I went today at around 12:30am through drive through Before I could even speak the worker said "we're only taking mobile orders right now and uber eats;no drive though" and me hearing her say that I had never heard that before because I always go to this location around that time and order stuff. So then I say "I can wait however long it will take" and then the worker said I just said we're only taking mobile orders and Uber eats right now. The young lady in the drive-through working the midnight shift really didn't want to be there tonight. She handed me my order which was incomplete. I had to literally wait at the window for seven minutes while she ignored me saying excuse me, ma'am,. She looked at me and kept going numerous times. Horrible, I asked for a Frappe with my order and they gave me coke, I took the fault and thought maybe I forgot to ask or they misunderstood, I get it. So I came back and asked for 2 Frappes, and they AGAIN, gave me cokes. Which I came and told them they messed up only for them to then tell me they don't have any frappes. Pathetic customer service. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted with only "Yeah?" Upon pulling up to the payment window, same guy, but no greeting at all. He was looking in another direction and stood mute when I said "Hello?" Even if he was listening to an order being placed, he could have at least gestured to acknowledge my presence. When he did decide to take my payment, he just stuck his hand out. No repeating my order, no stating the amount due, nothing. Not even eye contact. Ditto when he returned my card and receipt. No eye contact, no "have a nice day", no thanks. Just thrusting is arm out with my card and receipt. Hopeful for more at the food delivery window, I pulled up to another apparent mute. No confirmation of my order,, no greeting, no thanks, nothing. To begin the staff had bad attitudes and gave the feeling they did want to be there and when ordering it was like what do you want with no appreciation for me as a customer. Next: We used the drive thru to our order breakfast - they forgot half of the order and we had to get out of the car to go inside and what an experience. There was two customers in the place and four staff standing around talking. We went to the counter and no was say hello or can I help you. Finally after waiting we had to break into their conversation to get help and the attitude was like 'what do you want'. Next the food was old and the cold. It seems the food had been out for a while. Quick. In & out. Stick & move. This is one of few 24hr McDonalds in the area since Hurricane Katrina. Located on the forever busy Loyola Avenue, you can dart right in & right out, of the inside. The drive thru is very different. Despite having the dual ordering lanes, theres ALWAYS a wait. Oddly enough, most times I don't mind the wait because the food is usually pretty good ie fries burgers etc. So, when in the area I will stop in at this McDonalds, slow drive thru and all. read more

Tried to give this place one more try. It is still a joke. Had a line of people at the drive through, there was no one taking orders. I drove up to the window and could not see anyone. Honked my horn and they all came from the front of the restaurant to behind the counter. The manager came and said they were changing drawer that is why no one was available to take orders. Now I am for procedures but EVERY place I go they DO NOT shut the place down to change drawers, I hate being lied too. Then the person at the window said she cant take my order I needed to drive around and get back into the line that is now nearly out to the road. Got the Mangers name (Ashley) unless they lied about that as well, and left. Needless to say don't bother corporate they don't care and will do nothing to remedy this situation. We were sitting in the left line WAITING to order as we watched literally 4 vehicles order their food and still no one to acknowledge us at the speaker! When we finally were able to order, the cashier seemed to rush us thru the ordering process, after every item we ordered an item, her response was "is that all"... Paid w/ no prob! Get to receiving window, they yelled out 3 orders before getting to ours, drinks had obviously been sitting all night bc the ice was watery and the cups were sloppy.....we had to pull up for our food,we asked for fries with No salt, the fries were salty, hard & cold..tasted like they been sitting all dayWe asked for sweet & sour sauce when ordered (to speed up the process) still had to wait longer for the chick ho brought the food to come back with the right sauce.. we had no napkins, no straws, horrible hospitality. Ridiculous! Hire ppl with potential..Train ur employees better..mgrs need to be on their SUPERVISING duties...
