I went through here at 10:50pm a wanted to order two orders lady said, "we can't take two orders but if you come around we can take your other order" I said ok, got my order and made sure to tell two employees I'd be back around and then went around and they hit me with the silence at the speaker so I went up to the window and waited and the girl opens the window says "were closed" I said you guys told me to come around and they refused to take my order even though they literally told me to go around. Very very slow service. I had to leave the drive thru because 15 minutes without moving an inch is unacceptable.

I wish I could give zero. I mean to start the door was broken to enter and you had to walk literally around the whole building to the other door, passing two "emergency" doors that don't even have alarms as posted. Ordered which was fine. But then didn't get any of our drink cups. Had to go back for all 4... ordered kids milk and it also didn't come out with their order. Then I went to pick up my sandwich and it was falling apart so I open it and am greeted with moldy lettuce right on top... I never open the bun normally and am so glad I did! They did refund my sandwich and make a new one but the chicken was chewy and fatty and I was too disgusted to eat it any further. Never again. read more

I just left the restaurant and I'm wishing I could leave ZERO stars. We are passing thru, headed to Lake Cascade from Pasco, WA. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches and Orange juice. They told us to pull up into a waiting area because the OJ wasn't ready, so we did. 5 minutes later a nice women comes out and says "we are having problems with the OJ and would I like something else"? We wanna get back on the road so we say "bring us a coke". After 3 more minutes another young lady comes out and tells us to pull ahead into another area and wait, and she'll bring out a coke. This was very annoying so we decided that rather let them abuse us any further, we left. We will not come back to this restaurant. Thank you! read more

We were staying at a hotel in town for 2 days, there's not a lot of restaurant's to chose from for breakfast so we went to McDonalds both mornings. Okay, can we talk about the most perfect breakfast sandwich ever invented? One egg, one sausage, one slice of cheese and one English muffin. A perfectly delicious and stick to your ribs, low carb breakfast. Staff was pleasant, drive through was quick. Four stars McDonald's! read more

i worked here for almost 3 years, and I thought it was a good job at first. Key-word, at first. I was trained on grill, service, and even some light janitorial jobs. They claimed the reason I was never promoted was because I had an attitude problem, but then the managers would quite literally scream at us at the smallest mistakes. If you arent one of the favorites be prepared to be talked about behind your back, have your hours cut because of petty manager's, and just in general high school drama because thats how old their managers act. The actual secret to getting promoted is sleeping with your higher-ups, as that happened with several different managers. Even though they have you sign papers stating that'll get you terminated. Only one manager actually got fired but another one got promoted even though it was reported he was flirting with his underage staff. So if your teenage daughter is working there I'd watch out. This was reported to Beau himself (the owner of all 4 closest mcdonalds) but he did nothing about it, and the girl left. It was told to me, by my co workers at the time, how uncomfortable this man made them feel and he'd say creepy things and invite them out, or offer them rides home when they werent comfortable. The foods good though! :) 9/10, they're made with the tears of my fallen ex-co workers who still work in that miserable forsaken place. read more

Couldn't spend all my time at Starbucks, and after sitting in a nearby parking lot waiting for the freeway to open, decided to walk over and get a quick bite and use the wifi. never thought would flunk a McDonalds but this one is worth the flunking grade. my friend were staying at one of the local hotels and came home walked to the door and was mad as saw a sign that said "Drive through and curbside pickup through our McDonald's app only" to me this is discriminatory. we do not have a phone that does apps so this to us was interpreted as McDonald was saying they would not serve us if we did not order through the app. the side doors were locked according to the sign they are refusing all who do not have thier app this is definitely discriminatory. read more

Looking for a place to 'sit' and while time away, waiting for our trailer to be worked on at Northwood Mfg. Asked for 'senior coffee' (which is a discounted price for seniors - usually $.59). I think I completely befuddled the young girl taking my order. She charged me full price for my coffee, and when I asked if this included the senior discount she said yes. I asked her what I'd pay if I DIDN'T get the discount and she had no clue. She just plain didn't know what I was talking about. So I paid up and walked away shaking my head - and thinking this is who we're leaving our country in the hands of... But, nevertheless, the coffee at McDonald's is GREAT, which is why I go out of my way to GET it! Senior discount or not. read more

My husband, 18 month old daughter and I were just in the restaurant and we had to leave in a hurry. A very nice man was cleaning tables (taller & bigger guy, about 5:30 pm on 11/10) and cleaned up a very big mess that we typically would not leave, with a good attitude. Went to Mc Donald's today and got three hamburgers, all three hamburgers only had one pickle and hardly and ketchup or mustard. I was very disappointed that instead of giving us what is expected, we had to do it ourselves in order to hardly have anything on it. trash!! read more

Blood and feces all over the toilet. Used feminine products overflowing in the open garbage container and all over the floor. No toilet covers. No liner for the baby changing station. No paper towels. No soap. Absolutely filthy. If the most basic hygiene standards can't be kept for the bathrooms you have to wonder what is happening where the customers can't see. First a little about me:ahh who cares?Suffice it to say my family first visited a McDonald's in the East when the sign said "Over 1 Million Sold".I don't eat a lot of fast food but the new tv "Artisan" ads took me in & I tried the "Artisan Swiss Cheese & Mushroom Melt",beef,on a sesame bun...$7.89 for the meal which included fries & a large Coca Cola. First, I was surprised that the sandwich looked very small.The bun had a glossy surface.The first bite extruded a gush of mayonnaise-like stuff with a taste of..?It was supposed to be garlic & herb but was not identifiable.Again,this goo gushed out of the bun,smothered the damp mushrooms.There was a light color cheese,supposed to be Swiss, but it was not totally melted so the slices hung limp,almost transparent.I don't know if you fish but the cheese looked like the flopped over fin of a dead perch.And the meat?Well you could barely taste it.It was just a chewy material engulfed by the heavy,lava-like topping.Oh,boy. We were traveling through LaGrande; stopped to have a small cheese burger and a caramel frappe'; the service was very slow to offer help, the order took a long time, but the main complaint is that fifteen minutes down the road I was sick as a dog! I KNEW I had food poisoning! I heaved all night; sick the entire next day and still not over it. I figured that it was the milk product in the frappe that made me ill. I called the restaurant and honestly talked politely to the person answering the phone; she immediately turned the phone over to someone up the ladder in service. I again very calmly explained the situation that took place and asked if anyone else has come down ill. She HUNG UP THE PHONE! I cannot believe that a business would have that method of dealing with the public.I have since heard from other friends whom have had disgusting experiences in this establishment; i.e. staff not washing hands in the bathrooms, etc. I most definitely will never go back to this place of business and will advise others not to as well. read more

Beware of the playroom! Because of our limited options here in LaGrande, we often go to McDonalds to let my son burn off some energy in the playroom. I was shocked to see the condition of the playroom. Normally it is kept clean but yesterday every table was dirty and every highchair was a mess. Then while playing my5 year old son went to use the restroom that is inside the playroom. He burned his hands using the sink! I checked and there was no cold water, no matter how you turned the faucet the water was scorching hot. Because he had already soaped-up, I had to cup the scorching water in my hands until it cooled a bit then use it to wash the soap off of him. We both ended up with red, stinging skin. We told the young lady at the front counter who said she would talk to the manager, but I have no idea if she did. Parents- please check the bathroom before sending your little one in there. read more
