Unfortunately, I have to give this location 1 star. This is now twice I've had dried out chicken sandwich. The chicken was hard and dry as if left out for a whole day and the bread was like a crouton- dried and also flattened. I tried to microwave it to revive it but it made it worse. If you utilize the drive thru, be prepared to be instructed to pull forward and park in the parking lot and wait for quite some time. Apparently dinner for two at BK costs $35+ now too. I was surprised to find how helpful the staff was. I payed and was given my drink without it being all sticky (because they usually spill it all over). Got my food and was asked if I wanted anything else..........WOW they asked me if I actually needed anything. "I need some napkins," then wait for it. Already in the bag, they said. HOLY CRAP.........That's a first and I drove away stunned. Drove to my lunch spot and dug in, not to bad. Better than Marysville BK and I had napkins to spare. read more

We'll probably continue to visit this BK because it's close, but it's not all that great. While it's clean inside, the kids' play area is worn-down and lackluster and you can clearly see the boxes and stuff they're storing behind it. When we go through the drive-thru, it takes a while and I never feel like they really care that much. On the plus side, once I got around $20 worth of food for free because she couldn't remember if she swiped my card/couldn't tell if it had gone through and they didn't want to charge me twice and didn't charge me when I asked if they wanted to a couple days later. read more

Cuz I like to say that it took 45 minutes to get my order done. Second they had plenty of help and no one was taking initiative to look at the orders. The manager just kept ignoring that the food was out there getting ready to give it to us cuz it was already except for the french fries. The help they had was too distracted talking and the other one was too slow. While we were waiting he had a cookie on a warmer that he was eating but decided to put on the warmer in the manager asked what's this doing here it is not allowed here because of health issues and he just put it there to keep it warm and they laughed about it.
