Arrived around 5:20pm on a Tuesday. I decided to go through the drive through. Ordered McCrispy Chickens strips and a small fry. Paid for it and pulled up to get my order. Was informed my order was given to someone else by mistake. Okay. Mistakes happen. Waited a few more minutes. Finally I was given what I thought was my order. NOPE. The small fry was correct, but instead of chicken strips I got a chicken patty on a bun with 3 pickles. No sauce. No napkins. Very disappointing. I didn't even want to go back at that point. read more

McDonald's - Ordered McCrispy Chicken Strips and this is what I got. - Burgers Near Me - Kendallville, Indiana

Sat there for 30 minutes and they just had our food back there like they lost us. The girl we asked for our food was rude so obviously we were rude back. If I could put no stars best believe I would. The guy that eventually handed us our food was so sweet and nice. With the wait stuff was still missing. read more

They turned around and took more points. I had McDonald's points and they took over 6000 points when it should've only been 4500 for the fish fillet sandwich. Thanks a lot you rip off people you do know that's called stealing right? read more

I had really hoped to give a good review. We've been McDonald's customers in my family since the chain began. My Dad was a stockholder. This was such a horrible McDonald's, so bad we stopped eating there when a bug came in our food years ago. It was torn to the ground and rebuilt and just reopened. State of the art with automated ordering and really a beautiful facility. We ordered and found the exact same problems. The fries were so old they couldn't even be microwaved and eaten. No salt at all and the condiments for the Quarter Pounder were mostly on the side of the box. Same exact problems minus the bugs. Really sad. I give up. No matter how hard we try, we won't be able to eat there. We will travel to Angola Indiana instead. read more

Kiosk ordering is a complete joke, absolutely no customer service. Couldn't even get 2 large diet cokes in a timely fashion. I don't understand how people can keep patronizing this craphole of a business. read more

Usually, McDonald's is pretty reliable for me, but today I'm disappointed. I ordered a 10 piece, with BBQ, a medium fry, a sprite and a mcflurry. What I got was a 20 (which I'm not mad about) and a shit ton of ketchup. (Which I am mad about.) There's absolutely no BBQ in this bag at all. Just a shit ton of ketchup, that I will not put on my nuggies. Everything else was right but it's extremely disappointing that I didn't even get my sauce. Just a bunch of ketchup at the bottom of my door dash bag. The heck? read more

This location ignores people that use the McDonald's app. Waited for over 20 minutes before I finally went inside. They hadn't even started my order. I ended up canceling and don't ever plan on visiting Kendallville McDonald's ever again. Especially when the manager started blaming my phone because his phone worked just fine. I've used this app several time before at other locations just fine buddy!!! read more

Never go to this McDonald's, they are idiotic thieves. Waited over an hour, they stole my money, refused to make it right, and I still didn't get food. We put in a mobile app order on the way there. Waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour with only eight cars ahead of us. They couldn't even keep the two lanes in order, five cars went through lane 2 and three cars went through lane 1. I finally get to the screen and inform them I have a mobile order and gave the number it gives you on the app. He asks my name and when I ordered, then tells us they don't have the order. He wouldn't try any further to find it and just wrote it off with "I don't see it on my screen". He wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. So I said "thanks" and he got halfway through "you're welcome", before realizing how heavily sarcastic it was. I had paid on the app, so they stole my money. Like I'm going to thank thieves. So we drove away, $20 poorer and an hour hungrier. Great job, McDonald's. read more

If I could give 0 stars to this restaurant I totally would. I am astonished on how slow and incompetent the workers are at this place. I waited 30 minutes to get 1 item at the 3rd window while other cars drive away with their items. This place sucks, and that's an understatement. read more

I wish the expected wait time was posted on the marquee... I waited for an hour in the drive-thru line with the whole family, then it took another 20 minutes to get from the screen to have the actual food in my hand. We get down the road and find they have completely botched our order. But since we're on our way to Ohio, there was no reason to call them by the time we figured it out. They didn't even give me anything my kids would eat, so then I got to stop again half an hour later. Seriously, you didn't find it suspicious that a family with three small children would get two fish sandwiches and some guacamole thing? Way to cheat your customers out of time and money. read more

I went to order a ice cream cone cuz ice cream is good, and this lady didn't know how to work the dang cash register. She kept calling herself stupid and I think she was correct. Management should teach employees about customer service that is if they even know anything about it. Hand an order out the window don't repeat the order, don't put napkins in the bag or even say thank you. read more

I would recommend steering clear of this one, even if the littles require their McD's fix. Service is slow, orders are often mixed up, and if they have everything on hand, you're lucky. I made a mistake of ordering a salad which was labeled as having been made 3 days prior. YUCK! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I just got done waiting in the drive through for FORTY MINUTES. I cannot believe I stayed and waited that long either. I ended up just leaving. And keep in mind this was forty minutes of waiting and I hadn't even gotten to the first window to pay yet. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. read more

To start with we were skipped over three times in the drive thru for the other line, then after we paid and pulled to the other window everything was messed up. All of our food was cold, the egg McMuffins weren't done, they didn't know we ordered soda and then we witnessed one of the employees throwing a fit and fighting with another worker. I'm sorry, but when you make more than most at a job you should at least take your position seriously. read more
