour from the time we ordered to the time we got our incorrect order. Other things that frustrated me? Every single drink except Fanta was unavailable for purchase in any size on the app. They had a healthy supply of cups, and the machines were not out of order. Additionally, everyone knows they've raised the drink price to $1.39, but their digital board still showed ads for $1 any size- and then when the drink options popped up, they showed as $1.39. Pick one. The lobby was increasingly filling with other people in our position; remarkably the drive through line wasn't very long. At least half of the orders picked up before ours while we were waiting were missing something. I don't know if this location is franchised or corporate; either way, someone needs to step in and straighten this location out. It wasn't a staffing issue tonight. They had the bodies. The only thing that could've made this review even better would've been if we'd tried to order milkshakes and were told their shake machine is down- because we all know that's a damn lie. read more

My Mom took my kids to this location today and received absolutely terrible service. They spent about $80 on 5 meals and mcflurries. They received their food and went to eat. As they were passing around their food they realized they were missing two fries and an ice tea. My daughter's boyfriend took the receipt and went up to the counter to get the missing items. He let the person at the counter know (this person said they were the manager on duty) and waited. We understand that they were busy, but busy and bad customer service are different things. After quite a while, some of the party was practically done eating so at this point my mom went up front because clearly they had ignored my daughter's boyfriend or were just not taking care of those items. My mom asked if someone could please help since he had been waiting a while and she was told they would have to continue to wait. At this point that is extremely inappropriate to ask since they had already been waiting and could have paused helping people who haven't paid yet to grab two fries and an ice tea. My mom became upset because people were packing up other orders and this person could have stopped what they were doing for a minute and provided adequate customer service. They told my mom they were not going to help her and now this location has stolen money from her and they left the receipt on the counter. My daughter also let me know there was a hair in her food and their mcflurries were half empty. At this point the entire meal should be refunded. I worked in the retail service industry for 20 years, the majority of that as a manager and I would never have treated a customer this way. I would have paused what I was doing and took care of the customer who had paid and had been patiently for quite a while. If this is the type of service a manager provides this McDonald's needs some serious retraining. read more

Watch out, you may get hurt from the employees here. They like to talk down and they may Grab you and hurt you. I was at this McDonald's at 2:16 pm on February 8, 2020 and I have seen this in action. There was a lady in front of us waiting for help and all the employees didn't care about us. The employees need to Realize the customers are first, she didn't want help herself at the kiosk and waited 8 minutes for someone to help her at the counter. These kids need to realize the kiosk is going to take their jobs. I made a mobile order for breakfast at around 10:15 am and i got there at 10:40am when i got there i was told my order would be cancelled because i arrived past 10:30 and that they were no longer serving breakfast i was left shocked and a little pissed off.
