We are from out of town and these girls made our night ! So friendly with their preppy attitude and great costumer service. They where playing "I wanna " by the spice girls and my wife was rocking out with them while sitting in their drive threw! Beverages where amazingly tasty ! Decided to try Dutch Bros in LG for the first time, because cold brew. The young man working was astonished I'd never been and asked what I drink elsewhere. He then said, he'd make something special and if I didn't like it we could switch. The drink was awesome, and he took the time to explain what it is. Then he paid for my drink because "it's what we do". I'm amazed, nice work Dutch! read more

Overall pretty great! I've had some run ins with rude women that work there and are just a little snotty attitude wise , but there's far more nice people than they're rude ! Pretty quick service too which is great! The only other complain I would have is a lot of the time the music is SO LOUD it's almost impossible to hear yourself order and you have to say it over and over . Loud music is awesome , but not to the point you can't hear the person at the window and vice versa . read more

I go to this stand almost daily, and I love most of the people that work there. But the reason I'm leaving one star is because there is a newer lady that I guess transferred from a different stand who is so incredibly rude to the other employees. Days when she is working I can feel the friendly energy of the stand lower - no one is excited to be there and this lady is so snarky and belittling to them. EVEN with customers waiting for their drinks she is micro managing people she's worked with for less than a month. I've heard that she might be the owner's daughter, and if that's the case I wonder what corporate would think of the owner showing favoritism and allowing his daughter to ruin, in my opinion, one of the best stands in Oregon. Sadly I'm assuming many of my favorite 'broistas' will be leaving soon since the working conditions have appeared to drop substantially. I will always prefer Dutch Bros coffee, but I'd rather stop somewhere where the employees are enjoying themselves, and frankly this stand is no longer that. read more

I'm in love with Dutch Bros! The service is always friendly. The "broistas" are almost always busy but never too busy to ask about your day. The owner himself often works in the mornings and is very friendly, also. The drinks are amazing and I love their cranberry orange muffin tops. This business also consistently runs great specials, supports the community, and even offers scholarships to Eastern Oregon University students. read more

I love Dutch. However, and this may be due to my age, I hate the overly loud music. I had to shout my order, which was only 1 drink, and because of the loud music, the barista misheard my order and had to remake my drink. I get that they are catering to a younger crowd but come on, it's a little much. The kids working are always nice except when the all stare at you when you don't want to rehash your day with them. Again, probably due to my age. As far a caffeinated milk shake shops for teens go, it's delicious. read more

This is the one and only dutch bros I've been to that the Batista's are NOT friendly hardly even said hello and when I ordered our drinks she acted put out and like I was stupid.....wth I've been to dutch bros in ore,wa,az and NEVER have I ever had an experience like that needless to say I will not be returning to that location as much as I hate Starbucks they will get my money in LA grande before dutch bros.....SMH! read more

Went here last night around 8:30 to get some drinks. There was only one person ahead of us but it seemed to take awhile for their drinks, about 15 minutes. Then the girl in front just drove off! Turns out she was just there for a chat with her two gal pals working. When I realized I had been waiting that whole time for someone who wasn't even a paying customer, I just drove through without stopping and buying drinks. The owner/manager I'm sure would be so disappointed at the level of disrespect the kids in there working show the customers. Sorry to say I won't be back after being a loyal patron but I choose to spend my money where my money is appreciated. Hopefully the management sees this and get the feedback so they can correct this problem. read more

One person working both sides of the drive in windows at 8 pm on Saturday night with three to four cars deep on both sides. Felt sorry for the guy working. He did a great job trying to keep up but our order still took FOREVER! The worker gets 5 stars but the management gets only 1 star. Not really safe to be working alone and not very smart on the manager for scheduling that way--not great customer service. read more

First off, we are from the Sacramento area and always go to the Dutch Bros where we live in Fair Oaks. My wife was excited to see that La Grande has a Dutch Bros so I went Tuesday morning to get us coffee. The girl that took our order was very pleasant. I gave her the money for the drinks and had some change coming. When she handed me the change she also held the tip container out. Ouch...............someone needs to tells this young lady that you NEVER do that. I was going to give them the change anyway, but was taken back by the brashness to do something like that. read more

The guy who opens in the morning at 5 is awesome. Super nice, great coffee but not annoyingly chipper for that early in the morning.
