Plus, they don't seem to have the monitor for tracking orders received/ready like most other McDonald's provide. So not only is it hard to know if you'll ever get anyone to take your order unless your text savvy enough to use the app or the kiosks, it's hard to know whether your order has been received or if it's ready.
