Greg waited 12 minutes before even getting coffee and water. No refills were offered during our stay. We waited for our check and had to ask another server for it. Speaking with the General Manager, Michelle, was pointless. She didn't offer an apology for the poor service, but defended her server. Unfortunately, Jenny is the only server for breakfast, so I told Michelle we likely will not return. She didn't seem to care. I'm thinking I know why this Bob Evans was NOT BUSY at breakfast time!!
